Great news! We have added a brand new hot tub to our home as of October 2020! It is large enough to seat 6 and you can hook up your bluetooth to the sound system! It is on our first floor patio; easy access to relax after a long day of skiing, exploring and enjoying the Poconos.

Also new in Oct 2020 is a high rate (48 amp) EV charger and two 65" 4k Roku HDTVs.

This beautiful 5 bedroom townhome is the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway any time of the year! Since it was a model home, it has many luxurious accents that will help to make your vacation memorable and comfortable. It has over 2,600 sq. ft. of living space so up to 12 people can still feel that they have plenty of room!

In the winter you can be at the BIg Boulder ski slopes in less than a 2 minute drive. It is a 0.5 mile walk to the lifts. From our outside deck, you will have a beautiful view of Big Boulder Mountain Ski Area. A few steps inside and you are back sitting next to the fireplace. With your ski pass for Big Boulder, you can also ski at the neighboring Jack Frost Mountain as well, which is only a 12 minute drive away.

The home overlooks the tennis courts in the Laurelwoods development and in the summer the 175 acre Big Boulder Lake and beach are a 1 mile walk (or a very short drive) away. At the Lake Club, there is a heated pool, baby pool, sand beach and lake swimming area (summer). Last season they revamped the playground area to a Family Fun Area where members could enjoy tennis, ping pong, bocce, corn hole, badminton, volleyball, and the new picnic area etc. Many different types of boats are also available for rental by the hour (summer). Passes to the club may be purchased in season for the 2024 rate of $25 per person per day. (Children under 2 are free.) Or if you are staying longer, you can also buy a 4 pack (4 people for 4 days) for $125.
Tennis courts are available, at no charge, behind our home. We have a few racquets and canisters of balls at the house for you to use.

Nearby are two great golf courses, Split Rock and the 5 Star Jack Frost National. Both present challenges to golfers and offer beautiful vistas. You can also enjoy hiking, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, Skirmish paintball, the Poconos Raceway, 2 casinos, bowling, great visits to nearby State Parks and the water park H2Oooohh! at Split Rock Lodge. Come see all the area has to offer you!

There are 3 floors of living in our home which allows you and your traveling companions to spread out and not feel like you are cramped. On the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining area, living area with a beautiful gas fireplace and a half bath. Also on the entry floor is a master bedroom suite featuring a large soaking tub, a 20 inch TV and a king size bed. In the living room, there is a 65 inch 4k Flat Panel TV with a CD/Stereo system. From the kitchen, there is a walkout to our deck with an outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella and gas grill for cooking out any time of the year.

Upstairs you will find a full bath and two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a TV and one with 2 twins and a TV. There is also a small sitting area allowing you a quiet getaway. Gigabit wireless internet service is available throughout the house.

Downstairs there is a walkout basement which is home to a family room that has a pull out sofa, a 65 inch 4k Roku TV and DVD player and a selection of movies for your enjoyment. There is also a convertible pool table/ping pong table and family puzzles, cards and board games. We also have a small library of both children's and adult books for you to enjoy during your stay. You will also find another full bath and 2 more bedrooms on the lower level, one with a queen bed and a TV and one with twin beds and a TV, allowing another group of family members to have a level all to themselves. We also have a washer and dryer available for your convenience.

One of the best features of this 3-floor home is that you can be together as a group and yet have space to be apart and have privacy. Our home is perfect for a large family or 2 smaller families to vacation together.

We do not allow smoking of any kind inside or outside our home nor do we allow pets and we request that our primary tenants be over the age of 25 years. We hope that you will enjoy our house and have a wonderful experience here!

Our home is intended for family reunions and gatherings. We strictly prohibit wild parties that result in destructive and drunken behavior. If your intention is to party at our house, we are NOT a good fit for you. We are only interested in families who will take good care of our property and respect our neighborhood. Guests will be required to complete and return a signed rental agreement within 48 hrs after confirmed booking with us.

