Located at the end of a quiet street within the Bretton Woods resort community, this three level townhome is the perfect place for a serene stay while also centrally located to take advantage of all the region has to offer. While the ski slopes may be just across the street, there is so much more to explore! Between the central AC in the summer and the cozy fireplace in the winter, you’ll find year-round comfort in the home.

Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. To that end, we fully stock all the necessities and many extras beyond the typical ‘starter pack’ to minimize an unexpected run to the store so you can truly enjoy your down time. If you do need to get a bit of work in, we have a small desk and reliable WIFI to comfortably work from the home. We also know all too well that traveling with young children can be a challenge so we have a Guava travel crib, Dohm sound machines, OXO high chair, and plenty of toys and books to keep young travelers happy as well.

If you enjoy spending time on the courts, we have a neighborhood tennis court with pickleball lines as well.

The area | The home is located across the street from top rated Bretton Woods, the largest ski resort in New Hampshire. It is also centrally located to enjoy many White Mountain attractions such as Crawford Notch, Storyland, North Conway, Mt. Large four bedroom four bath townhouse, sleeps up to 14, 12 in bedrooms plus queen size pull out couch in lower family room, the base rate is based on a maximum of 10, each additional person is $25 per person per night. Large great room with cathedral ceiling; fireplace; views of Bretton Woods mountains and ski-slopes (62 runs- longest 2 miles!) from great room and deck. This town house is not air conditioned. Fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy - no need to bring anything except your clothes or climbing/hiking/kayaking gear etc.. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans you will need; all new bed linens, blankets, comforters, pillows, towels/ washcloths (also new) provided, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish-washing tablets, large garbage bags, blender, coffeemaker and filters, all dishes, drinking and wine glasses, coffee cups, outdoor gas Grill(must be pulled away from Condo), gas stove & oven, 2 fridges with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, slow-cooker, washer, dryer - in fact everything you will need - just bring your stuff and relax! Our home is a beautiful single family home in Mt. Washington Homes community off base station road and about a mile from Bretton woods ski area entrance. It has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms including 2 half-baths and comfortably accommodates 15 people.

Our home provides great amenities to enjoy your trip and wonderful views to ski slopes.

Park your car in the 2 car heated garage and walk in to a spacious mud room with spacious closets to store all your outdoor gear. Nicely appointed kitchen, large dining area and vaulted ceiling in the main living room allows you to spread out and enjoy a warm wood burning fireplace.

Two stories of windows in the family room allow plenty of natural sunlight to enjoy the mountain views.

We have 2 kitchens with all the pots and pans needed for making a hearty meal.

Our home accommodates 15 people in 7 bedrooms and a twin bed.
1. First floor master bedroom with king bed, luxurious bath and walk-in closet
2.Two bedrooms(king, queen) on the 2nd floor with a shared bath.
3. Two bedrooms(king, 2 twins), two baths in lower level and
4. Two bedrooms(queen, 2 twins) and 1.5 bath in apartment over the 2-car garage. Apartment access is through the main foyer.

Lower level has a game room with billiards table. Also available on this level is a large living area with sectional sofa, a twin bed, TV connected to cable and seating for board games.

The outdoor area is equipped with propane grill during summer months and gravel path to the fire pit.

Our home is not part of Omni hotel rental program. So, we do not have access to hotel swimming pool or gym area.

We do not have a hot tub at our home. For some reason, the amenities list shows that we have hot tub.

Smart tv's can be found in all of the bedrooms and living areas. This spacious unit offers an open floor plan, and a fully equipped kitchen which opens to the dining and living areas. The cozy living room with wood burning fireplace and large smart tv can be enjoyed from the comfortable furnishings of this inviting home. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a movie and s'mores after a day of being out and about.

Our family townhouse is a well kept, private, end unit located at the Mount Washington Place Townhomes, a quiet family oriented community.

The unit is just across from Bretton Woods and minutes away from the Mount Washington Hotel.

The spacious living room & dining area with high ceilings and plenty of light provide for an open and airy feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a high seating 'bar' area for entertaining and dining.

A wood burning fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere for relaxing with friends and family. And a mudroom is the perfect place to spread out your ski gear.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower where linens (sheets/towels) are provided. There are two bedrooms on the second level, one with a Queen bed and gorgeous mountain views (master) and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds and one trundle twin. The third bedroom on the main level has a full size bed.

