Warm log cabin style home with plenty of space for friends and family . Great views of Dixville Notch from the front deck and living room windows. two spacious living rooms and a large finished basement. Jacuzzi bath tub in master bedroom and a moose named Gus! Plenty of parking, direct trail access for both Snowmobiling and ATV trails. We also ask that you take all your trash home with you as there is no trash pick up. We do not provide bedding and towels, you will need to bring your own.

***Winter Booking Advisory***
Winter in the north country can be VERY cold/windy with extreme amounts of snowfall at times. A true winter lover's paradise but it can catch you off guard if you're not familiar with it. If you are looking to enjoy this beautiful season at our home please be aware of the following before booking in December-April:
- Our driveway is paved but steep. It is necessary to have good all season tires/snow tires.
- We have a plowman who takes care of the driveway after each storm but there is a chance that guests might arrive before he has had a chance to plow. Be prepared to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up if necessary.
- We leave a shovel out for clearing the entryways... the doors could be covered in a few feet of snowfall at times.
-We have a wood stove for added head/ambiance in the winter months. We REQUIRE a call in advance of starting a fire for an operational run through. This is a non-negotiable item here.

Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home features windows throughout to showcase one of the best views in Colebrook. A wrap around deck makes enjoying the outdoors easy and relaxing. In the winter enjoy the wood fire to stay cozy or hop in the jacuzzi tub in our master suite!

Both ATV and Snowmobile trails can be accessed directly from the property. No need to trailer up and drive to the trails! You can drive right into the garage after a day's riding. The house is situated 10 minutes from the village of Colebrook which has everything you could need or want. Restaurants, hardware store, grocery store, brand new produce store, ATV sales/service, liquor store, Walgreens, Dunkin & local boutique shops. our home, you have direct access to hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and ATV trails, right from your doorstep! We're a 20 minute drive to The Balsams resort and a short 30 mile drive to The “Trophy Stretch” of the Upper Connecticut River in Pittsburg, NH which is two and one half miles of pocket water, riffles and pools, providing some of northern New England's best trout and salmon fishing. For the hiking enthusiasts there are miles of trails via the Coos Trail, Monadnock Mountain & Dixville Notch. A ten minute drive to Beaver Brook Falls, the Connecticut River, and a short drive to Pittsburgh NH!

Quirks and full disclosure: The siding is in rough shape, but in no way affects the use and enjoyment of the home. The previous owners lay'd carpet in the bathrooms(we believe to keep the floor warmer in winter). It's certainly odd, and someday we hope to change it. We keep them home very clean so we hope you'll find it acceptable.

We have a finished apartment downstairs that will sleep 4 - 6 if you use the futon in the living room, and has a private entrance in the front of the home through the 8-foot sliding glass doors.

We are still in the process of developing the landscape - We made the driveway bigger for more trailers, and we are building a stone firepit, and more exciting things!

You are welcome to use the current fire-pit on the property, or on the deck, we have a propane fire-pit.

I opened the door and the place was so nasty, full of dust and mold … we selected DVD’s and left. In the morning we packed up and hit the road. I must say this place has lots of potential but sadly it needs a lot of help."

- "We really enjoyed our stayed at this Colebrook home. The home was in a perfect location to town on the trail system. The driveway and street where able to accommodate two larger trailers, a small car and our machines. The house was clean and we were pleasantly suprised that all the essentials, sheets, linens, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were stocked for us. The washer and dryer came in handy. Although we didn't spend a ton of time hanging out the porches seemed like a nice place to hang. We would definitely consider staying here again !"

Set back away from the road is our amazing comfortable cozy cabin. It sleeps 3, has a queen bed and a twin pull-out couch. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink inside of the cabin. In addition, it has a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, sink, and mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini-fridge, living room/kitchen area, table, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, front porch, picnic table, and BBQ.

A unique space for one couple or entertainment space for gatherings, get togethers, and receptions. The 500 sqft great room has massive windows that let in natural light and provide views across the property. There is a kitchenette with a cook top, but no oven. This property can be rented with the attached 4 bedroom farm house, or separately for two people.

ONLY ONE well-behaved dog allowed per booking. No cats. Owners must clean up after their dogs. $75.00 pet fee

Free internet with TVS in both bedrooms and living room for streaming your favorite shows. There is air conditioning (Mini-split wall units in each room with individual thermostats) for those hot summer days/nights. In the colder months, the baseboard heat has individual thermostats in each room to adjust the temperature to your preference. The electric fireplace in the living room provides a cozy and warm space with the area is blanketed in snow. This unit has a individual Keurig and a multi-cup drip coffee maker for our guest's coffee preference.

Take advantage of the west facing view and spectacular sunsets from the outdoor picnic table with access to 2 gas grills in the common area.

