- "Couch (I wouldn’t sit on it) and bed were WELL worn…it could have been cleaner. The staff heard our concerns and gave us a blanket to put over the couch." - "My family and i were sad to leave yesterday. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to doing this again soon" - "This was a really nice campground. The lots are nice and shaded. The pool wasn't open yet, but they were getting it ready for Memorial Day weekend. It looked nice. The playground area and mini golf also looked nice, and they were convenient to our rental. The campground also has a lake that guests can swim in. It was a perfect day outside, and many people were taking advantage of being in the lake. We stayed in a pet friendly cottage. It was great to be able to bring our pet. It was our first time taking our pet with us on vacation. The cleaners could have did a better job with the floors and the bathroom sink, but it wasn't anything that we couldn't take care of ourselves."

The Space:
Waterside private campsite on a working cranberry farm
Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!
Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.
Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.
What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows
Firewood
Other Things to Note:
Do look for a variety of wildlife, including bald eagles, blue herons, deer, maybe a coyote--the list could go on and on! Don't forget to be safe around the water, and your campfire!
Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.
If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your confirmation email. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). If you have any questions regarding modifications to your booking, please reach out to Tentrr Customer Support.
- "It’s a nice quiet spot, couldn’t ask for any more" - "Craig’s property was a great place for us to relax and allow our reactive dog to burn off some energy! The site is remote and located on the banks of a peaceful reservoir. Craig provided everything we needed and more! He is incredibly helpful and kind. He shared some history of the cranberry farm and also suggested close places for a quick beer run. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to decompress and relax. 😎"

Get ready to relax on the Stugotz, a 63' Ocean Super Sport. There are 4-bedrooms, 3 full baths, full kitchen, awesome salon area (living room), and you can kick back and chill on the bow (front) of the boat or in the cockpit (the back of the boat). The boat is located at the Golden Nugget Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. You have access to the Golden Nugget gym, pool, and spa and I encourage you to look at the Golden Nugget website and the Farley Marina as you will see additional information. Fun night life and you don't have to worry about driving because you are literally a one-minute walk to the casino and The Deck (outside entertainment area). You are a 10-minute drive to the beautiful beaches in Brigantine, New Jersey and badges to get you on the beach are included. Additionally, you are 10-minutes away from the Atlantic City boardwalk, where there are shops and rides for kids. The Stugotz has 4 twin beds (two separate Crew Rooms with two beds each and a shared bathroom), a full bed and full bathroom in the Guest Quarters, and a queen bed and full bath in the Captains Quarters. Perfect for a group getaway of 6 people. With amenities like a washing machine, AC, and WiFi, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. If you have never spent a night on a boat, you should really try it and I must warn you, it is addictive! If you are interested in doing some fishing, that is an option as well and can be discussed with Captain Mac. For some reason, I cannot change the room rate. For weekends (Friday and Saturday) the rate is $550 per night and for weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) the room rate is $350 a night.
- "We had a fabulous time on the Stutotz! We were a group of four and stayed for two nights. The boat itself was wonderful—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely set up, and we all slept great thanks to the cozy beds. Captain Mac was the real standout—accommodating, helpful, and always communicative. He made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable getaway on the water. We’re looking forward to staying on the Stugotz again in the future! "

Pick your own berries in the summer months or apple picking in the fall at the many nearby farms. There is even a nearby Lavender farm.
- "Gregg was an amazing host the place was well kept it was better than advertised!" - "We enjoyed our stay. Greg was very responsive to a few issues that arose The outdoor setting was as pictured and the short path to the brook with a small waterfall was charming. It was the first time staying in an Airstream. It was interesting though still a bit of a work in progress since there were a few things that need some fine tuning. Overall a nice experience"

- "We came on a short vacation & enjoyed our stayed greatly." - "I went with 4 friends for 3 nights. We loved the boat itself, but would have appreciated some extra information on how to utilize electricity and plumbing before arrival. Our host responded quickly to our problems and was very helpful once we made our issues evident. Would recommend, but 4 people is likely the most amount of people you can comfortably fit to sleep."

About this space
Please read carefully. The boat is Catalina model 30a from 1979. The boat is over 40 years old and it is rustic inside meaning it is not perfect.
Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.
The space:
The boat is a spacious 29 footer. The interior has a kitchennette, dining table, seating and two double size berths. Additionally, you have access to a facilities building (showers, toilets, resting area with picnic tables). Running water is on the deck. Please use the bathroom in facilitate building. Portable party potty by request if need it. Marina is very friendly for fisherman. The boat comfortably fits two people, but is technically designed for four.(price is set up for two people if more additional charge will be applied ).
The interior gives you 6'3" height, with bunk lengths to match. Sleeping options include a V-berth double and a dinette double (settee berth).
*V-berth is a bed in the front of the boat that has a triangular shape
*Settee berth is a bed in the center seating area of the boat. The table lowers and folds into a double bed.
Guest access:
By request, we can provide you with two kayaks for free. If you would like to rent bicycles, the cost is $15 per bike per day. You must take the bikes for your entire stay and will be charged for each day. Other items available by request only include: tennis rackets, fishing rod, volleyball (for nets at the beach), extra cooler, iron, fan, umbrella, etc. Due to the limited space on the boat , you must request any amenities at least 24 h before check in. Thx
Any other specific requests, send us a note and we will try our best to accommodate :)
Other things to note:
Be aware: you are staying on the water and you have to be extremely careful with fire and alcohol. Remember the docks are narrow and you can slip and drown if you are not cautious at all times. It is more like camping than a hotel but a heck of a lot of fun ;) .
The Marina has its own set of rules, including, but not limited to: being courteous to other boat owners, keeping the facilities room clean, and keeping noise levels down between 10pm and 8am. Most boats in the Marina are fishing boats. A few organize fishing trips for very reasonable prices. We could help you arrange such a trip, if you are interested. Boat smells are common to all boats and are part of the experience. I do not recommend this boat for people very sensitive to smells or folks that perhaps have asthma. No parties allowed on the boat or on the dock. The dock must remain clear at all times - this includes personal items, bikes and kayaks. No riding bikes on the dock. Access to the engine and mechanical compartments is strictly prohibited. I make every effort to accommodate all my guests, recognizing that every person is different and has unique preferences. My listing is truthfully described as an adventure getaway and is not the right choice for everyone. Please note the weather is out of my control. The boat leaks a little in some spots when is raining heavily.