A flat screen tv and wireless is provided, but optional to use when creating memories with your family and friends!

- "There were 9 of us - ages 3 to 90. The townhouse worked out perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone. Attractions for us were all about a half hour drive so that was fine. Nice to come back to all that space. Clean unit and kitchen has every pot or pan you could want. We had 3 cars and no issues for the overflow parking. There was an electric grill on the deck which was nice to use. A/C was great to have as some of us run hotter than others. Definitely rent this unit again. 5 minutes to Mt Wash Hotel for lunch, dinner or drinks. We went to Littleton to the Shaws and picked up anything else at the market next door. It would have been perfect if the weather just cooperated but overall we did everything we wanted to do."

- "The fairway home was an ideal location to walk to Mt. Washington Resort and close to the Cog Railway. It was spacious with great cooking facilities. It worked for 2 couples but is probably better suited to one couple with children due to the bunk bed set up in one bedroom. We had spectacular weather in early September. Enjoy your stay in the White Mountains, at our spacious Mount Washington Place Townhome. If you are looking for privacy, a cozy place for just the two of you, or space to accommodate multiple families, then our 2600 sq. ft. town home is the vacation rental for you.
Our home has three levels, including a great room with a cathedral ceiling and wood fireplace, a 55-inch flat screen smart television and a kitchen fully equipped with up-to-date appliances. There is a large table to enjoy large family dinners and the direct views of the world-famous Bretton Woods ski area, whether during the day or the beautifully lit slopes in the evening. There is free WIFI throughout with upgraded Fiber Optic Cable. The smart televisions on both levels have YouTube TV, Netflix and Prime Video. A second living area with a 55" smart television, game table, children’s books, and many games for both adults and children provides space for family gatherings and/or privacy,
The four bedrooms and 3 and a half baths are spread across the three levels. Both bedrooms on the upper level have en suite full bathrooms. One of which is recently fully renovated with new tub/shower, tile flooring with an oak and granite vanity with full glass mirror. The lower level with the second living area, includes a queen size sleeper sofa, has one master bathroom, a fully renovated bedroom with soundproof insulation, luxurious carpeting, recessed lighting, new ceilings and walls, with a large closet and two bunk beds w/trundles. The lower level also boasts a queen bedroom with a large closet and a view of the back forest.

Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM.
-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.

-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.
-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.

Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
-This is not a pet-friendly home.
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Amenities
-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.
-Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, with beds made and fresh towels waiting for you upon arrival.
-This unit does not provide cable television.
-There is no AC; fans are provided.
-The main-level fireplace is gas; wood is not needed.
-This unit has an electric grill.
-Any grill or other open flame must be used 10 feet from the building]
-Use of a fire pit at this property is not permitted.
-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway:
-Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community.
-Parking is limited to 2 CARS.
-Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.
-Access from parking to the front door requires climbing down a staircase to the unit's entryway.
-The unit's entry is located on a half level between the Main Level and Lower Level, with steps leading up to the Main Level and down to the Lower Level.

Trash and Recycling
-You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.

Disclosures
-A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations
-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.
-Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.

The space
Welcome to our relaxing home away from home where you can enjoy all the elegance of a hotel room along with the intimacy of a private residence. This boutique hotel-style one bedroom makes for the perfect summer or winter getaway with a friend or partner. Situated right on the mountain, this is the first condo on the mountain making it close enough to every activity you have planned.

Please note that this single one bedroom suite is part of a larger townhome that is 2970 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There maybe Guests staying in the other side of the attached townhome.

The entrance to this one bedroom is separate from the main house and completely private. There is a ski locker next to the front door where you can store your skiing equipment. The front door opens into a foyer that is fitted with a kitchenette, a microwave, washer, and dryer. This opens into a hallway that leads to the bathroom and bedroom.

The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a plush Kirkland Sealy Signature Series mattress. Everything is new in 2021. The bed is a Pottery Barn headboard, hotel plush king-size pillows, fancy bedding, and sheets to give our guests the true feel of a luxury hotel stay with the comforts of home.

Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to spend an excessive amount of time in the car? Well, don’t you fret! That is exactly what you get when you stay at this perfectly located suite. This vacation rental is the first condo on the mountain and the front yard is touching the beginner slope!

Put your skis on and a few pushes get you to the lifts and gondola; at lunch and the end of the day, ski to the front door and walk to Apres skiing.

