Each bedroom has access to a deck which has seating and a half awning for those who like the shade. Two Full baths, washer/dryer, SS appliances, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TV's & High Speed Fios internet. This unit comes with Beach Badges as well. Outdoor state-of-the-art shower with body spray and a lock to store your beach gear safely. Outdoor picnic table, and gas grill (propane included). You really don’t need to pack much because this house has everything you could possibly need- kitchen appliances galore, hair dryers, beach/shower towels, bedding, and the little things you don’t think of until you need them like laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. This house is perfectly located, with easy access to the bay, pier, and ocean. Parking is pretty ideal too, not to mention the multi car parking in the driveway. So many added bonuses. My personal favorite was the paddle boards. Was able to walk mine over to the bay and knock out a 2 mile paddle with my brother. The best part is truly the backyard. It is in an excellent location only a block and a half from the beach and the south end of the boardwalk, so you can walk to the beach or boardwalk without incurring costly parking fees. Seaside in general has definitely changed in a positive way, and is much more family friendly with a very nice crowd. Funtown Beach badges were included, and the beach was BYOB and allowed coolers which was awesome. I highly recommend this Stockton Ave Beach house for a great family trip! Haley and Mike were very responsive hosts too and we would love to visit there again in the future."

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides.

We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

The space
So close to the beach, bay, and boardwalk! All the joys of the Jersey Shore without being in the heavily populated areas! Also, the best ice cream parlor on the island is right on the corner!

Guest access
Guests have access to private driveway and a shared outside shower. A private grill, table, chairs, and separate trash and recycle are all on property and available for guests to use.

Other things to note
-Four beach badges are provided for guests to use. Should you lose one or any of them, you will be responsible to replace them.
-We now have a Keurig! Two complimentary Kcups are provided.
-Sheets, a comforter, pillows, and shower towels are provided.
-For rentals that are 4 days or more, guests must bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. For short term rentals (3 days or less), some will be provided for you.
-Guests must bring any and all beach items, including chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, etc.
-Cleaning products are provided.
-Trash and yellow recycle cans are on the left side of the cottage. Short term guests can leave sealed trash bags in the garbage cans and recycle only in the yellow cab upon departure. Weekly renters should put the trash/recycle cans out on trash/recycle days. A trash/recycle schedule is located on the fridge.
-Rentals in May and Sept/Oct: the cottage has NO heat. We do have space heaters for your use when it starts to cool down. If you are renting during these times, we suggest you bring sweats and extra blankets, just in case.

Relax in this comfy travel trailer in the backyard of a private property with a vacant home (future remodel project) surrounded by beautiful conservation land in the Pine Barrens. The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! This is farm and chickens (including crowing roosters) and honey bees (safe distance!) are on the property!

The space
Short 10 mile (20 minute) drive to the beaches of Seaside Heights (and others on the barrier island).

The travel trailer is located in the backyard of a property surrounded by conservation land. There are other travel trailers on site, and they are all located close to one another however they are all situated facing away from one another, giving you the sense of having your own outdoor space.

Surrounding the fenced and gate property are thousands of acres of conservation land. Great for hiking, hunting, riding, and exploring!

The travel trailer has heat and air conditioning.

Accommodates as many as 6. The main private bedroom (with doors) has a comfortable queen bed, and closets for your clothes as well as a TV. The second bedroom has 4 bunks and a TV. There is another TV in the main area where you will find the kitchen, dining table and a couch. All 3 TVs in the RV are Roku TVs so you can access your favorite streaming services.

The dining table also provides plenty of space for 6 to share a meal inside.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven and sink. It is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a drip coffee maker, coffee and filters, plates, cups, etc.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Please flush ONLY human waste and the provided RV toilet paper. Anything else will damage the septic system.

Your private outdoor space is a nice shaded area under Sycamore and Holly trees with a propane grill, and a picnic table.

There is a fire pit available for guest use as well. Please check the NJ Forest Fire Service website to verify fires are permitted before lighting.

You'll be given clear check in instructions to the property as well as the RV. Please read and follow these instructions carefully!

We always respect your privacy, however we are available should you need anything!

There are about 60 pasture raised chickens on the property, including 4 protective roosters, that forage daily around the entire property. They do occasionally come close to the RVs, but most of their time is spent in the front of the property near their coop. Please do not approach the roosters.

