Our home offers all the amenities you need for your next family or multi-family getaway: modern kitchen with high-end appliances opens into the dining area and living room with cozy gas fireplace and 50" HD TV for entertaining, spacious master bath with a jacuzzi tub, and a second and completely separate living area in the basement with a 50" HD TV, and Fussball table. The master bedroom on the main floor has a King bed. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a TV, one with a Queen and the other with 2 Twins. Welcome winter! Come stay at our spacious and very conveniently located townhome at the base of Big Boulder Moutain and see what the Poconos has to offer.

Great news! We have added a brand new hot tub to our home as of October 2020! It is large enough to seat 6 and you can hook up your bluetooth to the sound system! It is on our first floor patio; easy access to relax after a long day of skiing, exploring and enjoying the Poconos.

Also new in Oct 2020 is a high rate (48 amp) EV charger and two 65" 4k Roku HDTVs.

This beautiful 5 bedroom townhome is the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway any time of the year! Since it was a model home, it has many luxurious accents that will help to make your vacation memorable and comfortable. It has over 2,600 sq. ft. of living space so up to 12 people can still feel that they have plenty of room!

In the winter you can be at the BIg Boulder ski slopes in less than a 2 minute drive. It is a 0.5 mile walk to the lifts. From our outside deck, you will have a beautiful view of Big Boulder Mountain Ski Area. A few steps inside and you are back sitting next to the fireplace. With your ski pass for Big Boulder, you can also ski at the neighboring Jack Frost Mountain as well, which is only a 12 minute drive away.

The home overlooks the tennis courts in the Laurelwoods development and in the summer the 175 acre Big Boulder Lake and beach are a 1 mile walk (or a very short drive) away. At the Lake Club, there is a heated pool, baby pool, sand beach and lake swimming area (summer). Last season they revamped the playground area to a Family Fun Area where members could enjoy tennis, ping pong, bocce, corn hole, badminton, volleyball, and the new picnic area etc. Many different types of boats are also available for rental by the hour (summer). Passes to the club may be purchased in season for the 2024 rate of $25 per person per day. (Children under 2 are free.) Or if you are staying longer, you can also buy a 4 pack (4 people for 4 days) for $125.
Tennis courts are available, at no charge, behind our home. We have a few racquets and canisters of balls at the house for you to use.

Nearby are two great golf courses, Split Rock and the 5 Star Jack Frost National. Both present challenges to golfers and offer beautiful vistas. You can also enjoy hiking, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, Skirmish paintball, the Poconos Raceway, 2 casinos, bowling, great visits to nearby State Parks and the water park H2Oooohh! at Split Rock Lodge. Come see all the area has to offer you!

There are 3 floors of living in our home which allows you and your traveling companions to spread out and not feel like you are cramped. On the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining area, living area with a beautiful gas fireplace and a half bath. Also on the entry floor is a master bedroom suite featuring a large soaking tub, a 20 inch TV and a king size bed. In the living room, there is a 65 inch 4k Flat Panel TV with a CD/Stereo system. From the kitchen, there is a walkout to our deck with an outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella and gas grill for cooking out any time of the year.

Upstairs you will find a full bath and two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a TV and one with 2 twins and a TV. There is also a small sitting area allowing you a quiet getaway. Gigabit wireless internet service is available throughout the house.

Downstairs there is a walkout basement which is home to a family room that has a pull out sofa, a 65 inch 4k Roku TV and DVD player and a selection of movies for your enjoyment. There is also a convertible pool table/ping pong table and family puzzles, cards and board games. We also have a small library of both children's and adult books for you to enjoy during your stay. You will also find another full bath and 2 more bedrooms on the lower level, one with a queen bed and a TV and one with twin beds and a TV, allowing another group of family members to have a level all to themselves. We also have a washer and dryer available for your convenience.

One of the best features of this 3-floor home is that you can be together as a group and yet have space to be apart and have privacy. Our home is perfect for a large family or 2 smaller families to vacation together.

We do not allow smoking of any kind inside or outside our home nor do we allow pets and we request that our primary tenants be over the age of 25 years. We hope that you will enjoy our house and have a wonderful experience here!

While staying at Cabin Crunch you will be surrounded by nature & wildlife, and you can explore nearby waterfalls and State Parks. After a day full of actives, you can relax with a soak in the hot tub, and unwind by the indoor wood-burning fireplace (or outdoor firepit).

Essentials included with your stay: freshly cleaned bed linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps (body, dish soap, and dishwashing pods), shampoo/conditioner, vinegars, oils, spices, various flavored teas, firewood, and cleaning supplies are all provided at no additional cost.
