- "Comfortable and clean. Close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small miscommunication between the innkeeper and us. We did not received the room lock combo from the innkeeper on the day of check-in. We tried calling the number posted on the inn, but the phone just rang and rang and no one picked up. I also called hotels.com to see if they had contact info for the innkeeper, but scheduled a call back because the wait time was 45min. I eventually realized the inn next store was owned by the same company and it had an on-site innkeeper so I knocked and told them I had not received the code for the cottage door and check-in was almost an hour before we arrived. He was able to get in touch with the innkeeper for our building. Andrew was very prompt at getting us the information we needed so we could get our vacation started. Later in the week the battery for the keypad stopped working and we got locked out of our room. Andrew was easy to get ahold of and was very prompt about getting it fixed. He also offered to store our groceries in another inns fridge while they got the door battery fixed, as we had just been to the store."

There is also a renter contributed wet bar available to compliment your cooking. Outside we have an outdoor gas grill and gardens for you to help yourself to with a variety of two dozen different kinds of seasonal fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables. We have several bikes for your use, two beach cruisers, one vintage rat bike cruiser and a Schwinn tandem. For the beach there are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags and beach towels.

The bottom floor has an open room design connecting the sun room, dining room, living room, bar and newly remodeled kitchen. Reclaimed barn wood is used on most of the walls with 12 foot high ceiling in the living and dining rooms. . The master bedroom and bathroom are also downstairs at the back of the house away from the street. By the back door are the laundry room and pantry.
The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, mid-century dressers, closet, sliding glass door to a private porch, ceiling fan and a ceiling dropdown flat screen T.V. The newly remodeled downstairs bathroom has a real beach feel with stone and tile walls, glass shower and aromatic steam room.
Upstairs there is the second bedroom with full size bed, vintage dressers and closet in addition to the loft with office, sofa bed, more closets, T.V. area and sliding door to private balcony with outside steps down to the deck below. Between the loft and bedroom is a large full bathroom.
The decks and gardens are relaxing and large enough for a variety of "feels". There is music, lighting, several chairs and benches, umbrella table and a long reclaimed 19th century butchers block table.
We have off-street parking on the driveway with a converted carriage house for storage of fishing and surf gear.

This cute cottage is cozy and has two stories with 660 sq ft of living space. Simple open living area on the first level - kitchen, dining and living room. There is a stackable washer and dryer inside the cottage. The master king bedroom is on the second level, as well as the spacious bathroom with tub/shower combination. The bathroom has separate entry from the bedroom.

Enjoy spending time in your two private outdoor spaces, one as you enter the cottage and the other area is on the second floor accessed through the bedroom. After a day at the beach, you can rinse in your private outdoor shower. Leave your car on a designated parking spot and walk all over town.

Poverty beach, the Nature Center, and the USCG facility are all about 1/2 a mile away. The neighborhood is quiet and is a great place to relax after a busy day. I've stayed at properties closer to the town center and found that sometimes they can be noisy depending on nighttime activities. The house is on the front of a one floor quad unit and includes an outdoor shower, patio, and a reserved off street spot for one vehicle. Inside there is a enclosed porch, living room, full kitchen, 2 beds, and a bathroom. It was very comfortable for My wife, son, mother-in-law and I to share the space. The owners were thoughtful and included lots of little things to make the stay more enjoyable. There are some toys and books for young children and beach chairs. We took full advantage of the dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer. The communication from the owners was excellent, responsive, and check-in was efficient. I felt like the stay was a great value and we were sad to leave!"

Security Features: For your safety, the property has a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and a Ring spotlight camera on the back patio. Motion alerts are turned off during your stay. No devices are located in private, sleeping, or concealed spaces, as per local laws.

Life is better by the water—especially in Sweetwater! Welcome to our charming, rustic cottage nestled in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens, just steps from the scenic Mullica River. While our cottage isn’t directly on the river, you’ll enjoy partial river views and easy access to multiple riverfront spots, all within walking distance. Plus, we’re just a short stroll from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

During your stay at our Sweetwater Retreat you will have complete privacy. We do not live on the premises.

