Baby/facial wipes and feminine products will clog the drain and cause a huge mess -- please don’t flush.Use only single ply toilet paper (like scott 1000).If the power goes out: DO NOT RUN ANY WATER UNTIL THE ELECTRIC COMES BACK ON. The septic system runs on electricity and will back up into the house if water is used during this time. If you hear the alarm downstairs, immediately stop using any water (sinks, toilets, showers, etc...) and contact us immediately.

- "Everything was great during our stay at ThreeLittleBirds! It was so nice to get up in the morning and walk a few steps to the lake, jump in the kayaks and have a nice morning paddle. The lake was quiet since no motorboats are allowed but it was perfect for us. The house itself is very nicely appointed including a hot tub and fire pit for S'Mores. Shawn was very responsive with any questions we had. I have no complaints at all!" - "The location is great. The house is located in a neighborhood with lots of great amenities like the pool, game room, and large field for playing family games. It was also great that we did not feel like we were in a neighborhood when sitting on the quiet back deck. The only downfall was the gaming system in the basement wasn’t working properly, which we mentioned to Shawn and he was going to tend to that. We also listened to chainsaws and wood chippers from across the lake for a few days, but no one could have predicted that. Plenty of hiking and biking nearby and quiet streets to walk on around the lake. Definitely a place we’d like to return to."

Beautiful lakefront log-home style vacation home with spectacular views, fireplace in a community with two outdoor pools and one indoor pool; it is located on Lake Wallenpaupack in beautiful Lake Ariel, PA which is about 2 hours from New York City. You will look out your windows to beautiful views of the giant lake. Unlike being on a small lake, which doesn't allow powerboats or jet skis, Lake Wallenpaupack is a gigantic power boating lake (15 miles long). BYOB! (bring your own boat) or you can rent pontoon boats, wave runners, and speed boats for the day and park them at your own dock! We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards as payment, but not American Express, sorry.

Renter Requirements: Renters must be 30 years of age or older and we will require photocopies of drivers licenses to ensure compliance with this rule. Families with children are the only exceptions to this rule. There is NO smoking in the house. NO CATS are allowed.

Community: For summer renters, there are two outdoor pools....There is a nice lodge at the nearby pool which offers games for kids & teens. There are tennis courts at this pool area which must be reserved in advance at the main office. There is also an indoor pool which is about a 2 minute drive and there is schedule of times that it is open. All community amenities require badges which we will provide to renters.Fishing: there is ample opportunity to do so and the fishing is great in all three lakes (Lake Wallenpaupack is the BIG lake, and the two smaller lakes in our community are called Deer Lake & Beaver Lake, which are both NON-power-boating lakes). If you wish to fish, you MUST get fishing licenses to do so (adults). It is a simple process and it is very inexpensive, but it could cost a lot of money if you fail to have one and get caught fishing without it! THE SPACE
Our cozy retreat features four private bedrooms—two on each level. With two queen beds (both equipped with brand-new mattresses in 2025) and five twin beds, everyone can rest comfortably. Each floor is also equipped with a bathroom for your convenience. We also now have Central AC so all rooms will be cool.

The spacious kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room, offering breathtaking views of the lake. Adjacent to the dining area is a versatile side room, perfect for an extra dining space or a quiet spot to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Step outside and enjoy our fabulous outdoor spaces! A gentle slope leads down to the private dock, making trips to the lake easy and enjoyable. Off the dining room, a generous deck awaits, complete with ample seating, a BBQ grill, and a table large enough for family gatherings.

Down by the lake, you'll find a serene seating area ideal for soaking in the sunrise or unwinding while the kids splash around. There’s even a fire pit for roasting marshmallows under the starlit sky and spotting shooting stars.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to the property is contactless by keypad on the front door. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home. The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received.
Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: small closets in the twin room upstairs and crawlspace/basement.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over.
This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements.

WHO WE ARE
This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our rental management includes 24-hour emergency response for any issues that arise.

Parking is available for 4 cars plus 1 boat trailer. NO OTHER SPACES ARE AVAILABLE.
Day Guests are limited to 5 persons over the 10 allowed as overnight guests. (NO MORE than a total of 15 people are allowed at the house at any given time).

