The location was not far aside from the tunnel traffic due to repairs.Commuting to and from NYC was between 40minutes to 2 hours.The exterior of the property was not mowed or cleaned up. There was an old book shelf/trash and glass in the drive way. The host also allowed a neighbor to park their van in the front yard of the property without letting us know until we reported it. The inside needs a good deep cleaning.I will say the host was very prompt responding during our stay. But prior to our stay the communication with the host took long periods to get responses and often required a follow up message after waiting a day or so to get a response.We were not given any check in information until 3:59 with our check in time being 4:00.We did ask for extra towels and a toaster which they sent over later the same day. There are no extra pillows or blankets at this property. It says it sleeps 12 but I would say 10 max and to be comfortable at 2 per bed I would say 8. There are two couches but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on them and if you do, you’ll want to bring bedding.The air conditioning stopped working during our stay and the host fixed it within 24 hours so that was much appreciated as it was almost 90 that day. The washing machine is actually a washer/dryer combo but if you put it on wash and dry the timer says it takes over 5 hours to complete. "

- "Clean ,comfortable with relatively large kitchen area no issue other than tiny toilet which can easily be changed , prefer a shower than a tiny tub, a little noisy from running water and flushes from apartment above (?). We don’t have pet so finding few animal hair was annoying but you are coming with pets , shouldn’t have any problem. We stayed close to a month. Everything you need is nearby. There is parking space in driveway but someone always parked there so we parked in street which is not busy and will find parking easily. "

*Please do not slam the front door when entering and leaving the apartment .

If you are noisy during quiet hours of 10pm-9am, your reservation may be cancelled with a fair warning...

HARSH STAINS :
Must CLEAN any harsh stains during your stay. Harsh stains can come from makeup, tanning sprays, liquids or dropping food on the couch, rug, sheets or linen. (CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS ARE BELOW) or please contact me and I can have a cleaner clean the stain. (You will be charged for any stains left untreated or for any linen that has to be replaced).

LUGGAGE:
DO not drag or place any luggage against the walls. This will cause marks or scrapes and will damage the white walls.

NO PET POLICY:
No pets are allowed.

GUESTS & VISITORS:
Maximum occupancy inside the apartment (2).


NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
We strictly prohibit social gatherings of any size, visits from friends/family that are not listed on the reservation.
It’s a small apartment!

SMOKING:
No smoking policy inside the apartment. Smoking and vaping is only allowed outside.


SEWER (Toilet/sink):
Only flush toilet tissue. We have sensitive plumbing! DO NOT flush any other items down the toilet.

WINDOWS:
Close windows when you leave the apartment. It may rain and it will damage the carpet.

Turn OFF appliances when leaving the apartment, that includes:

Place garbage inside the bins that are in the driveway. WE DO NOT HAVE DUMPSTERS. Therefore; trash needs to be placed inside plastic bags before you throw trash inside the outdoor bins.


CHECK OUT Instructions:
TIDY AND CLEAN the apartment.( Put away clean dishes, remove trash in kitchen and bathroom, clean stains in the bathroom and kitchen. Sweep kitchen & bathroom floor, straighten up the living room and bedroom.)

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR STAIN REMOVAL:

Rug/ sheets/ linen/ towels:
Clean using the hydrogen peroxide (in the kitchen cabinet) let the peroxide sit for 2-5 minutes. Then blot and softly scrub with a little dish soap and warm water until stain is removed. Clean with the white rag that’s in the bucket under the sink.

Couch:
Clean with warm water and a little dish soap. Clean with the blue or white rag that’s located in the bucket under the sink.

Spacious & furnished spanish-mediteranian tudor-cape style designed home. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood which is walking distance to everything, including less than a 1 minute walk to the express bus transportation to New York City which get you in minutes to the heart of Manhattan!

Also close to local malls, restaurants, library, parks, grocery stores, bagel store, deli, shopping, entertainment, pharmacies, convenient stores, hospital, and bakery!

The space
Home has been recently updated/renovated, with 2 spacious bedrooms (beds and furniture included), open living room, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster), central heating, fast WiFi internet, beautiful hard wood floors, lots of closet space & natural light, open layout, and a lovely backyard with seating area.

Other things to note
Please note: there were some very minor changes to the house after the photos were taken, the queen bed frame style in the 1st bedroom has been changed to a different beautiful similar antique bed frame, and in the 2nd bedroom, the full size bed was changed to a twin/single size bed, but an additional twin/single bed can be specially requested for a total of two single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Some other small furniture items may also be rearranged slightly, or changed to a similar lovely piece of furniture.