This is not a party house. So please do not plan on having a wild party here or your reservation will be canceled and you will lose access to the home and your security deposit.

Please BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Bath towels are provided but are NOT to be taken to the beach. :)

Pet Fee - $25 per pet per night. Pets are welcome as long they are 100% house trained (meaning no accidents in the house, will not constantly bark, howl, or cry when left alone and will not scratch at the door or chew furniture) completely cleaned up after (poop outside and HAIR inside), and kept OFF the furniture (bedding, furniture, etc.). Upon booking please inform the host that you will be bringing a pet(s) that meets the above criteria and the pet fee(s) will be manually added to the reservation by the host.
An additional minimum charge of $50 will be applied for each pet accident or hair cleanup.

Please note that there are other rental units on the property so other guests may be utilizing those spaces during your stay.

The space
Large living room with high ceilings in the front of the apartment, has 2 pull out couches for additional sleeping. The bedroom to the left, has a high ceiling, queen bed a dresser for clothes and a farm door separating the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom to the right is the larger bedroom with a queen bed and a dresser for clothes storage. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, plates and utensils and a table to seats 6. The backroom / laundry room has a new washer and dryer and additional room to store additional items (beach items, etc). The backyard has seating to eat and relax. 2 gas grills are on the property to use as well. There is also an outside shower to wash off after a long day at the beach.

The space
Guests have plenty of space & privacy in this beautifully vintage decorated beach bungalow. There are two spacious bedrooms off of the open living room with ample storage and beautiful morning sunshine. The third bedroom has a private entrance and windows surrounding the room which gives a feeling of being outdoors. There is a fully stocked kitchen with every amenity for daily cooking, except a dishwasher. The bathroom has a full sized tub and window in the shower for venting and natural light. Outside, there is a modest balcony with wicker rocking chairs for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. There are also full size loungers out front for sunbathing, as well as other seating, a propane gas grill, and two lovely patio areas for outdoor family dining and relaxing. Guests have their own private driveway plus plenty of on street parking right out front. There is a bike rack on the side of the house with 4 bikes to enjoy during your stay. We have added landscaping to the property & a natural bamboo screen to give privacy to both guests and us. The back yard area is mostly off limits, except for garbage/recycling. Beach badges are available for a small fee.

One reason I have such nice reviews is that I am honest about my house. The house is totally remodeled, immaculate and everything is in working order but it is still an old home and the steps going to the attic bedroom loft are steep. The infrastructure; baseboard heating, electric and plumbing have been replaced and furniture and appliances are replaced as needed. The extra half bath is in the basement, good for privacy, along with the laundry room with washer and dryer. The upstairs is like a big dormitory, air conditioned and heated comfortable and clean but not good for the handicapped, toddlers or elderly. The upstairs is a dream for pre-teens and teenagers.

Gail : I have to add a ps for you: one of our group is a beloved friend who had a devastating fall with a serious head injury just last May . We thought he was going to die and he just barely avoided a craniotomy. He woke up after 3 days and couldn’t talk or walk for a week . On a feeding tube and sent to intensive rehab where he astounded his doctors by eating talking and walking after 2 weeks . He’s a bit hard of hearing from the fall. And moves a little slower but his memory and personality are totally back . His wife was a bit reluctant about the trip and I was frankly very apprehensive but he was charged up to go and I knew if it was me , this sort of trip would be a must.
He did great . When he caught a fish standing in the surf , I cried. Then he caught some more , including 2 at once ( one on a teaser and one in his lure ). Just wanted you to know that your wonderful home was the setting for my most epic fishing memory- and I have a lot of them.

Welcome to Seaside Park! We began our hosting experience in the Summer of 2021 and have enjoyed hosting families for their vacation down the shore.

This second floor unit in a two family house is located two blocks way from the beach, Seaside Heights boardwalk and only 1 block from the Bay. If you're looking for PRIME LOCATION in a family friendly area, this unit will fit your needs!

There is central air and forced hot air in the unit. Guests can adjust the temperature accordingly.
In unit, stackable washer/ dryer provided. Guests must supply their own detergent due to skin sensitivity issues.

The main entrance for the second floor unit is through the backyard. There is a keypad for entry. The host will provide you with a personalized code on the day of check in.

