This lovely Poconos Lake Harmony Estates chalet has it all: beautifully furnished, cathedral ceilings, stone (gas burning) fireplace, 65" smart TV, high speed WiFi, modern fully equipped kitchen w/granite countertops, massive deck with brand new 6 burner grill, picnic table, and umbrella for entertaining, large secluded fire pit area, outdoor hot tub, basement game room with pool table plenty of seating and a TV for game watching, ping pong table in garage, loft has another TV and a foosball table. Linens and towels including beach towels ARE included. 5 bedrooms with 4 queen beds in 4 rooms and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin over twin bunks. There is also a fold out couch in the game room. Pets allowed with $75 pet fee per pet for the entire stay.

Situated in a peaceful setting on a 1/2 acre wooded property, enjoy watching native animals that routinely walk through the yard. Deer, turkey and other wildlife are commonly seen. Winter evenings offer a view of the slopes at Big Boulder Ski Resort from the large windows in family room.

Staying in the Estates affords you access to a private beach with parking, tennis courts, and a marina key to allow boat access to the lake. The house is about 1/4 mile from the lake beach, 1 mile from Big Boulder Ski Area and Split Rock golf course and a 5-minute drive to Jack Frost Ski resort and golf Course. Camel Back Ski Area and Water Park as well as the Crossings Shopping Outlets are only 20 miles away. Other activities are available at the nearby Split Rock Resort and the Town Center (formally the Galleria) including a movie theatre, indoor water park, arcade, ice cream parlor and bowling alley.

Everything you could need to create family meals is here for you including stovetop and bakeware, plating for 12+, Crab pot, Ninja coffeemaker w frother and single cup capability, 4 slice toaster and more.

*The secondary bedroom has 2 large, super solid wood double over double bunk beds with sturdy wooden steps for top bunk access. Double closets, bureau, and Heat/AC split unit.
*The third bedroom has a single bed over full bunk bed, closet, bureau and Haet/AC split unit

- "We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental. The location was great and the property was well-maintained with good amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans/utensils for all of our cooking needs. However, it's important to note that guests need to bring their own sheets, towels, and even hand towels for the bathrooms/kitchen. Thankfully, Laurie sent us a "before your check-in" message that said this which gave us enough time to secure the correct sheets for each bed. Also, the top bunk is extremely close to the ceiling and might not be very comfortable for a full-sized adult, so keep in mind when assigning rooms. The location was perfectly situated to walk across the street to the lake or down the street to restaurants. Despite these minor points, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning in the future."

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire cabin as well as the outdoor fire pit next to the home. We ask guests to please respect nature, wildlife, and the surrounding landscape of the beautiful Lake Harmony and Big Boulder. The driveway fits 7 cars total and there are 1-2 additional, unpaved spots on the side yard (depending on car size).

On the first floor is a 26' x 18' game room with pool table, shuffle board, a 55' LCD TV, and a Sonos play 5 stereo. Arcade Legends multi-cade game is set up for free play and includes 200 of your all time favorite and classic arcade games, including Mortal Combat, Pac man, Mrs. Pac Man, centipede, asteroids, super breakout and many more. Our home is just over a 5 minute walk to Lake Harmony, a private lake that permits fishing, power boating, water skiing, and swimming. Our private Lake Harmony community beach has a swimming area, picnic tables, and beach volleyball court. Tennis and Shuffleboard Courts available to use in the neighborhood. Hike the beautiful trails of Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area both just a few miles away. The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and 10 minutes to Jack Frost that provide skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. Other local attractions include Pocono Raceway, just 5 miles away as well as Split Rock resort, just a half mile away. Other activities nearby include snowmobiling, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, miniature golf, water parks, casino gambling, bowling, movie theater, multiple golf courses, and shopping. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from New York & Philadelphia.

As you walk you see all of the different houses. If driving, it is very short. The vibe of the house and the area are perfect for a laid back, enjoyable get away. We stayed for 3 nights, the next time we are booking at least 5. Ryan is super responsive and obviously very considerate. A lot of thought went into this house. Awesome time"

Ledgestone Lodge comfortably sleeps up to 29 guests across 8 bedrooms and loft. The bedrooms are spaciously laid out over three floors with one large primary suite and two bedrooms with two queen beds each on the first floor, one large primary suite and two bedrooms with two queen beds each on the second floor, and two bedrooms with two queen beds each plus a loft with twin daybed on the third floor. This layout is perfect for groups who value flexibility and privacy in space.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with cedar log beds, Smart TVs, cooling ceiling fans, AC in every bedroom, and functional bathrooms. Each primary suite has it’s own full ensuite bathroom with stand-in shower.