PETS
All pets MUST be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval. There is additional documentation required for service animals, so please let us know if you are planning on bringing one. Please review our pet policy and confirm agreement. Guests must adhere to the following pet rules before approval for the pet is provided:

1. Only dogs are allowed and no more than 2 are allowed per stay unless prior arrangements are made.
2. A pet fee of $250 for the first dog and $50 for all subsequent dogs will be required. This fee is for the privilege of having a pet at the property. It does not cover damages or stains caused by the pet.
3. Dogs must be house trained and well behaved and on a leash when outdoors.
4. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture (i.e. sofas, beds, etc)
5. Dogs are not allowed in any carpeted area.
6. Dogs must not be left unattended in house unless crated.
7. Guest must pick up and appropriately dispose of dog excrement from the property and community areas.

Community amenities include a 2.5 mile long glacial lake with a designated beach and swim area and a tennis court area. The beach is 15 minute walk from the house and 5 beach passes are provided.

The main level consists of the dining, kitchen, living room with smart TV, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a half bath, the laundry area and deck with grill. The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, a full bath and loft sitting area.

There are smart TVs in every bedroom and the living and game rooms so you can log into your own account and stream your favorite shows. Streaming services are not provided.

The game room will keep you and your guests occupied for hours. It features the classic Pong arcade game and another arcade gaming system with access to hundreds of classic arcade games and other fun family games, including life size connect 4 and Jenga games. OUTDOOR SPACE
Propane grill is available off the kitchen deck and is propane ready with outdoor seating with views of Big Boulder ski trails and Big Boulder lake in the winter. Fire pit and EV charging outlet is off the driveway. The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. Please note that there is about a 10 degree grade when coming down the driveway. This is especially noteworthy in the winter months. Chains or snow tires, though not required, are very helpful when visiting in the winter months. There is an outdoor security camera located above the front entrance for your safety. Please be mindful of the neighbors and observe outdoor quiet hours (10pm-8am).

- "We had a wonderful time! There was plenty of rm for everyone ...kitchen was perfect for our size family. I think the best part was the interaction with the deer!! The kids were ecstatic! One thing that we wish we knew ahead of time was the 30 pp fee to go to the beach. Did not expect that extra cost..I think if we rented again..would be sure to have waterfront..but they were able to fish and made them very happy...especially with our size group. All in all...was a great week!"

Wonderful home with 3 bedrooms, loft living room, and 2 full bathrooms, hot tub, jacuzzi hot tub, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs, wood burning fireplace, modern kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the comforts of a pleasant stay. House is the second unit in a 4 unit group of townhouses. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need to prepare great meals for your family and friends. House is just a few minutes walk to the Big Boulder slopes for skiing in the winter. In summer the house has access to Boulder Lake Club which offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes.

The spacious Harmony Hangout contains 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, great outdoor space with a fire pit and hot tub, and a game room stocked with games, a Playstation (classic) & Xbox, gaming chairs, huge bean bag chairs, 2 TVs, karaoke machine and bar, with a daybed that pulls out to make a queen size bed for additional sleeping.

Each bedroom has a unique and colorful personality that will provide a fun yet peaceful place to rest after a long day of Poconos play. But the custom accent walls are not the only thing that makes the rooms special. All beds, memory foam mattresses, organic cotton sheets, and Ella Jayne pillows are brand new and super comfy! Bathrooms are stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and ceramic ionic tourmaline hair dryers.

The main living area offers plenty of stylish yet cozy seating for your entire group to enjoy the 75-inch TV and fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, a popcorn machine, stainless steel appliances, and 18 different spices to spice up your family meals so that you can enjoy in the dining room together.

Outside, weather permitting, you can grill your meal, while others enjoy the massive hot tub! On crisp fall nights, you can join around the fire pit and make s'mores.

~No Parties or Events- due to Airbnb's anti-party policy, we have anti-party technology in place to prevent parties.