If beach passes are lost, there will be a charge of $100 to replace each pass.

If using the barbecue grill, please note it is the guests responsibility to clean the grill thoroughly. If left unclean, extra cleaning charges will apply.

Most of our vacation rentals are located at a distinct Lazy River location that has upgraded common space and amenities for all guest to use such ling pong, on site pools, gas BBQ, outdoor showers all set in a quiet family environment. Shared amenities are for optional use but gives our guest a broad spectrum of amenities that are only found at much higher rates.

Welcome to our newly built townhome in the heart of Seaside Park! Step out your front door and find yourself on the bustling main strip, filled with shopping, dining, and more. Step out the back door, and you're just one block away from the stunning Jersey Shore beaches.

Inside, you'll discover a beautifully crafted townhome by a renowned local builder. The ground floor features the main entrance and a two-car garage. Ascend to the main floor, where you'll find an open-concept living space that includes an eat-in kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. A sliding door leads to the back deck, offering outdoor seating and a grill area.

The top floor boasts three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the primary bedroom. This floor also includes a balcony with a view of the town.

Welcome to Seaside Park! We began our hosting experience in the Summer of 2021 and have enjoyed hosting families for their vacation down the shore.

This first floor unit in a two family house is located two blocks way from the beach, Seaside Heights boardwalk and only 1 block from the Bay. If you're looking for PRIME LOCATION in a family friendly area, this unit will fit your needs!

Shared backyard with barbecue grill for each unit. A propane tank is provided but it is the guests responsibility to fill as needed.
Patio table and chairs are also provided for each unit. In addition, the first floor unit has it's own front patio area with a table and chairs.

Bedroom 2: Twin/ Full Bunk Bed & a single Twin Day Bed with a Twin pull out trundle

Bed linens and towels are not provided and should be brought by the guests. Pillows and light comforters are provided. If this is an issue, please contact the host.

We recommend no more than 6 guests for a comfortable stay. If the host approves more than 6 guests, please note an additional charge of $50 per guest/ per night will be applied.

High Speed Wifi is provided along with a Smart TV in the living room.

The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen appliances; toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, gas stove, and a full sized fridge. Serving platters, dishes, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, cutting board, eating & cooking utensils are provided. We do provide salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil and limited coffee cups.

There is central air and forced hot air in the unit. Guests can adjust the temperature accordingly.
In unit stackable washer/ dryer provided in the bathroom. Guests must supply their own detergent due to skin sensitivity issues.

Guest access
The main entrance for the first floor unit is through the driveway area. There is a keypad for entry. The host will provide you with a personalized code on the day of check in.

Please note pets are not typically allowed. We have made some exceptions for small dogs at an extra charge. Please notify host if you have further questions.

This is a family friendly rental in a quiet residential area. Please note there are to be absolutely no parties or noise after 10pm. All renters must be 25 yrs or older unless it's a family. ID's will be required at the time of booking.

If beach passes are lost, there will be a charge of $100 to replace each pass.

If using the barbecue grill, please note it is the guests responsibility to clean the grill thoroughly. If left unclean, extra cleaning charges will apply.

Guests are responsible for complying with the Seaside Park garbage & recyclables pick up schedule. Please note each unit has a designated, labeled garbage can and recycling garbage can. The schedule is on the fridge.

This is a SECOND FLOOR Suite. This building has a first floor suite with a separate entrance. This property can be rented as a 2 BR or rent both apartments,. This suite has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room. Living room has internet access e. Two Bedrooms and Full Bathroom with tub. One bedroom has a Full Bed and Second Bedroom has Full Bed. Queen Sleeper in living room. Living room and both bedrooms have Smart Televisions , Suite has air conditioning in all rooms.

This property has a side yard with Gas BBQ, Outdoor Shower, swing set, and outdoor tables and loungers. Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 4 guests from 3 BR permits 6 guests, 4 BR permits up to 8 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

House Rules:
No smoking inside OR outside the building. The property has been designated a smoke free property via the NJ clean air act. Smokers will be subject to fine from both the building association and the state.

This nautical condo sleeps 6 and will serve as the perfect vacation home. It boasts a full kitchen, brand new wood-look porcelain tile throughout, a fully renovated, luxurious bathroom and is newly painted. There are flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. Classy yet beachy!