Open-Concept Living

Unwinding in our home of 5,400 sq ft of living space is easy. The great room located on the second floor is spacious and connects seamlessly to our large, raised deck separated by a dual sided fireplace. High vaulted ceilings, solid hardwood floors and stained wainscotting add warmth throughout the space.

There is ample space to gather with friends and family with a large sofa in the main living room and gathering-style seating around our large island table with seating for 16.

Our fully equipped kitchen is large enough to prepare meals for large group gatherings and retreats. Granite countertops with ample workspace, a wine and beer cooling fridge, and bar counter for four are perfect for entertaining and gathering. Two refrigerators, two freezers, and two dishwashers allow for cooking for large groups while offering the means for an easy cleanup so that you can make most of your time with family, friends, and coworkers.

The lower-level game room at Ledgestone Lodge is fully loaded with a Multicade arcade system, a professional Olhausen 8' slate pool table, a wine and beer fridge, a large plush sofa, and flat screen TV.

Outdoor Living

Our fantastic indoor entertainment space opens to the finest in outdoor living. Our undercover patio with Adirondack seating is perfect for those looking to enjoy the beauty of nature that surrounds them under the cover of our raised upper deck. Some guests have been lucky enough to feed the local deer from the patio! With several closely positioned trees in the front yard, some groups have creatively hung their hammocks to drape between the clustered trees.
The raised upper deck offers another 700 sq ft of outdoor living with a gas Weber Genesis grille and plenty of seating for the whole crew to get together and enjoy alfresco dining under the stars.
Our private hot tub jacuzzi is located just around back of our home and is suitable for groups of 6-8.

- "We all enjoy our stay but only my family gets disappointed in not having a dryer work and no hot water in one of the bathrooms. And when I get there the Zaguzi water was dirty. But the owner was nice and they send right away someone to clean and fix the water which was was very nice So in future to make sure all need to update before guest check-in. There are 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths on the main floor and 2 bedrooms 1 full bath on the lower level. The main level consists of a fully equipped kitchen with newer black stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric glass cooktop range and oven, , french-door refrigerator, water cooler, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender and electric griddles for easily preparing large meals. There is a long 5 stool island countertop open to large dining area with expandable dining table and a slider to open patio with large propane gas grill (propane provided) and picnic table for outdoor dining. This home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in the mountains. Linens provided for all beds. There is a large living room and dining area with a walk out deck. New kitchen is stocked and has all new appliances. Lower level has a large commercial beverage cooler to store your extra food and beverages. Every bedroom has a TV with Roku. Each room has its own personal AC/heating unit so you can control your own temperature and sleep comfortably. There is also a firepit area behind the house!

- "The house was clean and perfect for our annual cousin getaway! Plenty of space for everyone and the game room was a big hit. The pool table is a little off level, as well as the other game table, but otherwise they were all great! The only things I would note is that you do not really have any access to the lake for fishing/boating or swimming other than a little space down the street. Otherwise you have to rent a kayak/canoe to really have any fun on the lake. Linens are provided but they are flat sheets, not fitted, so if you toss & turn a lot, the sheets just come off the bed which really just defeats the purpose of putting on a sheet at all! We would rent this house again though as overall it fit our group perfect!"

Kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer. Warm up fast with two propane fireplaces in the living room and recreation room.

Another kitchenette in the recreation room makes life easy in this entertainment room that will please all ages. A pool table and foosball game will get your competitive juices flowing or you can just sit back and watch your favorite show on the big-screen TV with surround sound.

The crowning jewel is an outdoor hot tub for those crisp evenings shared with good friends. Spectacular views, clean mountain air, surrounded by the glory of the Poconos.

The Chalet is located on a wooded lot, contiguous to woods, and about 1000 ft from Lake Harmony. There you will find Split Rock Lodge which includes an outdoor bar (sometimes Band on Saturday nights), a restaurant, and a lovely open space for outdoor weddings. We don’t use Split Rock beach.

Our Lake Harmony Estates beach is more private and located a short drive next to our parking area, canoe, and community house. There you will find a lake swimming area, sandy beach, picnic tables, and beach volleyball. Our canoe is located there and free to our guests.