In the summer walk out your door to begin a hike to the summit of Bretton Woods to visit the new Rosebrook Lodge and expansive views of Mount Washington or walk to the Mount Washington Hotel for coffee in the morning or biking and hiking on the many trails.

Due to its unique location as the first condo on the mountain, this vacation rental suite offers sweeping views of the surrounding ski slopes and the gondola. For ski lovers, this suite is perfectly situated right next to the ski lifts - you can even see it skiing down the mountain.

From 93N, take exit 35 (Rtae 3, Twin Mountain). Follow Rte 3 and US-302 for approximately 14 miles to Bretton Woods Ski Resort.

Drive STRAIGHT .25 mile. Not your first right, Not your 2nd right (do not enter sign) but your 3rd right BEFORE the Forest Lane street sign into 127 Forest Lane. See Pictures, it's easy to drive past the entrance to the driveway. There is a gate and signs which say private parking and No Access to Ski Resort.

Located 1/2 mile from The Mount Washington Hotel.

*Taking Care of Trash*
Trash and recycling bags can be placed in the association dumpster located behind the former (now closed) recreational center. Directions to the dumpster: Enter Bretton Woods, take first RIGHT follow the signs to the dumpster (behind the tennis courts but enters from the opposite side).

Upon check out, please remove & dispose of all open food from the refrigerator (unless left by the owner). It is fine to leave unopened food or beverages.
* Trash and recycling bags can be placed in the dumpster located behind the closed building located to the left (facing route 302) of the Bretton Woods entrance. Please follow the signs to the condominium rubbish disposal area.

This three-bedroom condo comes with all the amenities of home. The primary bedroom has a king bed along with an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds. Both share the second full bath. The new sofa in the living room has a pull-out Queen bed. This condo is also furnished with a full-sized washer and dryer along with plenty of sheets, towels and kitchen supplies. This Condo has WiFi and a Smart TV however no live TV. Streaming apps are available. For summer months, the condo is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and primary bedroom along with ceiling fans.

The space
Located at the end of a quiet street within the Bretton Woods resort community, this three level townhome is the perfect place for a serene stay while also centrally located to take advantage of all the region has to offer. While the ski slopes may be just across the street, there is so much more to explore! Between the central AC in the summer and the cozy fireplace in the winter, you’ll find year-round comfort in the home.

Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. To that end, we fully stock all the necessities and many extras beyond the typical ‘starter pack’ to minimize an unexpected run to the store so you can truly enjoy your down time. If you do need to get a bit of work in, we have a small desk and reliable WIFI to comfortably work from the home. We also know all too well that traveling with young children can be a challenge so we have a Guava travel crib, Dohm sound machines, OXO high chair, and plenty of toys and books to keep young travelers happy as well.

The two story wall of windows provides views of Crawford Notch and Bretton Woods ski slopes, along with access to the upper deck.

Upper deck | Directly off the main living space, includes an outdoor dining table which seats 6 along with an up close view of the slopes. Check to see if the gondola is running before heading out!

The neighborhood | Just steps outside the front door, there is access to the Little Mount Deception Trail with amazing views of Mount Washington. Be sure to bring a note or other momento to include in the trail log at the lookout! There is also the Mount Washington Loop trail which circles the neighborhood with access just beyond our backyard. If you enjoy spending time on the courts, we have a neighborhood tennis court with pickleball lines as well.

The area | The home is located across the street from top rated Bretton Woods, the largest ski resort in New Hampshire. It is also centrally located to enjoy many White Mountain attractions such as Crawford Notch, Storyland, North Conway, Mt. Washington Auto Road, Santa’s Village, Cog Railway, Franconia Notch State Park (Echo Lake, Aerial Tramway, The Basin, Flume Gorge), and more. With the grand Mount Washington Hotel two minutes down the road, you can enjoy activities such as cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horse drawn carriage and sleigh rides, snow tubing, canopy/tree adventure tours, mountain biking, spa, restaurants, an award winning 18 hole golf course and more! Also not to be missed is the amazing access to area hiking and camping all while using Bretton Woods as your home base. There is something for everyone no matter the season!

The space
The home has a cozy and large living room, dining, and kitchen area with all of the equipment (including silverware, plates/bowls, pots, and pans) you need to cook, bake, and barbecue (gas grill) as well as seat 8+ people for meals. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The downstairs game room is great for keeping kids occupied and is equipped with ping pong, foosball, and TV with a large, comfortable L shaped sofa for group movie nights. There is an antechamber in the entry way for storing ski and other sports equipment.