All dishware and linens are provided. There is a walk-in shower and full-size washer and dryer in the unit.

“Riverside” and “Hillside” are mirror image units with free Internet with TVs in both bedrooms and living room for streaming your favorite shows, There is air conditioning (Mini-split wall units in each room with individual thermostats) for those hot summer days/nights. Radiant floor heat and electric fireplace provide a cozy and warm space when the area is blanketed in snow. Each unit has a individual Keurig and a multi-cup drip coffee maker for our guest's coffee preference.

Take advantage of the west facing view and spectacular sunsets from the outdoor picnic table with access to 2 grills in the common area.

The Walleye Inn is an authentic loggers cabin built in 1925, but updated for your comfort. Located near the top of on highly sought after Mudget Mountain, with direct ATV and Snowmobile access on a town maintained road. The area is perfect for outdoor activities, watching the sunset or stargazing on a clear night. For the summer months a gas grill and fire-pit will be available.

The space
This cozy 640 sq foot cabin is located in the Pittsburg NH area. The number one destination for atv’ing and snowmobiling. The Walleye Inn is located directly on the Creampoke trail for atv’ing and corridor 21 for snowmobiling. So park your vehicles and enjoy your stay! There are beautiful Mountain View’s in the large yard or from the back deck.
The cabin has one main room with two double beds, a futon (for 1-2 additional guests), a dining table for four guests and a gas fireplace to keep you nice and warm in the winter months. There is a flat screen tv with Roku and free WiFi throughout the cabin.
There is a separate kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils and a bathroom with linens.
This area is great for many other activities including hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, fall leaf peeping and moose watching.
During the summer months there will be a gas grill on the back deck and a firepit in the backyard. We will have firewood and fire starters on the premises available for purchase in the summer months.
Friendly pets are always welcome, but there will be a $10 per day per pet fee and any damages will be charged accordingly. This is a town maintained road but 4 wheel drive highly recommended in the winter months and mud season.

Moose Pond Lodge is a two bedroom cabin located directly on the snowmobile and ATV trail.
The cabin is also perfect for hunters, fishermen, and outdoor lovers of all kinds, or anyone just looking for a quiet place to get away and relax.
The deck offers beautiful mountain views, and there are two ponds on the property for catch and release fishing in the warmer months.

The space
Moose Pond Lodge is located near the top of Mudgett Mountain. The large deck offers beautiful mountain views, and the four-acre property is secluded and quiet, yet directly on the ATV and snowmobile trails. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers onsite.
The cabin is open concept with a large living room with cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, kuerig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and has an eat at bar. Two large sliders allow you to enjoy the mountain views even when inside. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV with Netflix and other streaming services, and free Wi-Fi, but cell service can still be spotty unless you have a Wi-Fi enabled cell phone.
Each of the two bedrooms can be set as either a king bed or two twin beds. All linens for bed and bath are supplied.
There is a gas grill on the deck and a fire pit in the yard. I sell fire pit bundles and fire starters (the wood stand is about 50 feet before the cabin)
And of course your furry friends are always welcome to enjoy vacation with you!
( well-behaved dogs are welcome, but any damages will be charged)

* The cabin is located 2.4 miles up Creampoke road which is a dirt road, so 4 wheel drive is necessary in the winter months and mud season.

Guests at Moose Pond Lodge have sole access to the entire cabin and 4 acre property. There are two ponds on the property that are stocked with trout for catch and release fishing in the warmer months.

Pine acres cabin is the perfect spot for your Great north woods getaway. Whether your looking to take advantage of the atv and snowmobile trails, hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting or just relaxing on the front porch, then look no further. Just 15 minutes from Colebrook center and a mile from Big and Little Diamond ponds. Everything you need is here and waiting for you! Must have 4WD during winter months!

The space
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with full closet, dresser and half bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds with a full closet and dresser. Additional sleeping nook at the top of the stairs with 1 twin bed. Living room has a full size couch.

The cabin is located directly on Sugar Hill trail for both ATV and Snowmobile access. Gas pumps located next door at the warming hut! 4 wheel drive is highly recommended for guests renting in winter months!

Welcome to Young's Trailside Escape! A spacious and newly renovated 5 bedroom, 2 bath home right in the heart of beautiful Colebrook, NH. We offer direct access to both snowmobile and ATV trails, and our central location offers convenience for your whole group. Ample space for trucks and trailers to park.

