NOTE: This is a multi family house. I live in the other half of the house so I can be on site to assist with anything you need. The home is in between a park and another home, divided by the side yard. Pretty private location!

NOTE: You have your own private entrance. One from the back of the house, which is the main way to get in, and a private entrance to your patio space. The patio space is divided in half by a planter wall for both units - but I don’t use or enter the patio space when guests are renting so they have privacy.

You will be staying in your private apartment. This is a two family house. You have access to everything in the apartment. It has two separate bedrooms, private parking is available, Directvnow and wifi. PLUS Netflix. There is a full size bed, FOUR twin size beds and a sofa bed. that has a memory foam mattress. (all extremely comfortable with lots of pillows) I also have an air mattress if needed. The apartment fits 4 people with beds plus a few more on an air mattress.

First 4 people will be accommodated.

This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 20-30 minutes. Only a 2 minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken and Jersey City which are very well known for their delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views.
