- "Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is allowed to request them. So they failed to secure them, leaving us at risk of being towed if we parked on the street or damaging our vehicles due to the icy driveway. A refrigerator water line broke, which caused flooding issues in the home and eventually leaked into the basement. The line had been wrapped in electrical tape, indicating prior issues, and the area showed past water damage. We used towels to clean up, but emergency calls went unanswered. Replacement towels didn’t arrive until the next night. Plumbing was also problematic—showers had no hot water when used simultaneously and the pipes were extremely loud. The poor responsiveness and lack of maintenance made our stay frustrating. I cannot recommend this property or any other managed by them. "

You’ll love cooking or even just making a cup of coffee before hitting the slopes in the completely updated chef’s kitchen where you’ll find high quality stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous apron-front copper sink. Dine comfortably in the breakfast nook which seats six, or the full dining table which seats eight.

The outdoor spaces are a delight even in the winter. Rest your tired muscles in the hot tub, or make s’mores over the fire pit. You’ll also find a deck with a patio set and propane grill (propane included) just off the kitchen, and a picnic table and hammock near the firepit. There’s plenty of room to play cornhole or other outdoor games in the warmer months.

Three of the bedrooms contain plush king-size beds and the fourth bedroom contains bunk beds; all are adorned with the finest linens. In total, there’s plenty of space for eight to have a great night’s rest. Each bedroom has more than enough storage space for your luggage and gear, and each bedroom also has its own TV.

The bathrooms (one master en-suite and one spacious guest bathroom off the main living area) are totally modern with unique tilework and lovely fixtures, to include luxurious rainfall showerheads. Hotel-quality bath linens await you.

Finally, the sizable game room is an excellent place to spend your evenings or a day when you need a break from the outdoors. With a full size pool table, vintage arcade game, high top table, sofa, large TV, and industrial theme, you’ll find hours of entertainment.

Blinds on the windows would add some extra privacy as most of the curtains were sheer. We used the kitchen to prepare all of our meals and a pantry closet to store groceries would have been useful. There were plenty of pots, dishes and utensils but a few extra dish towels would be handy. Also I wish we could have figured out how to use the gas fireplace without the blower option. It provided a great atmosphere but did make the room very hot and we would end up turning it off after a little bit. The living room area with the big TV was fantastic to hang out in but a recliner would have been a nice extra seating option. The downstairs game area was a fun spot and the bedrooms down there were very nicely decorated with plenty of room to spread out. The only other issue we had was there was a fan humming noise that was coming from the closet area that housed the hot water heater. You couldn’t hear it upstairs but it was annoying if you slept downstairs. Overall the house was a good choice for our group and I would recommend it! Thanks Besik ;-)"
