This peaceful and centrally-located home is cozy, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you need. Enjoy an open living room equipped with a big Smart TV, chic emerald green sofa that converts to a bed, work space, tons of natural light, an A/C window unit and radiator heat. The eat-in fully equipped kitchen seats 4 with a island, granite countertops, and gas stove. The bedroom offers a Queen size bed and plenty of storage space with extra drawers under the bed. Prepare to feel super zen when visiting and experience the rural lifestyle, with 2 acres of land in the backyard and multiple parks nearby, yet everything you need is either walking distance or within a 1 mile radius. Bus stop is across the street, route 55 is around the corner, Rowan University/ Glassboro is 10 mins away, Vineland 20 mins away, and Philadelphia is 30 mins away. This place is a true gem.

- "Vrbo told me to ask my host two questions before arriving, but when I did the host was short, to the point and borderline rude - as if I was being pushy instead of following the directions I was given by the people I had paid for my stay. Upon arrival, the porch was old and rickety and the stairs up to the rental unit narrow and awkward (the entrance to the owner’s unit by contrast is quite new and looks much more secure with no rusty nails showing). The unit is upstairs from where the host lives, which is uncomfortable - especially when the bathroom smells of sewage, there are bugs larger than an inch in diameter on the walls, and more than one curtain came down during a 3 night stay. “Work from home” is advertised but not possible because of the constant road noise. Worst of all, the owner came into the unit when I was there all alone, deadbolted in, without even knocking or announcing herself as she entered. It was abundantly clear that I was there, since she had not given a key to the deadbolt, which she had to search for her own key to unlock. I had another stay booked with her over the Christmas holidays, and after only one night in the unit I cancelled that booking. I would rather stay at the cheap motel down the road than stay here again. Do not recommend."

- "Beautiful setting in a wooded lot feels private like you are far away from hustle and bustle but it is convenient near stores and restaurants. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and all new appliances. House has many “ smart” lighting features. Floor was gritty but hard to avoid with plank floors. Maybe a few throw rugs would help. We rented the whole house and each bedroom had its own lock, so we had access to one bedroom. This was OK but the king mattress sagged in the middle and I was interested in sleeping the second night in a different bedroom. Inquiry to the property manger was answered promptly and we were informed that we could use the second bedroom but it would require an additional $75 cleaning fee so we declined and stayed in the current bedroom. It is nice to have a lower initial cleaning fee if the entire house is not benign used, but we had not encountered this before. Overall it was a very nice stay, we had breakfast on the deck, listening to the birds "

The backyard is spacious with two patio areas, propane grill, outdoor seating and fire-pit. Dive-way can easily park three vehicles.
