We have 3 sets of golf clubs in the garage which you are welcome to use if you don't want to bring your own clubs. There is a beautiful driveway up to the house so you have privacy from the road. We have just extended the deck and repainted it so there is more space to relax. An outdoor firepit has just been added, so pack up things for s'mores!! A brand new 7 person hot tub has just been installed right on the deck outside the family room so make sure to bring your swim wear to take advantage of those starlit nights in the Poconos. It has fantastic high pressure jets which will ease away all the muscle pain after a day on the slopes.

We have just finished converting the downstairs 1/2 bath to a full bath with a stand up shower. There's also a fold up ramp in the garage if needed for wheelchair access to the 1st floor. There is also a shower chair in the garage if needed and disability grab bars in the bathroom and the shower. The downstairs bathroom is right beside the bedroom which is very convenient.

Newly decorated with new wood floors, freshly painted and new window treatments throughout, you will never want to leave! Lounge on the back deck with a glass of wine or light up the BBQ while listening to the beautiful sounds of the wildlife in the trees behind the house! Plenty of room for the kids to play and explore! We have just erected a new play set it the garden for the kids to enjoy. See the new photo's.

The stone fireplace and open floor plan in the family room makes for a perfect night for staying in and relaxing in front of the fire or watching the game on the 50" TV. (Enjoy cable TV in 3 rooms and Wi-Fi throughout the house). The family room has seating for 10 easily, while the adjacent study has a beautiful sofa set with recliners where you can sit back and relax after a busy day exploring everything the Poconos has to offer.

You can enjoy a night of Cooking in our chef's kitchen! The bar counter accommodates 4 and the full adjacent dining area seats 10 easily for those large family gatherings. Start the day out right with morning coffee seeing a beautiful view out the french doors or on the deck.

The 600 Sq feet master suite upstairs features a king bed with the most comfortable king down mattress and beautiful bedding. A gas fireplace and 50" TV at the foot of the bed so you can snuggle up in front of the fire and watch a movie. The master suite also has a sitting area with beautiful winter views of the mountains where you can see Camelback beautifully lit up at night . There's also a dressing area and full bath with a large soak in tub and walk in shower.

The upstairs kids room has a bunk bed which has full top and bottom mattress and a full pull out trundle bed which could sleep 6 kids. Plenty of toys for the kids to play with in the toy chest!

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms on the second floor both have King beds with memory foam mattresses and beautiful bedding. All the bedrooms have closets and dressers and bedside tables so you will have plenty of storage.

The main level features one bedroom with a queen bed, comfy mattress, and beautiful bedding as well.

Right off the kitchen there's a large playroom for the kids with their own 42" TV so you can let them play or watch TV and DVD's while you can keep an eye on them from next room. There's also a sofa which converts to a bed if you have extra guests.

There's a large bonus room in the fully finished attic which has 2 additional sleeper sofas. and 2 skylight windows.

There's back door access through the garage so you can store all your ski's, snowboards, Snow shoes at the back entrance.

Brand new large LG Washer and dryer are available as well as multiple children's items such as pack n play and high chair.

While either a fun day on the slopes in the winter or after a nice hike or day of fishing or shopping in the summer, you will surely feel at home when returning to your Pocono retreat.

Our unit is located inside the beautiful Northridge at Camelback Mountain community. A few community standards you should be aware of before requesting to book are as follows:

*Security: Although it is not a gated community, there is visible 24/7 security that patrols the area for everyone’s safety.

*Parking: The license plate numbers for all vehicles are required. There is parking for two vehicles directly outside of our unit, and additional parking is available in the overflow lot (.5 miles away). Additionally, the full legal name of all adult overnight guests must be registered in advance as required by our homeowner's association.

*Outdoor Pool: For pool passes, names of all guests who request to use the pool must be given at least 5 days in advance to be added to the welcome list. (Outdoor pool available seasonally.)

*Fireworks: No Fireworks of any type may be used or set off within our community at any time!

*Trash: Garbage can be disposed of in our community trash compactor. There is no curbside trash collection. Garbage can never be left outside the unit at any time and may attract bears.

*Please note that this unit shares a wall with one other unit. We appreciate your respect of our neighbors’ right to a quiet community. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially within quiet hours in the community between 10pm - 8am.

*Citations and additional cleaning fee: Security officers are on patrol 24/7 and violators of these rules may receive a ticket and fine. The booking guest assumes the responsibility for any and all citations issued during their stay, including any damage or additional cleaning fee beyond any security deposit.

*All on-site community amenities and off-site attractions may not be available due to Covid-19 restrictions at the time of travel. Unfortunately, we have no control over any restrictions put in place by local or state government.

Completely renovated in a rustic/mid-century modern style, this tasteful bear-themed house is both chic and comfortable. We are located in Northridge, only three minutes from Camelback’s skiing, waterpark, mountain adventure and Aquatopia. Also minutes away are Khalahari, Big Pocono State Park, the Crossings Premium Outlets, Mount Airy Casino & much more.

THE SPACE
You will enter on the ground floor into an airy living room where you can sit back and unwind. Warm yourself up by the indoor fireplace. Ask Alexa to play you some relaxing tunes. Forget the outside world.

Past the breakfast counter is a well-stocked kitchen where you can prepare a gourmet meal. Gather and break bread around the dining table. On warm nights slip onto the string-lit deck and lounge at the powder-blue patio table to chat the night away. Then wake up in the morning to a fresh-ground brew at the coffee bar.

Down a few steps from the living room is the highlight of the house, our BRAND NEW stocked game room featuring a pool/ping-pong table, air hockey, basketball, soft dartboard, and Arcade1Up games including Marvel vs. Capcom, Pac-Man Legacy 12-in-1 Edition, and a Star Wars pinball machine. Rainy day? Choose from an assortment of new and classic board games.

Upstairs, you will find a Master en suite with a king-sized bed and large screen TV, a second full bath with tub, two bedrooms with full-size beds, and a huge bonus room with two full size sleeper sofas. The bonus room also features a 65 inch TV, a chess table, a work station and a cozy reading nook.

This family-friendly retreat offers a nice and well-equipped living area with a woodstove, partial air-conditioning, a large smart TV to stream your favorite series and movies, and a private deck with a gas BBQ to view the mountains. The full, eat-in kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare tasty meals and snacks, especially after a fun-filled day in the surrounding parks. The Keurig coffee maker is a great addition according to coffee enthusiasts. Two bedrooms can be found on the first level of the home along with a laundry room and a full bathroom. The third floor features a nice and secluded sleeping area with a comfortable bed and an en suite full bathroom. - "I am used to booking with VRBO and having the ability to communicate with the property owner directly. This is a booking through Vacasa, so you are communicating with customer service. When we first entered and hung one coat on a seven prong coat rack, the coat rack fell off the wall. I reached out to the contact number and was told I would hear back, but never did. I also reached out about late check-out (wanted to stay until 11AM versus 10AM) and they were unable to give me an answer. I find renting directly from the owner to be easier."
