Ideal for couples, singles, or small families (dogs accepted with a $250 fee, and crated when left alone). Maximum sleeping capacity 4 people. (The sofa should not used for overnight guests and the backs do not go down). Kayaks were a plus and many launches on the inlet gets you up close to the many birds living around the inlet (not often you are within a few feet of Osprey hunting!). Beach was a short walk away and took advantage on hot days. The house is the prefect location as it is close to many hikes, towns, shops, and vineyards to explore. Never more than a 20 minute drive to exploring the whole region. Mae was such a responsive and lovely host and appreciated her help when needed. Only wish was that the primary bed was a Queen or King size to accommodate two larger people comfortably. Regardless, I hope to be able to come back and rent again! Thanks for a great stay!"

A separate small guest cottage 50 meters from the main house, with a separate private entry if you wish to use a side door, but we encourage you to use our main backyard fence gate. The property is gated, quiet & beautifully kept. The cottage is located next to our large pool, with plenty of separation from the main house. The stained glass window facing the garden, French doors to the pool, and high ceilings all combine to create beautiful mornings no matter what the weather. The cottage main room has a queen size bed, with lounge chairs and a table next to the windows. The attached modern bathroom is fitted with a rain shower head, and beautiful fixtures. There’s no kitchen but you will have a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and an iron in the closet. There is free on-site parking in the driveway nook. All windows have curtains for your privacy and good sleep.

Guest access
Guests have full access to everything in their suite, as well as the backyard, the gardens, the pool with lounge chairs. And guest privacy is absolutely respected at all times. We work from home with no kids or pets. We are available to answer any questions in person. Regarding pets and service animals, your hosts love them, but they are not allowed due to allergies. This is our home and you will feel welcomed.

Your days will be filled with sunshine and fresh air when you stay at this cozy cottage in East Hampton. When you arrive at the magical home, you'll understand how it is so easy to relax here thanks to the endless outdoor seating areas surrounded by blooming flowers, climbing ivy and lush greenery.

Inside, you'll find high ceilings lined with skylights, beautiful furnishings, elegant decorations, and a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the use of fungswae to arrange the rooms. After a day on the beach, lounge in the living room by the wood-burning fireplace and watch the flat-screen Smart TV with Roku.

When your stomachs start to rumble, head outside to the English-style garden and pick some fresh herbs for supper. Feel free to utilize the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances to prepare a delicious meal. Eat in the dining room or wander outside to the yard to dine al fresco.

After dinner, opt for some privacy and read a book outside at the seating area in the front of the house, the side of the house, or the back of the house. There are so many options, you can choose a different reading spot every day!

Easily stroll down to the marina to fish on the dock then head to Bay Kitchen Bar. This waterfront restaurant is fantastic for eating al fresco and enjoying the sunset over the marina.

Main Street is just 5 miles from the home and offers shops that run the gamut from locally owned to high end and restaurants ranging from casual cafes to fine dining. No matter what you're in the mood for, there is a restaurant to satisfy your taste buds.

End your evening wine tasting at Wölffer Estate Vineyard on a terrace overlooking the rows of vines as the sun sets. If you love the vineyard's rose as much as the locals, make sure you purchase a case before you head back to the cottage to unwind by the fireplace.

Renters and their guests will use the kayak at there own risk. You can explore the beautiful bays and the estuaries. The wildlife is wonderful, especially the birds.There are many farm stands in the area offering fresh vegetables and flowers and delicious baked goods and kid's activities. Lots of golf courses close by and if you like shopping you are close to the Tanger Outlet Malls, a big shopping haven. There are many local restaurants with fresh caught seafood which are outstanding.

3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath located on the boarder of Ocean Bay Park and Seaview. A guiet area of the island. Fully equipt with a large deck, BBQ, lounge chairs, picnic table, great for entertaining! High ceiling,s clean spacious house 100 yards from the ocean. Discover this barrier island free from cars and pollution! :) Weekly rentals only July and August.

We are situated on the boarder of Ocean Bay Park and Seaview 1 block from the Seaview Ball field on the corner of Superior and Thompson. It is approximately 100 yards to the beach.
The beach house has a private deck on the west side of the house great for afternoon sun and relaxation. The house comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great week. There is an entrance conveniently located off the deck to the kitchen so eating outdoors or indoors has easy access. Trees and a diamond fence surround the deck and property. We have a 3 bedroom, 1½ baths and outdoor shower. The living room has a wood-burning stove although during the summer months it is not used. Indoors we have a good-sized dining area to entertain and a large living room with very high ceilings. There is a TV, VHS, stereo and plenty of tapes as well as games, cards and books…
The 3 bedrooms consist of a large master with a king sized bed, AC and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds AC and a Washer /Dryer. The third bedroom has AC and a king.
There is another entrance from the street to the living room and small deck that wraps around to the large deck. There is a wagon and some FI bikes. Please always keep them locked at all times.
We have a care takers guesthouse next door, which is separated by a fence on the eastern side of the property with a separate entrance to the street as well as separate deck. The only adjoining wall is bedroom against bedroom and is very well insulated. The spaces are separate and you always have privacy. The good news here is that if you have any questions about Fire Island, restaurants , shopping, hiking, freight, water taxis… we are there to help out! We have never had any complaints.
Since we are in a quiet area of the island with an uncrowded beach, we do our best to respect all our neighbors and ask our tenants to do the same. This is a magical place!
We are a block away from the ball field and the children’s baseball games begin at 8:30 Am on Sat. and Sun. Teens game is at 5Pm. Fri and Sat. We are also one block to a wonderful playground as well as the beach or the bay.
We ask that all outdoor dinners end at 10 PM so the police don’t come. They can be called by a neighbor although we have not had that happen yet. We cherish our neighbors and respect their privacy. However, we have children as well and understand it is not a perfect world. Please do not get us wrong, we believe in live and let live. We just want all parties involved to be on the same page. This is not a grouper house or a frat party house, no beer pong, no parties !We want you to enjoy your time on Fire Island.
