Beautiful large room with TV/cable/wifi/fridge/private bathroom/washer-dryer in the basement of a split-level house, I live on the 1st floor, the entrance is common but you have a door at the bottom of the steps for maximum privacy, I only go down to train and do laundry. The gym area is off-limits to guests and visitors.