The space
Located directly in the heart of Colebrook, you will never have to worry about being snowed in or worry about not being able to commute to the house. There is a game room equipped with games for folks of all ages, as well as a spacious covered back deck offering a bar, outside seating, and 2 grills. Fire pit located in the back yard and a mudroom for boots, jackets etc. Beaver Brook Falls are a short 5 minute drive away. Stop on in to Coos Brewing Company on your way back and grab some of their world class beer. The local hospital is a 3 minute drive away.. Running behind the property is the Mowhawk river, walk on over and take a dip!! There is also a Dunkin Donuts, a Family Dollar, Liquor store, Walgreens and Hicks Hardware Store all less than 5 minutes away. Direct access to the trails right from the backyard.

There is one closet that stays locked for inventory. Aside from that, please feel free to enjoy the home as yours. Washer and dryer are available to use as well if needed.

Our cancelation policy is not weather dependent, and we will not cancel reservations due to inclement weather or any trail closures that occur due to inclement weather. If the trail systems are closed we will do our best to work with you and reschedule your stay.

The cabin is tucked away at the end of a private road overlooking Mohawk valley. The property is very private, has a large yard / land, and has spectacular views. This is the perfect getaway to relax or hike , hunt, snowshoe, or snowmobile. There is direct snowmobile access but no direct ATV access

The space
The cabin is tucked away at the end of a private road that looks over Mohawk Valley. There are spectacular views of the valley and mountains beyond from the upstairs level and wrap around deck. The house includes a "great room" with tons of space for relaxing while enjoying the view and peaceful private surrounding property. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with queen beds and direct access to walk around deck. A full kitchen and two and a half baths are also on main upstairs level. The downstairs level has a third bedroom with two twin beds (plus a pull out trundle), a finished walkout living area with queen pullout couch, and a laundry area with washer and dryer. There is no downstairs bathroom. All linens are included. The property has direct access to snow mobile trail system.

Guest access
The house is at the end of a private road with plenty of parking on a paved driveway. The public access roads are dirt and are maintained by the town. Mud season (spring months) may require four wheel drive to access the property. Four wheel drive is best but not always necessary. It is not necessary in the summer months. In winter months it is recommended. Snow plowing happens after 3 or more inches of snowfall.

Welcome to our place. A 2-story camp located about 6 miles from downtown Colebrook on 29 acres with a rolling landscape and a small stream flowing through the front yard. We have DIRECT ACCESS to snowmobile (Cor # 5) and ATV (Cor # C) trails. It has a beautiful and sunny open floor plan with views of the Mohawk River Valley. It comfortably sleeps 8 in the 3 bedrooms but can accommodate up to 10 people.

The space
On the first floor you will find the open concept floor plan. There is a fully equipped small kitchen with a long stainless-steel prep- island and breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen area and living room open into the dining area, two spacious sitting areas (one area with a 2nd Tv), and the entry way all with 65’ of windows to take in the view. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the second floor are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. The 3rd room is a large “Bunk Room” with 2 twin bed over full-size bunk beds and a twin bed over a futon. Our camp sleeps 8 comfortably and can accommodate up to 10 people.

There is free internet and TVS in the sitting room, living room and “bunk room” for streaming your favorite shows. There is air conditioning for those hot summer days/nights. An electric fireplace with or without heat provides a cozy ambiance to the space.

Take advantage of the view over the expansive yard from the deck equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill. Bring your camp chair and spend the evening at the fire pit- don't forget the fixings for s'mores!

Located on Route 26, with easy access to gasoline at Coleman State Park (7 miles) or the Diamond Peaks Convenience Store (1/3) mile.

Whether you want to hit the ATV/snowmobile trails, enjoy some fishing or hiking or need a home base for motorcycling, the “Cheney Camp” offers comfortable, clean, and modern accommodations. It is the perfect place for families to make memories, relax and embrace the beauty and adventures of the Great North Woods.

Nightly rates are based on 4-person occupancy.
There is free parking for up to 3 vehicles with trailers.

Bed Linens provided. We supply 10 towels and wash clothes; guest will need to provide any additional towels that are needed.

Pets are NOT allowed.

NO smoking in units.

For safety, security cameras are in use on the exterior of the buildings.

Both ATV and snowmobile trails can be accessed directly from the property.

Other things to note
***Winter Booking Advisory***
Winter in the north country can be VERY cold/windy with extreme amounts of snowfall at times. A true winter lover's paradise but it can catch you off guard if you're not familiar with it. If you are looking to enjoy this beautiful season at our home please be aware of the following before booking in December-April:
- Our driveway is paved but steep. It is necessary to have good all season tires/snow tires.
- We have a plowman who takes care of the driveway after each storm but there is a chance that guests might arrive before he has had a chance to plow. Be prepared to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up if necessary.
- We leave a shovel out for clearing the entryways... the doors could be covered in a few feet of snowfall at times.
-We have a wood stove for added head/ambiance in the winter months. We REQUIRE a call in advance of starting a fire for an operational run through. This is a non-negotiable item here.