LAKE INFO
Swimming and/or Floating is encouraged. Water is great for swimming and water levels are always high enough for a boat to be docked.
Rocky Shoreline access – lake level fluctuates depending on the season.
Spring – Lake levels will be high. The docks do not start getting installed until late April. We do not GUARANTEE any dock in the water before Memorial Day.
Summer – High Water Mark is June 1st. Depending on the weather, the lake levels may come up higher than that making the docks hard to access as their walkways will be underwater. We do our best to make sure they are accessible, but we cannot always get to them on demand.
Fall – Water levels will be lowest, and docks will start to be removed from the lake until the spring. Boats can still be docked, water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking.
Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”.

HOUSE RULES
No Smoking inside – smoking outside only. Must not leave any butts and ashes behind
NO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns.
Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. If you are out late at the firepit or on the deck, please keep noise to a minimum.

The town is Lake Ariel, and the lake it is on is Lake Wallenpaupack. It is a Lake View home that's a short walk to the lake area ( I would estimate around 200 feet to get to the lake/launch area). It has a community beach area where you can hang out at the lake, launch kayaks, fish, etc.

Close to many restaurants around the lake area. Perfect getaway cabin!

Parking is available for up to 6 cars and boat trailers.

Day Guests are limited to 4 people over the 10 allowed for overnight guests.

LAKE INFO
Swimming and/or Floating is encouraged. Water is great for swimming and water levels are always high enough for a boat to be docked
Rocky Shoreline access – lake level fluctuates depending on the season.
Spring – Lake levels will be high. The docks do not start getting installed until late April. We do not GUARANTEE any dock in the water before Memorial Day.
Summer – High Water Mark is June 1st. Depending on the weather, the lake levels may come up higher than that making the docks hard to access as their walkways will be underwater. We do our best to make sure they are accessible, but we cannot always get to them on demand.
Fall – Water levels will be lowest, and docks will start to be removed from the lake until the spring. Boats can still be docked, water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking.
Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”.

HOUSE RULES
No Smoking inside – smoking outside only. Must not leave any butts and ashes behind
NO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns.
Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. If you are out late at the firepit or on the deck, please keep noise to a minimum.

Our lakefront home is custom-built, light-drenched, and focuses on quality materials and high-end finishes. The home offers an open floor plan and 3 separate floors. The Main Floor includes an open kitchen with Viking gas stove/oven (plus a second oven), heated radiant floors, 75-inch 4K Smart TV, in-ceiling SONOS connected speakers, large windows overlooking the lake, and wrap-around deck. The basement includes a pool table, 1992 Vintage SKEE-BALL machine, 85-inch 4K Smart TV, SONOS surround sound, and wet bar with a 2nd fridge & mini fridge.

Edgewater Escape has central A/C, radiant flooring in the kitchen and Master Bathroom, and central Heat with several separate temperature zones throughout the house. Wake up feeling well-rested in one of our king/queen beds which all have high-end mattresses and microfiber sheets. We are fastidiously clean and neat and so is the house.

LAKEFRONT

The house has 150 feet of private lake frontage. A 3-boat dock is all yours to use during your stay. The house is situated in Martin's Cove - the largest Cove on the lake! PLEASE NOTE: You must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. The lake is also 100-200 feet of elevation below the house, therefore there are many (~50 "stairs") needed to get to the lake.

Currently, the lakefront has 2, 2-person kayaks, 1, 1-person kayak, and two small boats.

HOT TUB

The Escape is equipped with a large, 7-person 120-jet hot tub. The hot tub is drained and refilled every week to ensure a sanitary condition for all of our guests.

The Escape is a high-end home and meticulously maintained. We are geared towards families that make it a point to care for the homes they vacation in.

ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS

We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with Keurig pods, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings. Pack n Play plus high chair at the house for traveling families!

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.

Welcome to our family Lakehouse! The home has everything you need for a family get away at Lake Wallenpaupack. Lakeview from the porch, hot tub, two fire pits, and short walk to swim and lake access. The house has 4 beds and 4 baths. The master is on the main floor off the kitchen and has a queen bed and lovely bathroom attached. There are two bedrooms upstairs with bunks - each bunk has a full bed on bottom and a twin on the top and one of the rooms has an extra twin. There is a queen bedroom on the bottom floor as well as a full size pull out couch in the main area of the bottom floor. The kitchen is stunning with a very large island for gathering. The deck has clear lakeviews enhanced by clear plexiglass see through railings as well as drop down tarps for a 4 season outdoor area. The jewel of the property is the patio area complete with a decked in 6-8 person hot tub as well as a wood burning firepit and a gas one as well. The home is ring monitored along with wifi controlled entry. There is ample parking for 4-5 cars or space if someone wants to trailer a boat to the lake. The home has A/C and propane heating in addition to some electric baseboard heating for additional comfort. The home sites in Capri Estates part of the Capri Marina which is a short walk down the road. Also only about 200ft from the home is the lake access and community dock for swimming and duck feeding. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby in Hawley and Honesdale including the fantastic Wallenpaupack Brewery. Big Bear at Masthope only 20min away and Montage Mountain only about 30-40min drive. You will love this home year round as much as we do and we hope to see you enjoy it with your family!