~No Pets- we do love our furry friends but please make other accommodations for them.

~Quiet Time- please go indoors before 10PM. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood of locals and we respect their peace.

~Amenities- We are located in an amenity-rich neighborhood, however many of these are reserved for local owners. Paid amenities (golf, restaurants, H20 water park) are available for your use! Please do not attempt to enter the Lake Harmony Beach for Split Rock Residents.

~Do Not Feed Animals- you will surely see many types of wildlife during your stay! Please keep your distance and give them respect. Feeding them is not good for their health and can be dangerous for you! Also, please keep the door/screen closed once you go in or out so the wildlife doesn't come in and join you in bed later that night. They will come inside if you give them a chance!

~Tampering with or covering security devices is a violation of house rules and is cause for termination of your stay.

~We understand that your vacation should entail more relaxing and fewer chores, so please feel free to leave the trash in the waste bins inside the house. However, if you do prefer to take out any trash during your stay, please ensure it makes it into the bear box near the street - and be sure to lock up the box to prevent the garbage from attracting wildlife. Do NOT use trash cans or boxes that belong to neighbors.

We have scaled back our check out instructions to include as few cleaning requests as possible, so you can spend the most time doing the fun things. Our check out instructions are included below so you know what we ask before booking:

- Leave used beds clearly unmade and leave towels on the bathroom floor or in the shower.
- Lock all of the doors and turn off all the lights
- Turn down the baseboard heaters to 65 degrees
- Feel free to leave the trash in the waste bins inside the house. However, if you do prefer to take out any trash upon check out, please ensure it makes it into the bear box near the street - and be sure to lock up the box to prevent the garbage from attracting wildlife.
- If you're able to load up and run the dishwasher on your way out, we'd greatly appreciate it, but if not no worries!

We do ask that if you are a smoker, please do not leave your cigarette butts in the yard. Keep them contained during your stay and dispose of them in the receptacle outside. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our yard and beautiful outdoors clean for others!

Our NEWLY BUILT home is located on a sunny level lot just feet from the waters edge. Enjoy unobstructed water views from the spacious deck in the brand New VIKING HOT TUB, or around a fire from our SOLO STOVE FIRE PIT.

Take your pick of where to enjoy a meal from the numerous restaurants within walking distance. We are a few mins from skiing, hiking, golf, Pocono Raceway, waterpark and much more.

Our 4 Season vacation home located 90 miles from NYC and Philadelphia offers everything you need to get away for some R & R. Large newly paved driveway offers ample parking for all guests. Enjoy beautiful lake views from the spacious deck in the brand new Viking Hot Tub, watch the sunset or star gaze around the fire Pit.

Enjoy a game of Bocce Ball right by the water's edge. Guests are also able to fish off the dock in summer months in the lake which is stocked with bass. Also during the Summer season, enjoy the water on a kayak or SUP provided for guests. A gas grill is also available to prepare meals. Want to eat out? Many restaurants (Nick's Lake House, Shenanigan's, Louie's Prime Steak House, Terra Cottage, Piggy's, Hog Heaven Ice Cream) are just around the corner, a short walk away.

If you're looking for memory-making experiences, there are plenty of activities to choose from, no matter the season. Fresh linens and towels are also provided for guests. Two queens and a full over full bunk bed in the 3 bedrooms provide a comfortable place to rest for the night. (Shampoo and body soap not provided)

Guests have access to entire house except the owners closets (locked closets in Master Bath and Hallway next to laundry), and garage without owners permission. There are security cameras by the garage, front yard, and the rear of the property. Pontoon boat is NOT for guest use.

1) Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the house.
2) If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one is disturbed.
3) Unfortunately, there is no A/C yet in my unit. :(
4) My unit can accommodate maximum of 5 guests but I have put 4 guests max for the most comfortable stay.

