The house was clean and as described. The owners were very responsive and overall we had a great stay. A few things to note. The views are unreal! I’ve been going to North Conway my entire life and never ventured down to this area. I was blown away. The hiking (when it wasn’t raining) was fabulous and the people were nice. About the chalet, the air conditioner is extremely loud, it kicks on and off every 5 minutes or so which makes sleeping difficult. The bedroom is very small and the air conditioning doesn’t cool off the room. The main room didn’t have sheets when we got there which wasn’t a big deal, we just ran to the store and got a set. One of the neighbors keeps their dog off leash and it charged at us several times while we were there. This does not reflect on the owners of this chalet but just be mindful and be careful if you are walking. Overall we would stay here again."

Mountain Lake is an excellent place for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the summer. You are not required to have a fishing license to fish at Mountain Lake! Welcome to our "tree house". This property is literally tucked away in the trees but is only 1.5 miles from the AMAZING Ellacoya State Park Beach with 600 ft of sandy shorefront. GUNSTOCK MOUNTAIN entrance is just over 1 mile. Our home is also close to several marinas where boat, PWC, and SUP rentals are available. It is the perfect place to kick back after a day on the mountains, lake or hike (the best hike in the Lakes Region, Mt. Major is 15 min away). The chalet is a spacious, comfortable oasis with exposed beams. You will love it!

Our 5 bedroom chalet offers sleeping for 12-14 guests. Open concept family room and eat in kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, screen porch, large deck and a Tiki-inspired finished basement for the night owls in the crowd. The chalet has all you need for hosting multiple families - gas grill, dishwasher, Keurig, crock pot, griddle, casserole dishes and a large farm table which can accommodate 8-10 guests at once.

Or wander less than a mile down the street to the Ellacoya Tavern, The Breeze (our fav!) or Patrick's Pub for a hearty meal and let them worry about the dishes! The Chalet is a detached residence, separated from the owners primary residence (250 feet away) for excellent guest privacy. Enjoy the true feeling of a lake/mountain destination for a week-long family get-a-way or a relaxing couples weekend. The unit comes fully appointed with complete kitchen/appliances, large washer/dryer, two TV's, linens, wifi, and gas grill. If cleanliness is a concern, be reminded that this is a brand new residence and is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. The owners are on property for advice/assistance only when requested. Even though the neighborhood is quiet you are still close to places like Lincoln, Franconia, Littleton, etc. So, if you want the peace and quiet of the Whites, yet want to enjoy the touristy stuff, this is the perfect place. Also, extra amenities "in case you forgot". That was a great touch! Highly recommended!!"

There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and a loft with 1 double bed, 2 single beds.

It is a 5-minute drive to Gunstock with skiing and tubing in the Winter, and many Spring, Summer and Fall activities available as well. 10 minutes to Bank of NH Pavilion for summer concerts!

The chalet is quiet and peaceful and a perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts with the lake, mountain, many hiking trails and woods to explore. There is a 6 foot main dock, and a small fishing dock off to the side (in summer months). The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! Most people catch and release, but please follow NH fishing laws: 16+ needs a license. The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill.

For Skiing and snowboarding, we are 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak!

The space
This A-Frame is approx 1000 sq ft. It is a 2-bedroom, 1 full bath home. The home is year-round/heated, with a wood-burning fireplace. There is no A/C. One queen bedroom is located on the main floor. The kitchen/dining/living area are an open space. The sofa is the living area does pull out to a sofa bed if needed. Upstairs is a small loft overlooking the main area, and a 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds, with 2 twin mattresses underneath for additional sleeping (if you move them to the loft). There is also a small finished fort upstairs, which includes a monitor for gaming. There is a slider off of the living area that goes out to the main deck. This deck overlooks the direct water frontage. There is an unfinished basement with our personal belongings in it.

Guest access
100% of the space is yours during renting. The washer/dryer is in the basement, most of the stuff down there is our personal belongings...tools, etc. you are welcome to borrow items, but please be respectful. If you break something, things happen, but please let us know of any issues during your stay so that we can address them.

This property is NOT handicap accessible. Once you park, you must take stairs down to the property. This does not allow easy access for wheelchairs etc.

Wear a life jacket in the water or on the boats!

No fireworks or parties!

There is a 4-person hot tub outside. There are two single kayaks, one double-kayak, two child-size kayaks, and a paddle board - you are welcome to use. These are kept outside, so don't be surprised if an occasional spider finds its way in! There are life jackets in the outdoor storage box, please use. Please return things where you found them!