Disclosure: There are two exterior cameras for security - one in the driveway facing the street and another under the deck facing the back entry door. The hot tub is in the coverage area of the back entry camera and should be noticeable.

100’ of beautiful lakefront with new private dock (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and beautiful views of Burns Island in addition to sweeping 180-degree views of lake Wallenpaupack. Newly renovated 2,800 s.f. home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeping loft and spacious rec room. We are a family-oriented (no pets) rental located in exclusive Lakeland Colony (LCC) on the south western end of Lake Wallenpaupack. We are surrounded by over 350 acres of woodlands that boast multiple walking trails. Our home is 0.5 mile walk to our private entrance to the Lacawac Sanctuary. The Sanctuary offers an additional 510 acres of forest with 12 hiking trails.

The open floor plan encircles a large stone fireplace with a comfortable great room that has a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding woods. The large kitchen with center island flows beautifully into the great room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig, French press coffee maker, electric water kettle, electric griddle, waffle maker, blender, icemaker, crock pot, electric mixer and toaster oven. The dining area includes a large wooden table with seating for ten. There is a large deck with gas grill and plenty of seating for dining and lounging. A light-filled sunroom offers another relaxing indoor/outdoor haven for everyone to enjoy the beautiful lake view. The lower level consists of a recreational room with gorgeous views of the lake. There is a sitting area, flat screen tv, XBOX 360, Wii, board games and air hockey table. There is also a full bath and laundry room with washer/dryer for guest use.

The backyard features a beautiful canopy of trees providing ample shade on those warm summer days, a large fire-pit for making s’mores with the family, and steps down to the private dock which provides spectacular views of the surrounding area. Come and swim, fish, sunbathe or park your boat on the private dock with over 100’ of lake front. We also have a canoe and two kayaks with life jackets available for your use.

A short drive from historic Hawley town with many restaurant and entertainment options. Central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a large driveway enough to park 6 cars. LAKEFRONT
The house has 150 feet of private lake frontage. A private boat dock is all yours to use during your stay. The house is situated in Martin's Cove - the largest Cove on the lake! PLEASE NOTE: You must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. The lake is also 100-200 feet of elevation below the house, therefore there are many (~50 "stairs") needed to get to the lake.

Currently, the lakefront has 2 adult kayaks, 1 kids kayak, a stand up paddle board and life jackets available for use!

We encourage guests to use our outdoor firepit! At this point, the indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.

ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS
We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with Nespresso pods, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.

We are geared towards families that make it a point to care for the homes they vacation in.

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels.

Well behaved Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $250 per pet fee. This fee allows for a deeper cleaning of the house and any additional wear and tear.. Guests are responsible for their pet and cleaning up after them.
Pets must have written approval from property manager, unauthorized pets will result in an additional $200 per pet fee.
Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 27 years old.
We require the majority of guests to be above 27 years old, with the exception of families.
Parking limited to 5 cars, No RVs.

- "The house is very well maintained and super clean. The 4 bathrooms were beautifully tiled and very neat and pretty. The deck was awesome for our party of 9. We ate most of our meals outside. Patio table was large with 10 chairs and cushions. Hot tub was ready to go and very handy off the deck. Nice fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs which were all new. Living area was big and spacious and kitchen had all the extras for cooking a complete meal. There was an extra refrigerator in the basement which came in very handy. Only negative complaints were most beds were very uncomfortable (should be updated) and there was an abandoned van parked in the driveway. We had 4 cars so that made it very unhandy maneuvering in and out of driveway. Would recommend this place for large family. Pictures are true to life."

Although this house overlooks the great Lake Wallenpaupack, there is NO DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE and NO DOCK, however, Wallenpaupack Lake Estates is a non gated amenity filled community that allows you to enjoy the two outdoor pools, playgrounds, ball fields, fishing lakes, tennis/basketball courts, indoor pool and lots of roads to walk or bike. 10 amenity badges are included in the rental for use of the amenities. Hamlin and Hawley are just a 20 minute ride where you will find restaurants, shopping and lots of recreational options. Hike along Shuman Point or take the kids to see the animals at the Claws and Paws Animal Park, miniature golf at Costa's Family Fun Park or explore any of the State Parks in the area.

