Well maintained five bedroom house located in a private beach association. The ocean is only a few steps away. Our beach is lifeguarded and uncrowded. A wonderful place to enjoy the water, relax during the day, have a cup of coffee at sunrise or a cocktail in the evening. Beach badges are included with your stay.

Our home is spacious, clean and well-furnished with amenities to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable. The first floor includes a newer kitchen with plenty of storage, large Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, family sized table with granite top and comfortable seating for 10-12 people.

The family room is generously sized and includes a large sectional couch (with two recliners), card table with seating for four, and a separate recliner. This room is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows and sky lights that allow ample sunlight to fill the room. The family room, which is flanked by two separate outdoor decks accessible via two sliding doors, is a great place for gatherings and watching your favorite shows or cheering your teams on a large flat screen TV.

The two outdoor decks are furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. One of the decks includes a barbecue grill. NOTE: At the time of this writing, some of the deck furniture is in storage and not shown in the photos.

The living room is ample in size and filled with sunlight filtered through large shuddered windows. This room includes two couches, winged back chair with ottoman, and flat screen TV.

The first floor includes a the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, living room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, powder room, and a bathroom with shower. The second floor includes three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The property includes an outdoor shower as well.

There is never a dull moment on the bay, and you are only minutes from local attractions such as enjoy the board walk in Point Pleasant and Fireworks every Thursday night all summer long at Windward beach. The house can sleep 8, with 3 Bedrooms which sleeps 6, and a den with pull out sofa which can accommodate 2. There are two full bathrooms, a dining area and a large kitchen. This rental is fully furnished, and equipped with dining ware, cutlery and a full size refrigerator. There were fresh flowers on the kitchen table and a lovely bottle of wine and a very traditional crumb cake from the legendary Mueller's bakery. There were 6 beach badges for us to use along with beach chairs and an umbrella. There were also a few bikes ( we had brought our own). We had one small problem while we were there that was handled right away. Keep in mind it is an old house, not tons of outlets, creaky stairs but LOTS of space. The only thing I would add would be a bit more instruction on the garbage pick up. Thanks again for a wonderful week. Now I need a vacation from my vacation"

We were playing board games inside with the whole group. We heard a loud sound. When we looked out the window we noticed one of the pots was tipped over and cracked. My husband cleaned it up. When we told the owner he was very rude and claimed he looked at the “video” and knows that the wind didn’t pick up the 100 lb planter. He asked how we want to handle this. When I asked him to send me the video he didn’t respond. It honestly left a very bad taste in our mouths. We weren’t thrilled with the location but we were overlooking that because the house was spacious and met our needs. Knowing that this owner makes apparently unfounded claims and expects compensation disgusts us all and makes us hesitate to rent again from VRBO."

- "My family and I stayed at this location for about 2 months, June-July. The hoouse was very clean and organized, and stocked with essentials such as soap/towels/linens/paper goods. The backyard is where the magic is! Calming water lapping right up to the bulkhead, great screened in porch are where we spent 90% of our time. We launched SUP and kayaks right from the backyard. The sunsets are positioned perfectly across the river, every night was a different artistic take on the sky. We did have some equipment/appliance problems such as massive plumbing flood and lack of hot water for 4-5 days. The landlord was always available to be reached, and did their best to get a plumber into the property for fixing as soon as possible. Communication from the landlord is 10/10. Check in / out was very easy. This is a great, quiet property to relax. Enjoy!"

The top floor of Sirena Sanctuary is where you will find the kitchen, domed dining area with seating for up to 10, the main living room, the master suite and bath, as well as a powder room. The top level deck can be accessed from the kitchen area. A large spiral staircase will take you down to the 2nd level deck as well as the pool deck. The top deck is where you will find the most stunning views of the bay – be sure to catch the sunset!

Level II:
The middle level is home to four large bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the sun room. Three of these four bedrooms have direct balcony access.

Level I:
On this level, is the bar, full kitchenette with sink, microwave, and fridge, full bath, and two “bonus rooms” which include full size beds – perfect for the kids. The lowest level offers direct access to the yard, terrace, pool, grill, outdoor dining, outdoor shower, and hot tub.

Situated in a quaint coastal neighborhood 10 minutes from the ocean and one block walking distance to private bay beach area (bay beach is residents only from 11am-3pm) but you can walk there to look at the bay and watch the sunset and go onto the beach area outside the mentioned hours above. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has a king bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in another bedroom and a pullout couch queen memory foam mattress and chair that converts to single cot/bed in the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have smart tvs. No cable but you can login to your apps or use the Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and ESPN + that are provided. Dedicated workspace with standing desk. The driveway is spacious and can fit up to 3 cars/suvs and there is free street parking as well. Everything you need will be provided: linens, towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, shower necessities, cookware, coffee, tea, etc. You will also have access to the washer/dryer (detergent included), iron and steamer. Our home is across from the water and a short drive to the beach; 10 minutes to Seaside and Lavallette, and 20 minutes to Pt. Pleasant. 4 Seaside Park beach badges are included. The beach and boardwalk are perfect for families to enjoy their time here at the shore. For a small fee, the township pool is 3 minutes away at the rec center. The rec center also offers pickle ball courts and other amenities. For adults, Atlantic City is an hour drive. Come enjoy our home and have a relaxing vacation.

