The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials as well as a gas grill for cooking outside. Slip into crisp linens on queen-size beds, lounge in the living room with a Queen Size Pull-out Sofa, and savor the comforts of home in every detail. We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed for total sleeping arrangements up to 6 adults including the pull out sofa. Enjoy a warm shower or bath in the cast enamel tub/shower along with the provided soft bath towels. The deck is complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs a perfect location to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the Lake.

While swimming is not recommended in the lake, you can enjoy nearby swimming spots at Lake Wallenpaupack Public Beach or Promised Land State Park.

Beautiful private & secluded 17 acres mountain top retreat. 4 acres of wooded area and 13 acres of grass fields for use to play football, soccer, baseball and many walking paths. Breathtaking views, private in ground heated pool (Pool Is only open memorial day - mid September) with white sand beach area with fire pit. You'll be sure to enjoy views. Also for your enjoyment there is a swing set , horseshoe pit and an additional outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows by the camp fire. Grounds are fully illuminated for night time use. In the fall you have panoramic views of the foliage, nature hiking out the back door and a great time of year for the outdoor fire pit. This property is also a great winter retreat with sleigh riding right in the back yard and a beautiful wood burning fireplace to sit by. This is truly a 4 season home to enjoy. This home is located only 5 min to Lake Wallenpaupack, Claws and Paws Zoo and 25 min. to Mt.Airy Casino, The Crossings Outlet shopping, Camel back skiing & Beach & the new Tree top adventures and Zip lines ;

Our cottage is located on our 7- acre property, sitting on the edge of Shohola creek which provides a wonderful view and privacy.

The space
2 bedrooms both with queen beds. The larger Bedroom also has a closet and a bathroom and the other has a dresser.

The living space has a fold-out couch, 2 armchairs, and a rocking chair. Tv is provided with Roku where you may sign in to your own streaming accounts.
There is a bathroom and toilet room in this floor. The second one is in the bedroom upstairs.
The kitchenette has a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and a countertop 2 burner electric stove. You are also provided with all necessary kitchen materials, such as pots and pans, silverware, tableware, glasses, and children's plastic kitchenware.

The dining table has space for 6; if needed, you can be provided with a highchair free of charge.

There is a working area on the second floor with a desk adjacent by the window overlooking the Shohola creek. Amazing views.

The Full Bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet, and you will be provided with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner, all soaps from Whole Foods' 365 brand. A hairdryer will also be provided.

The patio has a view of the river and has an outdoor table w/ chairs and a BBQ propane Weber Grill. There is a charcoal grill for charcoals lovers as well…

Linens, towels, and pillows will all be provided.

Guest access
All parts of the cottage will be able to be accessed by the guest, and certain outdoor areas such as the riverside deck and grass areas around the cottage will be able to be used.
You will also be able to visit the animals anytime after permission is granted by the host.

To be able to get through the gate which provides safety and privacy, a code must be put in and will be given upon arrival (text).

This Pocono Summit Estates Cottage is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Enjoy some peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle in this quiet lake neighborhood. We have board games, a dart board, a fire pit and an outdoor gas grill with propane.

We are located just one mile from Kalahari and a mile to Walmart, Horseback riding, shopping and restaurants. An easy drive to Mt. Airy Casino, Outlet shopping, Pocono Raceway, Camelback & Restaurants.

The space
A quiet retreat just a very short walk to a private community lake. Enjoy a walk around the neighborhood, hang out on the back deck or around the fire pit. You'll feel at home here.
Both bedrooms have comfortable memory foam queen beds, there is a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room which make this space comfortably accommodate six guests.
There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars.
Outside there is a deck with two chairs for relaxing, a picnic table, a gas grill with propane, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a view of the lake, which is about 200 ft away as well as a large, webbed round swing (in season).

The kitchen is fully equipped with new major appliances, a microwave, toaster oven, Crockpot, Ninja blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, teapot and a dishwasher. There are new pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils, one roll of paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, and a garbage bag or two in the kitchen.

Towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and conditioner along with two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Please bring any other necessary personal items with you.

There is a 50" smart Firestick TV with Hulu Live TV access provided or log into Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc (your own logon to be used) along with a DVD player and a Chromecast.

Each room has its own heat control for individual comfort. During Summer months there are air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room.

You can fish from the shoreline at the boat launches, you can bring along your own kayaks, small boat, inflatable boats etc. we have an assortment of life vests available for our guests use.

There is a 50" smart TV with Hulu live tv access or log in to your own apps. There is also a Chromecast and a DVD player along with a few movies for guests use.

The space
Beautiful, property in the heart of Poconos. The kitchen has soft closing cabinets, quartz countertop and stainless-steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher). Bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling ceramic tiles. All furniture is cleaned, as well as disinfected after every stay.

BEDROOMS- Have two queen size beds plus one full size in one of the bedrooms. We also have additional sleeping space on the sofa-bed in the living room. This house is perfect to comfortably accommodate a small family or small group of friends (8 people). The listing consists of 1 bedroom with Queen bed, small living room with 50", sofa and 2 arm chairs, dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom with a stand up shower.

The space
This cozy, historic 1800s home has a front porch view of Flagstaff, and a lovely "secret garden" outback.

As charming as the inside is, the backyard garden will make you feel like you've just stepped into a storybook. On the second story balcony that overlooks the garden, enjoy your morning coffee, a book, and a to-die-for pastry or breakfast sandwich from the 3 Kids Market & Eatery around the corner. And later, have yourself a ‘rain-or-shine’ happy hour under the covered pergola sipping on your complimentary bottle of wine from a local winery.