Access to the property is contactless by keyless entry. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home. The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received.
Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: Utility Room in Basement.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over.
This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements.

This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners.

Although this house has wonderful views of Lake Wallenpaupack, there is no direct access to the lake from the property. However, Wallenpaupack Lake Estates has a community access with dock are where you can swim and fish, drop off or pick up guests from a boat you may want to rent from one of the many local marina's. The Community also has two smaller non motorboating lakes that you can swim/kayak/fish.

HOUSE RULES
No Smoking and No Pets. NO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns.
Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. If you are out late at the firepit or on the deck, please keep noise to a minimum.

You can also take a trip to our Visitor Center located on the shores of Lake Wallenpaupack for information or the small info booth located on Main Ave downtown Hawley.

You'll find most along the Historic Route 6 corridor in the town of Hawley, with a few along Rt 590 and Rt 507 which run alongside Lake Wallenpaupack. Our Downtown Business district also features a grocery store, hardware/auto stores and a pharmacy. Looking to explore more small town shoppes? Hawley is conveniently located between Honesdale and Milford, both featuring fantastic small downtown shopping. The space
Charming 2 bed/1 bath Sandy Shore home at Lake Wallenpaupack. Sleeps 6. Spacious kitchen and Living Room area. Gas range, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. All dishes, cookware, bake ware, and utensil there to make a gourmet meal. The Living room you will find a queen sized sofa bed, recliner and rocking chair along with electric fireplace, and 55" tv. In the front bedroom there are 2 twin beds with a dresser. The other bedroom has a queen bed with 2 dressers also with a 32"tv. Both rooms have ceiling fans. Bath has shower/tub combo. Enjoy the summer nights sitting on the large deck at the fire-pit with outside tv and outdoor speakers watching the deer in the yard. There is a spacious eating area on the deck with seating for 6 with a gas grill. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Enjoy time at the common area at the lake. Just sit and watch the boats go by or go for a swim in the swim area, use boat ramp for your boat or kayak, playground for the kids, picnic tables and pavilion,and basketball court.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful lake retreat nestled within a quiet neighborhood. A 5-minute walk down to Beaver Lake which has a dock, a beach, and beautiful views in any season. Kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming are very popular down there! There are 2 kayaks available for use with the house.

The space
Our property is 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upper deck front door takes you right into the cozy living room/dining area on the first floor where you will find one of the bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as the kitchen. This area also includes a larger deck in the front and a smaller deck area in the back. Up the stairs you will find the other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd full bathroom. (Each living floor has been updated with a brand new mini-split system). The master bedroom to the right includes a small balcony too! The basement which can be accessed behind the front door includes a finished recreation space (TV and chairs) and access to the laundry area.

The space
The home is nestled among beautiful trees. The first floor offers a bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining area, work space and a real wood burning fireplace. The second floor is accessible up a spiral staircase. Once on the second floor area, you have 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a loft area perfect for reading and board games. A pit area w/seating is yours to enjoy along with a front and back deck for your enjoyment. For the summer, spring, and fall seasons only, a 4 person hot tub is available for use on property. Please be aware that the hot tub is closed the end of November (sooner in month is weather is severe ).

Guest access
Guest have use of the entire home and both front and back decks. They also have use of the fire pit area, and the driveway to park cars. Keyless entry to home, code will be provided upon reservation.

Amenities include Rockledge Pool, Beaver Pool, and Deer Beach (seasonal). A family clubhouse, skate park, two heated outdoor pools, one with a water slide (which is walkable-Rockledge Pool w/snack bar), a Heated indoor pool w/sauna (seasonal), picnic areas, two beaches, marina, volleyball, tennis courts (need to be reserved in advance at the main office), playground, swim docks, baseball field, basketball, gym and so much more including community events on weekends. Feel free to bring your water toys, which you can launch at the public boat launch nearby. There are so many endless activities you can do in the local area. Parking is available through the owner; contact us for details.