Our newly renovated home is situated across from the lagoon which provides great views throughout the day. Also, the home offers a queen size bed, a full size bed, and a room with bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and single size bed on the top. The backyard is entirely fenced in, perfect for entertaining, and offers a large dining set, along with a fire pit and grill. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off and refreshing yourself after a long day at the beach. The driveway has enough space for up to three cars and there is also off street parking. *Cushions and umbrella are provided for the outdoor furniture for the spring and summer season.*

Newly renovated inside and out waterfront home. Only 90 minutes from NYC & Philly! This is an incredible home to get away and relax all year long. It's just as beautiful off season as it is in season, in a stunning, quiet neighborhood, with a private beach on the Metedeconk River. The river beach is a 5 minute walk. The ocean beach is 5 minutes by car. Pt. Pleasant Boardwalk, 10 minutes by car. The local pub is within walking distant, no designated driver needed! Please review house rules.

The space
The house is light and airy with new contemporary furniture. The first floor living area includes a spacious LR with 60" 4K HD smart tv, gas fireplace and a very large modern kitchen. There is an additional tv room for kids to enjoy off the LR with 2 twin beds and an Xbox! Also, a full bath with walk in shower on first floor. There is a gas grill off the back deck. The 1st floor has radiant heat, it is the best! Your feet are always toasty warm in the colder months. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are extra large sliding glass doors and bay windows to take in the spectacular views through out the house. The King and Queen luxury mattresses are new top of the line Sterns & Foster, truly amazing comfort! The house was recently renovated inside and out! Tile on 1st floor, beautiful oak floors on 2nd floor. There are water views from every room and lovely breezes to enjoy! You will come home completely relaxed & reinvigorated Come decompress, you'll be glad you did. Please inquire about shorter stays if needed.

The entire house will be yours to enjoy. I will be there to greet you upon arrival and review house info. There are bikes in the garage. There is a high chair and exer-saucer & changing table for babies. There is also an infant bathtub available. Newborn bassinet & swing available upon request.

The house is surrounded by water, front and back and has a dock. The back deck gates latch close and can be locked so young children can be contained but you will need to vigilant in supervising them at all times. There is a front storm door that locks as well, so you can leave the front door open to enjoy the view and breeze from the front of the house! Please note there is no cable tv. However, 2 TVs are smart TVs. You are welcomed to bring your Apple TV, roku, firestick or PlayStation. There is an Xbox and HDMI cables are provided on each of the 3 TVs. No pets allowed. Pets can be boarded at Purr & Pooch Pet Resort in Wall Township, about a 20 minute drive from the house. $36-$40 per day, depending on dog size.

Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
We are a 6.5 mile drive to Pt. Pleasant Boardwalk. A 4.5 Mile drive to Brick beach. Truly perfect for young families. There is a lovely play area/Swingset for kids in our back yard and a nice patio, hot tub, fire pit, grill & built in swimming pool. Our new outdoor gazebo features a 50 inch flatscreen television with dining area and seating for plenty.
There is plenty of shopping plazas in town. Close to all food shopping lidl, aldi & stop&shop.

Master bedroom has king size bed, and its own bathroom, and a dresser to stow your items in.

Second bedroom has queen size bed with dresser to stole your items in.

Third bedroom is twin size bed with dresser to stow your items in.

Fourth bedroom is twin side bed and dresser to stow your items in

There are two ring cameras.
One on the front of the property and one for the backyard that are both always on.

Most of the house can be used. All closets are locked, giving you room in the bedroom dressers to stow your clothing. Please remember this is our full-time home so our items are in bathrooms ect. We rent out our home for other families to enjoy while we are away.

You will have a code to access the front door that gets changed for each set of guests.

Guest staying for up to 4 nights do not have access to laundry room and garage.

Upon request, I can leave out beach chairs, and 4 beach badges for Brick beach. Please note Kids under the age of 12 are free to that beach with an adult. The beach snack Stand is being renovated, however There is a little Caesars pizza truck with snacks.

Please note, occupants are only allowed to have two guests. Having more than two guests at any time whether they sleep there or not will result in a $100 charge per day per guest. Due to regulations, we need to limit the number of people on the property.

Smoking is not allowed inside. There is a $250 fee for smoking.
Due to severe allergies, pets are not allowed on the property in consideration to other guests staying there .We do not allows pets. We only allow service animals in entire place listings if you provide a registration that the animal is a licensed service animal.The fee for bringing a pet on the property is $250 per day

If there is something broken or missing when the cleaning company gets there they will go to the store and have it replaced, the charge is $50 for their time and travel plus the cost of goods. If something breaks by accident just message or call me as soon as it happens and I should be able to buy the product online to avoid the cost of time and travel fee that the cleaning company charges. Please don't leave any food or garbage in the bathroom.

Guests are not allowed to have parties/get together nor bring additional guests that are not noted at the time of booking. Persons who are not checked in are not permitted in the house.

Please do not tamper with the security cameras. The fee for turning off or obstructing a security camera is $500. You may check-in until two am as long as you can do self-check-in without our help. Just watch the check-in video we sent you, and follow the instructions!! Check out is at eleven am and there is a $50 fee for late checkout. If you extend your stay without a reservation, you will be charged a minimum of $250 fee per night or higher. Enjoy your stay!!
