Well maintained five bedroom house located in a private beach association. The ocean is only a few steps away. Our beach is lifeguarded and uncrowded. A wonderful place to enjoy the water, relax during the day, have a cup of coffee at sunrise or a cocktail in the evening. Beach badges are included with your stay.

Our home is spacious, clean and well-furnished with amenities to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable. The first floor includes a newer kitchen with plenty of storage, large Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, family sized table with granite top and comfortable seating for 10-12 people.

The family room is generously sized and includes a large sectional couch (with two recliners), card table with seating for four, and a separate recliner. This room is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows and sky lights that allow ample sunlight to fill the room. The family room, which is flanked by two separate outdoor decks accessible via two sliding doors, is a great place for gatherings and watching your favorite shows or cheering your teams on a large flat screen TV.

The two outdoor decks are furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. One of the decks includes a barbecue grill. NOTE: At the time of this writing, some of the deck furniture is in storage and not shown in the photos.

The living room is ample in size and filled with sunlight filtered through large shuddered windows. This room includes two couches, winged back chair with ottoman, and flat screen TV.

The first floor includes a the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, living room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, powder room, and a bathroom with shower. The second floor includes three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The property includes an outdoor shower as well.

There is never a dull moment on the bay, and you are only minutes from local attractions such as enjoy the board walk in Point Pleasant and Fireworks every Thursday night all summer long at Windward beach. The house can sleep 8, with 3 Bedrooms which sleeps 6, and a den with pull out sofa which can accommodate 2. There are two full bathrooms, a dining area and a large kitchen. This rental is fully furnished, and equipped with dining ware, cutlery and a full size refrigerator. The home is 1 block from the ocean and 2 blocks from downtown Bayhead for shopping and restaurants. Six blocks from the train to NYC. Point Pleasant Beach is a mile away for fun family entertainment.

There were fresh flowers on the kitchen table and a lovely bottle of wine and a very traditional crumb cake from the legendary Mueller's bakery. There were 6 beach badges for us to use along with beach chairs and an umbrella. There were also a few bikes ( we had brought our own). We had one small problem while we were there that was handled right away. Keep in mind it is an old house, not tons of outlets, creaky stairs but LOTS of space. The only thing I would add would be a bit more instruction on the garbage pick up. Thanks again for a wonderful week. Now I need a vacation from my vacation"

We were playing board games inside with the whole group. We heard a loud sound. When we looked out the window we noticed one of the pots was tipped over and cracked. My husband cleaned it up. When we told the owner he was very rude and claimed he looked at the “video” and knows that the wind didn’t pick up the 100 lb planter. He asked how we want to handle this. When I asked him to send me the video he didn’t respond. It honestly left a very bad taste in our mouths. We weren’t thrilled with the location but we were overlooking that because the house was spacious and met our needs. Knowing that this owner makes apparently unfounded claims and expects compensation disgusts us all and makes us hesitate to rent again from VRBO."

- "My family and I stayed at this location for about 2 months, June-July. The hoouse was very clean and organized, and stocked with essentials such as soap/towels/linens/paper goods. The backyard is where the magic is! Calming water lapping right up to the bulkhead, great screened in porch are where we spent 90% of our time. We launched SUP and kayaks right from the backyard. The sunsets are positioned perfectly across the river, every night was a different artistic take on the sky. We did have some equipment/appliance problems such as massive plumbing flood and lack of hot water for 4-5 days. The landlord was always available to be reached, and did their best to get a plumber into the property for fixing as soon as possible. Communication from the landlord is 10/10. Check in / out was very easy. This is a great, quiet property to relax. Enjoy!"

Level III:
The top floor of Sirena Sanctuary is where you will find the kitchen, domed dining area with seating for up to 10, the main living room, the master suite and bath, as well as a powder room. The top level deck can be accessed from the kitchen area. A large spiral staircase will take you down to the 2nd level deck as well as the pool deck. The top deck is where you will find the most stunning views of the bay – be sure to catch the sunset!

Level II:
The middle level is home to four large bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the sun room. Three of these four bedrooms have direct balcony access.

Level I:
On this level, is the bar, full kitchenette with sink, microwave, and fridge, full bath, and two “bonus rooms” which include full size beds – perfect for the kids. The lowest level offers direct access to the yard, terrace, pool, grill, outdoor dining, outdoor shower, and hot tub.

- 14 beach passes are included in your stay for Brick III beach (beach chairs & towels are not included)
- Pillows, comforters, sheets, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towel included with every stay