Renters must be 28 or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. We require photocopies of driver's licenses to ensure compliance with this rule. There is NO smoking in the house. NO pets are allowed. Since this home is located in a secured, private community, a rental application will be required and emailed to you. This application must be completed and signed, including your guests' names, ages, addresses, and relationships. You'll find most along the Historic Route 6 corridor in the town of Hawley, with a few along Rt 590 and Rt 507 which run alongside Lake Wallenpaupack. If you are looking for those one of a kind vintage and antique items, this is definitely your dream location. Our Downtown Business district also features a grocery store, hardware/auto stores and a pharmacy. Looking to explore more small town shoppes? Hawley is conveniently located between Honesdale and Milford, both featuring fantastic small downtown shopping. Perfect locations to explore with a scenic drive along Rt 6 through the Pocono Mountains. If you are looking for the big box stores & franchises you'll need to take about a 20 minute drive along Rt 6 towards Honesdale.

The space
This house is perfect for a family get-away. Unlike many houses in the area, there is a large flat yard where your children can play and the adults can relax or play yard games. The perimeter of the yard is surrounded by trees, so it is very private. It's at the end of a dead end so there is next to no traffic. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, boats, and even a camper. It is only a three minute drive to get to the lake. This private section of the lake has docks, picnic tables, and adirondack chairs. It's an excellent spot to relax and enjoy the lake. This is the perfect space for your great escape!

It's less than 10 minutes to Hawley where you can find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and breweries. This quaint town has everything you need.

There is as much to do here in the winter as there is in the summer. There are nearby ski mountains, including Big Bear, Camelback, and Elk. In winter months please be aware four wheel drive is preferable. The neighborhood is on a hill. We cannot guarantee when the township and association will plow and get the roads clear. We have a plow agreement for the driveway and it should be cleared but could be icy.

Trash is picked up Tuesday. If you are there Monday evening please put your trash in the cans. The trash cans are in their own housing by the road. You do not need to move the cans.

Unlike other lake fronts which place you up hills and long walking distances to the lake, we are Right On one of the smaller lakes....you will wake up and look out your windows to beautiful close-up views of the beautiful lake.

Main Level - kitchen which is open to the living room, all overlooking the beautiful lake. The deck in front is so close to the lake you feel like you are on the bow of a ship! Also a full bath (bathtub) along with two bedrooms with queen beds. About two steps to get into the Main level from the driveway!

Upper Level - work desk with computer overlooking the lake in an open loft with two futons (pull out to queen beds). Full bath (bathtub) and a bedroom with a queen bed along with a sofa and chair sitting area.

There are tennis courts at this pool area which must be reserved in advance. There is also an indoor pool which is about 5 minutes drive and there is schedule of times that it is open. All community amenities require badges which we will provide to renters.Fishing: there is ample opportunity to do so and the fishing is great in all three lakes (Lake Wallenpaupack is the BIG lake, and the two smaller lakes in our community are called Deer Lake & Beaver Lake, which are both NON-power-boating lakes). If you wish to fish, you MUST get fishing licenses to do so (adults). It is a simple process and it is very inexpensive, but it could cost a lot of money if you fail to have one and get caught fishing without it! Please contact owner for website where you can purchase your fishing license.

OPEN YEAR ROUND Private, Luxury 6/7 person hot tub is new and professionally maintained between guests. During stays longer than 3 days, the Host will tend to the hot tub. Cleaning and chemical treatment of the hot tub are necessary on a regular basis. For the protection of the tub and safety of our guests we require the ability to access the tub for maintenance. The Host will advise guests of the day(s) and time(s) of tub maintenance and assure no disruption of their stay. Instructions are posted at the home outlining guests responsibility for care and use of the hot tub. There is a ring camera at the front door and part of the hot tub is on the camera. However we offer privacy shades to surround the entire hot tub area for the guests privacy. The ring camera is not recording after the guests check in.

On a nice night, light up a fire in the backyard (fire pit and chairs are set up for the guests). Propane BBQ centrally located on the outside deck off of the living/kitchen area. Propane is provided by the host.

Fresh bed linens, bath & hand towels, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are included with every stay. The entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay!

Keyless door entry makes coming and going super easy! Keypad number for entry will be provided prior to the check-in time.

For winter rentals we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. The roads and weather are always unpredictable in the winter. We have a snow plowing and shoveling company that takes care of the property. If a snow storm does occur while you are staying at the house we will have the company come out and clean the driveway/steps/deck of the home. Just please have patience as the companies do have a lot of clients and work on a “route” system. We will be in contact prior to the storm or snow if this happens during your stay.

The basement level floor is entirely tile. We do suggest you to bring a pair of cozy house slippers with you if you plan on spending time downstairs.