The main house, in its entirety, is newly renovated. The living room boasts a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling, as well as, a wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with all new cabinets, appliances, and decorative lighting. Our one full bathroom is brand new and features a stand-up shower. Lastly, we offer two cozy bedrooms. Please note, the second bedroom is very small and is accessible only through the main bedroom. If you intend on having 4-6 guests, please speak to me personally so we can best accommodate everyone and their sleeping arrangements. Lastly, there are two TV’s with free Netflix located in the living room and the main bedroom.

Kitchen features an electric stove top/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and fully stocked cabinets with cookware, dining necessities, cups, utensils, etc.

Living area has a wood burning stove and a brand-new ductless heating and air system. Additionally, to ensure maximum comfort, we do offer AC Window Units, floor fans, and floor heaters if desired. TV with free Netflix included as well as free Wi-Fi.

Sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, fresh linens, pillows and blankets. Also provided are a pillow top mattress. Additional sleeping options include the second bedroom equipped with a full bed (connected to the main bedroom with no door), and the living room couches, which both fold out into full beds. We provide all linens, pillows and blankets needed for the couches for maximum comfort.

Detatched "She-Shed," "Dining Hall," "Party Barn," no matter what you call it, is a great feature for entertaining. Feel free to open all the doors and take in the fresh air while being sheltered from the elements in this wonderful little detached shed. Some of its features are electric, decorative lighting, floor fan, dining table and chairs, games, counter space for food/drinks etc., decore and more.

Our property. Sitting on almost an acre we have a fully fenced in yard with parking in the rear and plenty of it! Sit comfortably on our enclosed front porch with views of the Mullica River while enjoying your favorite beverage during all seasons! Or feel free to sit out back which boasts a large picnic area, an oversized firepit, and a grilling/stone patio area. Please leave your firewood and grilling necessities at home as we offer plenty of wood, starter material, and propane for the grill. Please note, this is a small gas grill but will do the trick for a night of barbecuing!

Guests can access the main house using the keys provided in the lockbox, located on the fence in front of the “party-shed.” During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire property, including keys to every dwelling on-site.

Please note that cell service in the area can be spotty, depending on your provider. However, our property offers reliable Wi-Fi, which should help with connectivity. We don’t provide cable, but there are two Smart TVs equipped with free Netflix and other streaming services through our Wi-Fi network. Additionally, there’s an Amazon Echo Show for music, weather updates, and other Alexa interactive features.

The space
This property has three bedrooms with 2 queen beds and two single beds to sleep 6 comfortably. Included are 6 bikes, two kayaks, two paddle boards and lots of games. You can fish or crab off the dock or take your boat to go clamming. The bay beach is less than 10 minutes away. This house has everything you need for your vacation getaway!

Welcome to 9 Julia Drive. A cozy 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom House located in Beach Haven West (Stafford Township) across the bay from Long Beach Island. The house sits on the second Lagoon in from Manahawkin Bay. Just a stones throw from the Island with quick access to the Rt 72 Causeway Bridge. Open concept living on the first floor, Modern kitchen, Central Air and first and second floor Bedrooms . Off street Parking, Gas cooking and Hot water, Direct TV and Wi-fi access

The space
The first floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, Living room. first floor laundry. Full bathroom with shower and one bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor of the house features two bedrooms and a full bath with a shower/tub combo in between the two bedrooms. The second floor (Master) has a queen size bed and walk out second floor deck. The second bedroom is the (kids) bedroom with a twin bed and a full in a bunk bed set up.

I start the Seasonal listings ( JUNE-JULY-AUGUST) on Saturday or Sunday with a late afternoon check in of 5 pm and run them through the following weekend with a 9 am checkout This assures there is plenty of time for me to inspect the home and make sure it is clean, restocked, and ready for the next guests. If your stay starts during a weekday AM check in is Available

Lily Lake Cottage is located in Cape May Point, directly across the street from Lily Lake. We are blocks from beautiful beaches, the state park and lighthouse. It's less than a one mile walk to Sunset beach and its famous flag ceremony. The cottage is close to everything on The Point.
This family cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. All bedrooms have AC split units and ceiling fans. Sit on our comfortable porch and enjoy time with family & friends.

Any cleaning required or damage incurred as a result of a guest stay may result in the full forfeiture of Security Deposit. Guests to supply own sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases and towels. Beach rental flag (which allows you to stay on the private beach) costs approximately $200 per week along with a refundable $20 security deposit. The beach rental flag can be obtained from the Seacrest Beach lifeguards. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/PETS ALLOWED!!!
