Nestled among the trees, steps away from the lake, this classic Split Rock cottage is your getaway in the middle of it all. Built in 1964, the knotty pine interior harkens back to a simpler time. The natural stone fireplace ignites with the touch of a button. A galley kitchen has all of the necessary tools to make a delicious home-cooked meal. The dining area seats six, and the wood deck and screened-in porch are great in warmer weather. Two bedrooms and one full bath complete the package.

Lake Harmony and the Pocono Mountains are a four-season destination. Aside from all the great restaurants and shopping there are many activities all year round.

Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, and snow tubing. Local restaurants have music and karaoke.

Spring activities include skiing, snowboarding, golf, hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Be on the lookout for wine festivals and craft shows.

Summer activities include wakeboarding, water skiing, wake surfing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, tubing, and lake cruises. Several lakefront dining opportunities with bands and dancing.

Fall is fabulous at Lake Harmony and is a destination for fall foliage viewing. Newly renovated vacation home across the street from Lake Harmony offering convenient access to the lake and as well as a lake view from the front deck. Home has been renovated with many unique and custom features!

Living area is a great place to entertain, offering ample space for all the guests.
Enjoy a football game with the whole crew and the 65" TV with custom sound, wet bar, beer fridge and large comfy sofa! Guests will love the photographs from the 60's, 70's & 80's of some of the most famous Rock 'n Roll icons of the last few decades! Connecting to the living area is another living space with 4 swinging chairs and 2 pull out sofas. Enjoy the view while you relax in those chairs!

Dining area and kitchen offers a sunny place to eat while enjoying the outdoor views through the many windows and sliding doors. The area flows into the living room expanding the space for entertaining. The kitchen includes a new full size refrigerator with ice maker, new dishwasher, stainless steel gas stove with air fryer, coffee station with a Keurig & drip coffee maker and enough coffee to get you started!

Next is the private backyard! Enjoy the quietness of this enclosed space while you sit by the fire pit! There will be enough firewood provided for a few fires!Plenty of Adirondack chairs for all and a covered grill & outdoor kitchen so you can cook outside no matter the weather!

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is an additional 3rd full bath downstairs. Both upstairs bathrooms offer beautiful custom tile work & radient floor heating. There is a walk-in shower in one and a combo bath/shower in another. The four bedrooms have lots of custom storage areas that offer unique hooks and shelving. More Rock'n Roll photos are on display throughout the 2nd floor. Individual room thermostats will keep you warm in winter while cental air will keep you cool all summer. There are charging stations in all bedrooms as well as a desk and chair in bedroom # 3 if you need to catch up on some work. Mattress & pillow protectors are on all beds.

Guests have access to the whole house. The barn in the back is not accessable to guests, but the parking behind it is.
Other things to note
Lake Harmony allows gas motor boats so some may find it too busy or noisy.
Ample hooks and shelves are availble for storage of clothes. There are no closets available due to age of home. Washer/dryer are located in the basement so use of steps will be necessary.

- choose your favorite outdoor games, for your use on the property or at the beach, including bocce, lawn darts, cornhole, etc.
- Enjoy the local wildlife right at the house: deer, hawks, bald eagles, fox, chipmunks, and more!

Eco-friendly:
This house is powered by renewable energy, uses filtered well water, and includes eco-friendly personal care products for your enjoyment while you stay. The poconos are a great year-round local getaway for east coast travelers looking to avoid air travel.

Guest Access:
Everything but the owners closet is available to you during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll fall in love with Lake Harmony Estates. It is close to state parks, hiking, skiing (Jack Frost, Big Boulder), restaurants and bars, and lake activities, and it offers free beach access in summer, while still providing you some peace and solitude to get away from the stress of every day living.

Getting Around:
Drive, walk, rent a golf cart to explore the Lake Harmony community.

Other Things to Note:
Rentals over 27 days require a signed lease and security deposit equal to the cost of one month stay. You may message me before booking for details.

Top bunk max weight is 250lbs.

Please note that use of the hot tub is not guaranteed. It is fairly new but if it ever needs a repair, we may be subject to delays in obtaining service or parts.

The Space:
You’ll love the open concept common save kitchen/dining/living room that allows your whole family to enjoy each other’s company. You can choose to sleep in the first floor master bedroom or in the spacious loft, and your kids will love the bunk beds for sleepover vibes. You can use the loft as a third bedroom, common space, and/or work area with a desk and comfortable chair. When you’re done with the day’s outings, you can cook dinner on the grill, relax on the deck and gather at the outdoor firepit in comfortable Adirondack chairs. You’ll also love cozying up to a fire in the fireplace.