The pellet stove is available for winter use, however, we do not supply the pellets. If you would like to use the stove there are plenty of places around the lake that you can get wood pellets. Please let us know if you do use the stove.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire house. The two crawl spaces and the closet in the loft are for homeowner use only. You are able to park anywhere in front of our property as long as you are at least 5 ft. away from the main road. We recommend parking to the left side of the house near the front steps, as the right side can be a bit steep getting in/out of during inclement weather. Please only park in the driveway. Neighbors and emergency vehicles need to have a clear path on the road, so we are prohibited from parking on the road.

Other things to note
*Please note that we are only allowed to rent to family groups only. No party groups.
*Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in our outside the home.
*Noise ordinance is very strict from 10pm to 7am.
*Absolutely no parking in street or neighbors driveway.
*Please note that this property can have a maximum of 8 guests and 3 VEHICLES , per the community association's rules. No exceptions.

Welcome to our family Lakehouse! The home has everything you need for a family get away at Lake Wallenpaupack. Lakeview from the porch, hot tub, two fire pits, short walk to lake access. The house has 4 beds and 3 baths. Large kitchen bar to gather at. Darts, Ping Pong, and ring toss for gaming. Set up super well for a family stay with kids rooms upstairs. All season getaway - summer lake fun, fall and spring hiking and outdoors, winter sports galore. **Hot tub use OPTIONAL - $225 fee per stay**

The space
The home is comfortable and built for families. There are two bunk rooms upstairs perfect for kids to have their own space. There are two queen bedrooms with the master off the main kitchen floor. There is a queen size pull out sofa downstairs. The basement is a game room with ping pong and darts. There is a massive wrap around deck with a grille and outdoor seating and eating. This deck has perfect views of the lake with a plexiglass railing. The patio underneath the deck has two fire pits - one gas and one wood along with the huge hot tub and ring toss game.

***Please be advised due to an access point being in the hot tub area this area is fitted with a camera. It is an outdoor public place so it has 24hr surviellance***

Guest access
Guests can access the entire home except for the garage, auxiallary sheds, and the two locked owners closets in the basement. The hot tub is an option amenity for guests. Hot tub use is subject to a $225 fee per stay which will be added to final booking.

Other things to note
The house is armed with a ring system and a mesh wifi system. Be advised there are cameras outside the driveway entrance and in the patio area where the hot tub is. These are common spaces with entrances and must be monitored. There are no cameras inside the home.

Baby/facial wipes and feminine products will clog the drain and cause a huge mess -- please don’t flush.Use only single ply toilet paper (like scott 1000).If the power goes out: DO NOT RUN ANY WATER UNTIL THE ELECTRIC COMES BACK ON. The septic system runs on electricity and will back up into the house if water is used during this time. If you hear the alarm downstairs, immediately stop using any water (sinks, toilets, showers, etc...) and contact us immediately.

A rental agreement must be completed within 72 hours of arrival and, including guest details and ID. Late submission may incur a $100 fee. The agreement needs to be sent back to us at least 72h before the arrival date.

A maximum of 5 vehicles is allowed; no additional visitors beyond registered guests are permitted.

Lake Wallenpaupack only four blocks away! ⛵ Sit outside on our new covered porch addition and breathe the fresh air. Fire pit and Adirondack chairs available on both porch and yard below, additional Adirondack chairs in garage for use. Smart TV available inside and outside. Board games, arcade game, and a dart board for plenty of entertaining or rainy days! Fresh bed linens, bath and hand towels, and cleaning products included with every stay.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house. The master closet and closet beneath stairs are locked for homeowner use only. You are able to park in our driveway as well as on the grass.

Other things to note:

**Our cleaning fee covers hot tub servicing after each guest as well as total house cleaning including but not limited to: all linens and bath towels, essentials (garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper), and a stocked kitchen (to include plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, knife block, cutting board, pots/pans, coffee maker, mini food processor, hand mixer, blender, toaster, pyrex baking dishes, aluminum foil, PAM, olive oil, and spices).

