Each bedroom has access to a deck which has seating and a half awning for those who like the shade. Two Full baths, washer/dryer, SS appliances, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TV's & High Speed Fios internet. This unit comes with Beach Badges as well. Outdoor state-of-the-art shower with body spray and a lock to store your beach gear safely. Outdoor picnic table, and gas grill (propane included). You really don’t need to pack much because this house has everything you could possibly need- kitchen appliances galore, hair dryers, beach/shower towels, bedding, and the little things you don’t think of until you need them like laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. This house is perfectly located, with easy access to the bay, pier, and ocean. Parking is pretty ideal too, not to mention the multi car parking in the driveway. So many added bonuses. My personal favorite was the paddle boards. Was able to walk mine over to the bay and knock out a 2 mile paddle with my brother. The best part is truly the backyard.
