The shower in the master bedroom was a little weird the way it was set next to the toilet, the shower door could only open as far as the toilet (about 1/3 of the way), for larger people, this may be a little squeeze getting in & out. The unit was very quiet, never heard a peep from any neighbors. The clubhouse was wonderful, really enjoyed the pool with our granddaughter. So we were very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend this appossed to a hotel room. Lots of room to spread out!!!!!"

- "It was good for a night. " - "We stayed at the Moultonborough Inn for a few days in early December, when we were in the area photographing a wedding. This motel was an affordable option for us, and only 15 minutes from where the wedding was taking place. I can't say enough about our stay. The lobby was warm and welcoming. It was decorated nicely for the holiday, and soft Christmas music was playing. The owner Donna was sitting behind the desk, and she too was warm and welcoming. We chatted a bit about the property, and after a quick check-in, she mentioned that there would be tea/coffee, oatmeal cups and homemade pumpkin bread available in the morning. Perfect! Our room was on the 2nd floor (there is no elevator), and was immaculately clean, modern looking and comfortable. Donna really put a lot of thought into the room not only with decor, but with providing simple instructions (for ceiling fan operation, TV operation, etc). There was a microwave, refrigerator, table for two, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, etc. Anything you could need or want, was there! The hot water was plentiful. Noise in the inn was minimal. We would HIGHLY recommend this motel, and look forward to visiting again someday soon!"

Located in the heart of New Hampshire, it is 10 minutes from downtown Concord with museums, shopping, theater and wonderful dining. We are 20 minutes from skiing, hiking, swimming and NH's largest city Manchester. We are in a lovely walking neighborhood with breathtaking views of Mt. Kearsarge and Mt. Monadnock.

The space
The Sunday Suite is a spacious sun-filled bedroom with a private stair access, private bathroom and large walk-in closet and central air conditioning. It accommodates two guests but an extra cot or portable crib can easily be put in the room for a small additional charge of $10. The large window dormer looks out on mountain views and magnificent sunsets. An in-suite refrigerator is included with complimentary snacks.

Access to the house will be through a keypad entry at a side garage entrance. The Sunday Suite is located off a back hallway- keys are provided for the Suite

I live with my wife Amber on the first floor, which is locked off from guest access. Guests are basically welcome to go into any area that is unlocked -- the entryway, upstairs landing, the shared bathroom, and whatever room they are renting.

During your stay
I live on the first floor of the house with my wife Amber and our son Leo. Our space is locked off and totally separate from the second-floor guest area with a separate entrance.

Both the exterior house door to the second floor and your private room have keypad locks, so contactless check-in and check-out is easy. We don't end up meeting most guests, so introverts welcome, but we're only a message away if anything comes up.

Other things to note
Please keep in mind this listing is for street parking only. I'm going to put a lot of information here, but don't get intimidated because 95% of the time it isn't that complicated.

Most guests just park for free on Pearl Street, the street our house is on.

-Point your car the direction of traffic, westbound (Pearl is one-way only).
-Park on the left/south side of the road (traffic drives along the righthand side, and there are "no parking signs" on the right).
-In the neighborhood it is common practice to park for any sort of duration. However, please be aware signs are posted saying that from 7am to midnight, you're only supposed to park for 3 hours at a time. As long as you are otherwise parked legally, we have never heard of this being enforced.
-January 1 through March 15, parking is not allowed on Pearl so that snow plows can get through.

Another good free parking option is North State Street.

-Two houses west of us, Pearl Street comes to a T-intersection with North State.
-Along the near/east side of North State, parking is allowed and clearly marked (except right at intersections or blocking driveways, like any road).
-No limits to worry about on duration or season are posted for North State, so this is a safe option for the particularly risk-averse.

The overwhelming majority of guests park on Pearl or North State, but there are some backup options around as well with more free parking.

-Beacon Street starts two houses South down North State.
-Washington Street is parallel to Pearl, one block south.
-Franklin Street is parallel to Pearl, one block north.

Winter Storm Event Parking Bans

Maybe a dozen times a year, the City of Concord issues a Winter Storm Event Parking Ban when there will be a blizzard that plows will have a hard time keeping up with overnight.

-We will notify guests, and the city will publish alerts
-From midnight to 7am, no street parking is allowed anywhere in the city.
-The city opens up their garages and lots for free, a map is available in our guidebook.
-During these blizzards, we'll open up the right half of our driveway for guests. It can fit three cars, but blocking each other in, so we'll have to coordinate schedules if there are multiple people staying with cars.

That was a lot of detail, but it basically boils down to: just use common sense and parking should be straightforward.

This property is listed as a room. However, guest will be only guest staying in unit (no shared spaces). Private access to bathroom. Bedroom had dedicated workspace. Closet come with clothes hangers and ample room for clothing and shoes. Two rooms in unit are not accessible to guests (used as host space).

Prime location - close proximity to hospitals (CMC, Elliot, VA Hospital), colleges (UNH, SNHU, Saint Anselm), Dunkin Donuts (within 5 minutes), shopping (Mall of NH, Merrimack Premium Outlets), grocery stores (Hannafords, Trader Joes, Walmart, etc.), Delta Dental Stadium (home of the Fisher Cats), and site seeing (Boston, beach, lakes, and white mountains all within an hour drive).

Keyless entry is used to access this unit. Please use the side entrance to the house. Code will be given to you on date of arrival.

You have full use of onsite laundry. There is NO fee for use of washer and dryer. Starter laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Please make sure to empty the lint trap before/after use.

Other things to note
When showering, please ensure plastic shower curtain is inside shower to prevent water from leaking onto the floor. Please turn on the bathroom fan and leave bathroom door open after shower to ensure proper aeration of the bathroom.

Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in toilet (no feminine hygiene products, no wipes, etc,).

Please ensure to turn off all lights, TV, fans, etc. before leaving your space.

Trash Pick up and Recycling: There is a trash bin and recycling bin outside the property, located in the driveway. Trash is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Kids: For safety reasons, children are not allowed as my home has not been childproofed.

Check-out: Guests are expected to leave the space the same as when they arrived. Please do not take anything that does not belong to you.