**PROPANE NOT INCLUDED
There are several local dollar generals or grocery stores that sell tanks as well as a gas company (Locklins) in Hamlin, PA nearby that will fill tanks. If you know you will need tanks in advance, please reach out prior to your stay and we can try to help accommodate you 😌

**Keyless door entry makes coming and going super easy. Keypad number entry will be provided prior to check-in.

Community: For summer renters, there are two outdoor pools....There is a nice lodge at the nearby pool which offers games for kids & teens. There are tennis courts at this pool area which must be reserved in advance. There is also an indoor pool which is about a 2 minute drive and there is schedule of times that it is open. All community amenities require badges which we will provide to renters. Fishing: there is ample opportunity to do so and the fishing is great in all three lakes (Lake Wallenpaupack is the BIG lake, and the two smaller lakes in our community are called Deer Lake & Beaver Lake, which are both NON-power-boating lakes). If you wish to fish, you MUST get fishing licenses to do so (adults). It is a simple process and it is very inexpensive, but it could cost a lot of money if you fail to have one and get caught fishing without it! Please contact owner for website where you can purchase your fishing license.
Children may only fish with a licensed adult present. House comes equipped with 2 kayaks.

LAKEFRONT
The house has 150 feet of private lake frontage. A private boat dock is all yours to use during your stay. The house is situated in Martin's Cove - the largest Cove on the lake! PLEASE NOTE: You must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. The lake is also 100-200 feet of elevation below the house, therefore there are many (~50 "stairs") needed to get to the lake.

Currently, the lakefront has 2 adult kayaks, 1 kids kayak, a stand up paddle board and life jackets available for use!


ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS
We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with Nespresso pods, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.

We are geared towards families that make it a point to care for the homes they vacation in.

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels.

We encourage guests to use our outdoor firepit! At this point, the indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.

Well behaved Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $250 per pet fee. This fee allows for a deeper cleaning of the house and any additional wear and tear. Guests are responsible for their pet and cleaning up after them.
Pets must have written approval from property manager, unauthorized pets will result in an additional $200 per pet fee.

This spacious home is newly renovated and is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. It is a perfect spot to relax with your family and has plenty of room for everyone. Welcome to our family Lakehouse! We’re about a block away from the lake (6 min walk) with the paid option to launch a boat ($10). The house has most things you would need including linens and towels, along with pots, pans, and dishes to cook up a nice meal. We have a bbq grill on the deck as well. We hope you treat the house like your own and continue to create wonderful memories here like we do! Please be kind to the deer that come and visit. We’re excited to host you and please ask any questions you may have. 😊 We allow pets for a one time fee of $100 for additional cleaning when you leave. Please add the pet when you book. Welcome to your lakefront escape on Lake Wallenpaupack—a recently renovated, spacious 3- bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat designed for comfort, connection, and effortless relaxation. Nestled on an oversized lot with a private dock, sweeping lake views, and a shaded backyard under a canopy of trees, this modern-rustic home is perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or a week of lakeside living.

With three levels of living space, the home comfortably sleeps 9 giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. The main level (2nd floor) features a welcoming open-concept layout with a cozy sectional, large flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar. Step through the 12-foot sliding glass doors onto the back deck for lake views and morning coffee. This level also includes a queen bedroom and a full bathroom.

Upstairs (3rd floor), you’ll find 2 bedrooms, a bonus room and a full bath, including a lake facing queen rooms with charming shiplap walls and wood ceilings, plus a fun bunk room with five twin beds—perfect for kids or large families.

The lower level offers two more bonus rooms, another full bathroom, a laundry room, and a rec area with a foosball table, dart board, flat-screen TV, —great for movies or gaming. From here, walk through the mudroom and down to the lake.

Outside, enjoy a lakeside fire pit with picnic table seating, perfect for evening s’mores. Fish, swim, or tie up your boat at the private dock, just minutes from the Caffrey public boat launch. When you’re ready to explore, you’re just 5 miles from local essentials including the grocery store, CVS, liquor store, and outdoor outfitter.

Our lakefront home is custom-built, light-drenched, and focuses on quality materials and high-end finishes. The home offers an open floor plan and 3 separate floors. The Main Floor includes an open kitchen with Viking gas stove/oven (plus a second oven), heated radiant floors, 75-inch 4K Smart TV, in-ceiling SONOS connected speakers, large windows overlooking the lake, and wrap-around deck. The basement includes a pool table, 1992 Vintage SKEE-BALL machine, 85-inch 4K Smart TV, SONOS surround sound, and wet bar with a 2nd fridge & mini fridge.

We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean and well amenitized with everything you should need to unwind and relax. Below are more specifics on the house; we send a guest book (post booking) with everything we provide, including pictures of everything included in the kitchen.