The cottage can sleep 4-6 comfortably in beds (including trundle) and 8 total including the sofa bed, however, is best suited for 1 couple or small family due to the size of the cottage and layout of the bedrooms (i.e. railroad style). I would consider anything over 4 adults as close quarters. The ceilings are on the lower side in the kitchen and certain entryways.

Back bedroom (Open, loft style): 2 double beds (daybed + pull-out trundle)

Arrowhead Lake Community offers a variety of amenities including 3 outdoor heated pools (operated seasonally weather-dependent), 4 sand beach swimming areas (swim at your own risk), 2 lakes, numerous playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffle board and horseshoe pits. he community also has a small hill for kids to have fun sledding (complementary sleds are provided) under the parent's supervision.

The Lodge is the focal point for a long list of events throughout the year including live music, cookouts, karaoke, movies and educational programs. The Fitness Center, Adult Billiards Room and Library are also at the Lodge/Club. A "Family Game Room" is available at the Welcome Center Lower Level and features ping pong, air hockey, pool tables and kids games.

MANDATORY REGISTRATION 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: This is a gated community with 24x7 security patrol. All guests must be registered 3 days prior to arrival.

Please see "other details to note" for temporary membership fees to be paid to Arrowhead community prior to arrival. The registration fee is non-refundable.

We will need to get information from you to start the registration process with Arrowhead Lake Community. After booking, please provide the number of guests, number of vehicles and vehicle information (name of driver, make, model, year, license plate number and state). Vehicle information is not needed for a rental car. If not registered 1 day prior to arrival, you may have to cancel the booking. Late registration (1 day prior to arrival) will result in a late fee of $100.

BEACH The community has four beaches. Beach III is 10 minutes walk from the house with access to launch your electric boat (no gas boat allowed), kayaks & Canoes. We provide one tandem and two single kayaks complimentary for your use. Kayaks are stored on the beach for easy access. One or all beaches could be closed for swimming during your stay if the mandated water testing is in process. In most cases, they close one beach at a time. Boat docks and launch area are located next to each beach and they will be open for boating and fishing even if the adjacent beach is closed for swimming. Beaches are closed for swimming from Labor day to Memorial day.

SWIMMING POOL The community has three pools, open from Memorial day to Labor day. The Island pool (gem of the community) is about 20 minutes walk from the house.

SLEDDING HILL: Seasonally (when it snows) available unsupervised small sledding hill for kids to have fun under the parent's supervision. Use at your own risk.

OUTDOOR LIVING: This 4-season chalet features hammocks, furnished decks, a Weber charcoal grill with gas ignition, a picnic table, and an outdoor fire pit (please do not leave unattended fire). Sit back, relax, meditate near the waterfall in the backyard and forget everything!!! The community doesn't allow outdoor lights other than sensor lights and low-voltage lights.

GOLF CART An elecrric golf cart may be available to rent ($40 per day) on first come first serve basis. Advance booking recommended.

The Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA) has mandatory "temporary member" registration fees for all renters paid directly to ALCA. We try to keep our nightly rates lower to account for these fees.

**ALCA FEES:
1) Vehicle Gate Cards: $20 per vehicle, per stay
2) Administration fee: $20 one time, per stay (Non-Refundable)
3) Temporary Membership:
-Off-season: $2 per person, per day
-In-season: $8.50 per person, per day
(In-season: May 24 though Sept. 2)
(Children under 6 years old are free)

For changes to your reservation, please contact me right away. It must be done 3 days before arrival.

A cozy mountain Farmhouse that is in the heart of the Poconos, but surrounded by woods to keep you and your family feeling tucked away.

The house is situated just minutes off I-80, but once you drive up a long private road & turn on our gravel driveway, you will have a chance to escape to nature.

Situated at the base of Big Pocono State Park, allowing views of the mountain side from our covered wrap-around porch.

The space
Upon driving down our long, private gravel driveway, you will see our quaint 1890s family farmhouse with wrap-around porch. The large front yard is yours to enjoy, with the state park across the street for very easy access to hiking trails for all levels of experience.

The house is organized as follows:

Ground Floor
- 1 Bedroom with Full size bed, Pottery Barn bedding, dresser
- Living room with Crate and Barrel couch and futon, large screen TV with access to streaming channels, Marshal Bluetooth stereo to play music.
- 1 full size bathroom with stand up shower, Aesop bath products, T3 hair dryer, and washer / dryer with detergent provided.
- Kitchen with 5 burner stove, large refrigerator, circular table for dining at our antique benches, microwave, and coffee machine for drip coffee or K-Cup (provided).
- Dining area with shiplap design, large Anthropologie cabinet, farm dining table and open shelving storing dining ware.

- 4 bedrooms total, styled with Pottery Barn bedding and dressers in each room, organized as follows:

- The large pavilion will be loved by the entire family. Under the pavilion you will find large farmhouse style tables, large bench seating, and a standout stone fireplace for the highlight of the trip. A leather couch and wood chairs are situated by the fire. The wood beams are fitted with large lights to set this area with an enchanting ambiance.

- Steps away from the back door, you will find a Master Spa brand hot tub to fit 5. This is maintained weekly and we take pride in the best hot tub in the area. The lounge chair and shoulder seats with adjustable jets will be the best places to recover from a long day on the mountain.

- On the wrap-around deck you will find multiple seating areas including two white rocking chairs to enjoy the trees and views of the mountain.
