- "We had a great time at this back yard cottage. The location was perfect--walking distance to both the ocean and the bay-side dog beach at Taylor Ave, along with all the great dining options Beach Haven has to offer. There's no inside dining table or counter chairs, but luckily we had good weather for eating at the outdoor patio table when not dining out. The fenced in yard was very peaceful and a nice place to hang out between activities. The bed was a little on the soft side for my body's preference, but otherwise the main bedroom was great. Lots of closet and dresser space. The second bedroom was huge. The couch in the main space was spacious with a large TV for unwinding after a long day of activities, and the kitchen was equipped for what we needed. Overall, we'd stay again."

Second floor stairway door is closed off at the top, and the 2nd floor is not rented and usually is unoccupied. Owners are there occasionally, and use the outside stairway only.

A lovely 'Little House' nestled in a shaded backyard with off-street parking. Close to everything Beach Haven has to offer! On the ocean side and just blocks to Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and other shops, restaurants, and parks. You can park your car in the driveway when you get here and not use it again until you leave. The owners live onsite if you need special amenities or have any questions.

We are currently accepting weekly rentals with arrival and departure times on Saturday.

The two bedroom, one bath house includes a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and an upstairs room with 4 twin beds. No linens included (bring your own sheets and towels). Kitchenware is provided including dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. You only need to supply paper goods and soaps, etc.

Fenced yard, front and back covered porch. . Pet deposit of $150 per pet refundable if left pet clean and picked up after. Priced great for location, walk to everything. AC window units in bedrooms.and living area. NO washer or dryer or internet.. Large outside shower. Front and rear porch . No landline at house, must use cell phones. 6 beach passes offered, any extraordinary cleaning will be deducted from security $50. No internet