HIGH-END AMENITIES
Edgewater Escape has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The Escape comes equipped with 5 WiFi connected 4K LED Smart TVs - inclusive of a YouTube TV account for sports, movies, & more. Along with 15 beds, which offers enough sleeping space for 20 guests. Guests have full use of the washer and dryer, Outdoor Grill which is connected to our onsite propane tank (never run out!), and blazing fast 250 Mgbs WiFi. With our WiFi mesh network, guests can work wirelessly and seamlessly anywhere in the house or out on deck that provide 1,000+ square feet of elevated outdoor space. High-end amenities to enhance your stay include 10 SONOS speakers, Keurig & Drip Coffee maker, Vintage Skee-Ball machine, slate pool tale, outdoor horseshoe pit, outdoor fire pit, & more! The Escape screams privacy, while offering private lakefront access! Our driveway allows for parking of up to 6 cars. The house is equipped with an automatic home generator - so continue enjoying your vacation even if the power goes out!

ULTIMATE COMFORT
Edgewater Escape has central A/C, radiant flooring in the kitchen and Master Bathroom, and central Heat with several separate temperature zones throughout the house. Wake up feeling well-rested in one of our king/queen beds which all have high-end mattresses and microfiber sheets. We are fastidiously clean and neat and so is the house.

LAKEFRONT
The house has 150 feet of private lake frontage. A 3-boat dock is all yours to use during your stay. The house is situated in Martin's Cove - the largest Cove on the lake! PLEASE NOTE: You must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. The lake is also 100-200 feet of elevation below the house, therefore there are many (~50 stairs) needed to get to the lake.
Currently, the lakefront has 2, 2-person kayaks, 1, 1-person kayak, and two small boats.

HOT TUB
The Escape is equipped with a large, 7-person 120-jet hot tub. The hot tub is drained and refilled every week to ensure a sanitary condition for all of our guests.

The Escape is a high-end home and meticulously maintained. We are geared towards families that make it a point to care for the homes they vacation in.

ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS
We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with Keurig pods, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings. Pack n Play plus high chair at the house for traveling families!

SKEE-BALL
Enjoy our free 1992 Vintage skee-ball machine – the same model you’ve played at the Arcade!

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.
Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.
Parking limited to 7 cars, No RVs.
Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Entire Property

Visit Lake Wallenpaupack and immerse yourself with everything that lake life has to offer. The main floor is perfect for hanging with family and friends. In the winter, enjoy getting cozy by two fireplaces in the home and the new outdoor fire pit! We have a bunch of board games, poker and foosball tables, as well as corn hole. There are plenty of activities nearby: hiking trails, breweries, boat rentals, swimming, skiing, and more!

The space
Our home is perfect for groups. We are a short walk to the lake with great local attractions nearby. There is a full bathroom and at least one bedroom on each floor.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything on our property that is not locked.

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and community. Loud music, fireworks, and hunting are prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

While you can use the community area and beach that is walking distance, you do NOT have access to Shandy Shore/Locust Grove boat ramp or docks. Boats and jet skis must be launched at a public marina like Capri, which is only 1/2 mile away.

Other things to note
We are a part of a very family-oriented community. Please be respectful of the neighbors and remember quiet hours begin at 10pm.

There is parking for 4 vehicles only.

Guests must be 25 or older.

Swim docks are for swimming only. Absolutely no water crafts. Use the public marina.

Please be careful while driving around the neighborhood as there is plenty of wildlife. Watch out for the deer!

Our home has five bedrooms with dedicated closets and individual bathroom space. The front deck has a grill ready for a perfect weekend BBQ, Weber Summit equipped with sear burners and rotisserie motor for a true cook out. The home is conveniently located in proximity to major metro areas.

An outdoor pool and deck has been recently renovated with an attached gazebo that provides ample room for a large family. Relax and enjoy the nature as the kids swim and enjoy the sun. During the winter the pool is heated and there is a 7 person hot tub available.

A farm house kitchen with butcher block countertops welcomes all chefs to entertain and enjoy intimate moments inside our open living space. Catalytic wood burning stove keeps the space warm and cozy during the cold season. The living space opens up to a plush green yard with a fire pit that can also be used for grilling on the open fire during the warmer season. On the opposite side of the living room there is an additional outdoor dining space in a screened porch with a vinyl record player and games.

We are only five minutes from the largest motor lake in the Poconos, Lake Wallenpaupack and own motorboats as well as jet skis so if you want to enjoy the lake life do not hesitate to reach out.