The home is stocked with soap, shampoo, and clean towels and linens for every guest. There is a laundry machine and dryer with detergent.

We attended a family wedding at the Omni Hotel and with the property so close, it was a breeze getting back and forth. We had two families staying, 10 folks in all and there was plenty of room!! The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom was a great plus as well, especially with all of us getting ready for the rehearsal dinner and wedding at the same time.

The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything we needed and more to prepare and serve our meals. We would definitely stay here again should we need a condo this size! This property is in a Great Location, its clean, spacious, well maintained and had plenty of parking.

• 5 Stars: My extended family enjoyed a mini family reunion at this unit in August. It is comfortable (beds included), well-stocked (tissues, paper towels and anything else you might need) and spacious (4 bedrooms on 3 different floors). The basement family room was perfect to keep the kids and their noise separate from the adults. The owners were very responsive to any and all issues, before and during our stay. Bretton Woods is lovely in the summer time. We enjoyed the great outdoors with hiking, river swims, zipline at the ski resort, and cocktails at Mount Washington. Perfect vacation! - Anonymous

The kids loved the ping pong table and fooze ball and it was great they had their own space while the adults could relax by the fire. 5 bedroom 4 bath townhouse in Mount Washington Place at Bretton Woods. An easy drive to the mountain or to the Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Unit has a well appointed kitchen. For those guests that need to stay connected we offer a full Gigabyte of Wifi, desk, & monitor. for 2024 we've added Air conditioning in both upstairs en-suite bedrooms and the great room.

The space
Our house is primarily set up for families. The bedroom set up is not conducive to more than 8 adults. We ask our guests to please limit their group to 8 adults. Two en-suite bedrooms upstairs (1 king, 1 queen). The main floor has a queen bedroom & small desk that shares a bathroom with the living room. An open format allows for easy flow between the kitchen, dining room, and sitting area. Downstairs offers a walk out play room with tv, shuffle board & foosball. Downstairs has two more bedrooms. The bunk room with 2 single & a bunk bed. A 5th bedroom also sleeps two more people. A fourth bathroom. The 4 TV's are equipped with Amazon Firesticks for when you need a little screen time babysitting.

The unit is great for gathering and feeling emersed in nature. It has a warm and casual, yet rustic appeal. A large fireplace is central to the gathering area and adds to the coziness. There is a beautiful wooded view out of the floor to ceiling glass windows out back, with views of the slopes included. Private setting out back with a nice deck and many seats to enjoy that space. People from all backgrounds are welcome.

Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast then walk right over the the slopes. Don't worry about warming up your car, or looking for a parking spot at the mountain lot. This 5 bed, 2 bath has been recently renovated, and has all brand new appliances, beds, furniture, linens, tv's, and much more. Working remotely? Enjoy free 1 gig wifi from anywhere in the townhome.

The space
Newly renovated and furnished, our corner unit townhome is the perfect space for your family vacation. The unit has been freshly painted, new floors throughout, and has been outfitted with all new furniture, and appliances. (More photo's are being added.) When you walk in the door, the mud room has plenty of storage for all your gear. Venture a few steps to the lower level to the a cozy second family room with a queen sleeper sofa and 65" streaming tv. Also on the lower level is a shared full bathroom and two bedroom's with queen bed's. On the main level, enjoy a large family room, dinning room, kitchen, and large deck for out door dinning and enjoyment. The upper level has a full shared bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, a large bedroom with a queen bed, and a smaller bedroom with full over full bunk beds. The loft level will offer a 5th bedroom with a queen bed. (A third bathroom will be added soon).
We are pet friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay with a pet fee of $100, and $75for a second dog. IT IS REQUIRED TO PLEASE let us know if you plan on bringing your dog and what breed.

The Omni Mount Washington resort has wonderful amenities, such as indoor and outdoor pools restaurants, golf courses, equestrian facility, equestrian park, Nordic center, etc. The location is also perfect, just 20 minutes from Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch. Just 30 minutes to Santa’s Village, 5 min from AMC.

Just a few steps from "Two Miles Home" ski trail, you can easily hop on and get moving. There are two parking spots right in front of the unit with overflow parking just 30 yards away. The cul-de-sac is at the very end of the Rosebrook ln.

****PLEASE NOTE: This townhome is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Overflow parking is just 30 yards down the hill. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations.