We do not provide daily housekeeping service at our place. We clean everything and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels before you arrive so it's all ready for you! :)

Lucy’s Lake House can host up to 6 guest in our 2-bed, 2-bath townhome in Lake Harmony! You and your family are 5 minutes from Jack Frost Ski Resort, 10 minutes from Big Boulder, and 25 minutes from Kalahari Waterpark. Staying on split rock means you are in walking distance to multiple restaurants and Lake Harmony. After a long day of hitting the slopes, unwind in our sauna or cozy up by our fireplace. We cant wait to host you and your family!

Living Area: Queen size sleeper sofa with access to balcony that faces hole 7 on split rock golf course and private pond.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances with all your kitchen needs such as Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea provided, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, bakeware, dishes, utensils, spices.

MISC: Free Wi-Fi, all linens and toiletries provided including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Property does require stairs for living and sleeping area. Free parking onsite.

Other things to note
Guests can obtain daily lake and beach passes from the Lake Harmony Inn. Passes are 30 dollars per person for the day from 11am-5pm. Passes are sold at the white tent by the lake front, which includes access to the beach, game room, volleyball court and bathrooms. You can also inquire about boat/kayak rentals.

The Villa is a two-story single home on a 1/2 wooded Acre lot. It comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. Although off the beaten path, it's in walking distance to eateries and convenience shopping. Near attractions: JF/BB Ski Slopes, Hickory Run State Park, Historic town of Jim Thorpe. If you're here for work, travel to Wilkes-Barre and Stroudsburg are approx 30-45 minutes. Other things to know: the home is in walking distance to Nick's Lake House, Boulder View, and Shenanigan restaurants.

The space
The home has two queen beds and a loft with a full-size sleeper sofa. While we offer comforters, blankets, and pillows, guests are required to bring bed sheets and bath clothes.

The lake is used for boating. We recommend Hickory Run State Park for swimming and fishing.

Surrounded by beautiful woods and rocky mountainsides, you can see the Big Boulder Ski resort from the back patio.

In the summer, take advantage of our membership to the Big Boulder Lake Club which provides FREE Private Beach and Pool access for all 8 guests!
You have water sport rentals available at a cost, or get some exercise on the tennis courts, basketball, soccer, cornhole or jungle gym!
Everything is close to Boulder View Tavern, an easy stroll for snacks lunch or a cold beverage.

WINTERTIME:
Big Boulder Ski and Snowboard is at the bottom of our neighborhood! super convenient for you winter enthusiasts :) Start your day at the sister mountain, Jack Frost, a short 8minute drive and get your day runs in... pop home for a hot meal, and jump over to Big Boulder for night boarding until 10pm! In a few short minutes your Apres' beverage can be in hand in front of the fire!

THE HOUSE:
We know how important a vacation is for our body and mind. Summit Wind strives to ensure you focus solely on relaxation fun and family or friends.
Our newly upgraded home has extra high cleaning standards and is outfitted for your comfort and style. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, Central Air, built in bar, worry free gas fireplace and roomy dining and game table will put you right at home.

Granite Countertops, Stainless appliances with workspace facing your guests will keep the conversations going.
Fully stocked with anything your chef might need. Help yourself to the full cookware set, Kurig and 12cup Coffee makers (yes please!), 4 slice toaster, blender and crock pot for the set-it and forget-it.
The high top seating at the kitchen island is a great way to garner some prep help or still feel a part of the fun.

You'll have a great time at this updated comfortable place to stay, located in the heart of split rock resort. This Cozy Cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The Living room features a stone fireplace and a 55-inch flat screen TV with views of the Pond. It also includes its very own Cedar Sauna room to relax in and warm up after a day on the slopes or those cool Pocono evenings. You are 10 minutes from Jack Frost & 5 minutes from Big Boulder. Many restaurants in between.

You will have your own private entrance. The main level has a flowing layout with access to a deck with views of the pond. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace, sectional sofa and a full sofa sleeper.

The lower level offers 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and a bonus sauna room.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a bunk with full and twin above & trundle under.

We provide linens and towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