Beds and couch are very uncomfortable. Side deck was covered with pine needles. Nearest beach to house is loaded with clams in swim area that are very tough on the feet. Pool was very nice. Lawn was over 6" tall and had not been mowed recently.We left a full day early. Then, I got a pic from the owner claiming we put a hole in the wall. My family said not us and it was there when we got there. That was "The straw the broke the camels back"...Now I am getting a bill from VRBO for 300 without agreeing to pay the fee."

Welcome to our White Mountain Chalet! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the fun, our chalet is the perfect jumping off point for any season. With an oversized wraparound deck and a large yard with a firepit, you will have plenty to do outside in the warmer months. With two living rooms, our home caters perfectly to families where the kids hang downstairs in the additional living room + Bunk bed room while the adults enjoy the upper level open concept living room + kitchen!

Our Space is perfect for families and friends alike! One word: Location. Our dog-friendly chalet is a perfect White Mountain getaway for couples or friends! We're just north of North Conway and all it has to offer: close to all valley skiing, adjacent to glades at Maple Villa (backcountry) & National Forest, hiking trails, and minutes from Story Land! Cozy, comfortable, and functional - please come, make yourself at home, and enjoy our little slice of White Mountain Heaven. Terrific dog walking cozy neighborhood!

The chalet is tucked in a small neighborhood just off the Intervale Resort Loop. 20 or so minutes to Wildcat, 10 to Attitash and less than 10 minutes’ drive to Jackson Cross Country Touring Center, Jackson Covered Bridge and Storyland. Settlers Green and the outlets? About 7 miles. No matter if you’re headed north into the mountains and national forest or south into bustling North Conway - the location is perfect.

The inside is cute and cozy and we have a huge second-story deck with seasonal (wintertime) views of Chandler Mountain (Kearsarge if you’re lucky!), a perfect place to hang out at the end of the day. The deck area is fully gated so dogs can sit outside with you. Love grilling? We have a new propane grill so you can cook outside overlooking the trees and the sunset.

You will let yourself in with your own code. Private parking is adjacent to the chalet via a gravel drive - up a small hill - it can be tricky in wintertime. Two cars can generally fit side by side in two available spaces depending on snow conditions, otherwise, cars park in the drive one behind another. Ample room for up to 3 vehicles. It is a few feet to the front door or the deck stairs outside.

We will give you your space but also live very close by if you need anything at all!

Intervale is the northern heart of the Mount Washington Valley. We are in walking distance to the "Intervale Resort Loop" and for those willing to walk, there is a brewery (Ledge Brewery) and Pub/Restaurant (Tuckermans Tavern) very closeby. We are just a mile or so from the main highway (Rt 16) that brings you to everything - skiing, hiking, biking, etc. We are just three miles from Glen (grocery store, Red Parka Pub) where 302 and 16 split to the north (Bretton Woods & Attitash side versus the Wildcat and Pinkham Notch side) and 4-5 miles south is Conway Village (less than 10 minutes' drive). So location is ideal. Storyland is less than 3 miles away in Glen where you’ll find The Red Parka Pub and Grant’s Supermarket. You are centrally located between the mountains and the Village.

***Just want everyone to know we do have a narrow spiral staircase that is the only way to move from the lower level to the upper level indoors - which could be challenging with anyone with mobility issues or infants, some pets, and small children. There, however, a set of standard steps that lead from the driveway to the second floor deck - and then indoors - so it is possible to avoid the spiral if you go outdoors to ascend/descend the floors.**

Wintertime Note: This house is privately owned on a private gravel drive - up a small - but not insignificant - hill. In wintertime it is *highly advisable* to visit with an AWD vehicle or truck to negotiate the small uphill pitch on the narrow, often snow covered drive. While the property is plowed and salted regularly by a professional - this is a mountain house tucked in the foothills of the White Mountains of the Granite State - it is not a corporate hotel and plowing doesn’t happen until the end of most storms. While accessible by car nearly all of the time, we do get significant ice, snow and snowbanks which can make parking, backing up and driving in and out challenging. If the idea of dealing with snow bothers you, please do not choose this rental!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA's are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.

The loft level is 800 sq. feet and has bunkbeds, a living and play area, plus a half bath. There are also two separate decks, a 3-season porch, and a home gym with a Peloton bike!

The guests have access to everything on the property except the shed to the right of the house. There is ample parking in the driveway.

This comfortable chalet is smoke-free, fully furnished & is available in the heart of outdoor living. There are 2 bdrms & loft for sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with island & dining table. Living area has gas fire place. There is a jet tub in main bath. Pets are welcome for a fee . Outdoors you will find two covered porches & a gas grill. Chairs & fire pit are located in the yard. A 2-night min stay is required unless a holiday then it's a 3-night min. Not wheelchair accessible.

The space
This comfortable chalet is clean, smoke-free, fully furnished and is available in the heart of outdoor living. There are 2 bedrooms as well as a loft for sleeping. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and small futon, the other bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the living room contains a queen sleeper sofa. The loft has a daybed with two single beds. It has 2 private bathrooms (one with a jet tub), satellite flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, free wi-fi, cell phone service and can sleep comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. Home sleeps 9 comfortably. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $60 per stay for up to two nights. Should there be a longer stay the fee for pets is an additional $15 per pet per night. Outdoors you will find two covered porches and a gas grill. Chairs and fire pit are located in the yard. It is not wheelchair accessible.

Only 30min from Gunstock Ski Resort. After a long day of skiing, relax and recover in our indoor IR sauna. You will enjoy easy access to everything around Lake Winnipesaukee. Located directly between downtown Wolfeboro and Alton Bay, a quick 10min drive will get you to either. A 30min drive will get you to Gunstock. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and views of Gunstock trials from the elevated deck. The interior provides a spacious open concept layout with a large couch, 75" TV and a stocked kitchen.

The space
This chalet is located on the summit road of an old ski mountian. Take a 15min hike up the mountian for some great exercise and an amazing view. On a clear day you can see all the way to Mount Washington!

Guests will be told where to locate a key, prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to use either the basement, or upstairs entrance.

Our home is within walking distance to Echo Lake State Park, Cathedral Ledge, Saco River Tubing, and North Conway Center! 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, outdoor fire pit, laundry, grill, and huge yard for activities.

The space
This two-floor home has 3 bedrooms with 4 queen beds. There are 2 couches and 3 leather chairs as well. There are 2 living-room areas, one of which is a semi-finished apres-ski type room with a brand new wood stove. The kitchen is fully remodeled with quartz countertops, new floors, and brand new appliances.

Other things to note
Just a friendly reminder that we are in the woods, here in New Hampshire. Bugs (mosquitoes, flies, gnats, and other crawling things) are inevitable. Coyotes, deer, and other wildlife frequent the property. This is home that was built in 1900 and several remodels/upgrades have been made in the last 2 years but strive to keep the “cabin-in-the-woods” aesthetic. • If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
• There are bunk beds that have weight limits
• 8 guest max = 6 adults and 2 children (bunk bed)
• Please note that there's a staircase leading down to the property from the parking lot.
• We only have 1 parking spot at the property and the overflow parking for additional cars is NOT available. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
• A parking pass is available inside the unit upon check-in. Please be sure to hang your permit on the rearview mirror of your car and return it on the day of your check-out otherwise there's a $100 fee to replace it.

The space
Built in 2010, this is a two building custom post and beam property. The main house has 4 large bedrooms (king room, queen room and two rooms with two twin beds each), 3 bathrooms, living room, game room, media room, screened porch, and patio with BBQ and outdoor dining space. Entry through the foyer and mudroom. The carriage house has another bedroom, bathroom and living room. Large front and back yard. There are informal hiking paths off the back yard. Open floor plan, radiant heat, AC in bedrooms. Fast wifi for work and streaming (fiber broadband).

Set on 3 acres, the home offers privacy while being close to the main attractions of the Sunapee region. An abundance of outdoor recreation right outside the door. Mt. Sunapee Ski Resort is three minutes by car for skiing in the winter and Adventure Park in the summer. Enjoy Lake Sunapee waters at State Beach, a five-ten minute walk or two minute drive from the house. The SRK 75 mile hiking loop can be accessed nearby.

New for 2023, we have added a top-of-the-line 8 seater Jacuzzi. New for 2024 is an 85 inch smart TV and surround sound system, custom garden swing set, and 70 inch smart TV (Carriage House). Take in views of Mt. Sunapee and our forested surroundings while you enjoy a soak in the Jacuzzi after a day of skiing or hiking.

We offer an incredibly well-stocked gourmet kitchen with practically every cooking tool, gadget and utensil you can imagine, as well as extensive supplies such as oils and spices. The garage has a variety of equipment and inflatables for use on the snow and at the lake, including sleds, a kayak, SUP, noodles, inflatable rings, as well as other toys and activities for children and adults alike such as cornhole, giant Connect 4, giant Jenga, bocce, etc.
The house is well stocked with board games, children's books, a pool table, jukebox and two TVs (one in main house, one in Carriage House) where you can stream your favorite shows and movies from your Netflix or Amazon account. TV in main house media room also has DVD player and some DVDs to use during your visit. The jukebox has CDs or can be connected to your mobile device. There is exterior lighting that automatically turns on at dusk, as well as motion-triggered lighting. The exterior of the house has security cameras that capture video/audio for the safety of our guests and our property. See house rules for more information.
