Hello and welcome to my Vermont retreat! Please come in, make yourself comfortable, and relax.

When you choose my home, you'll be in a wonderful location. In one direction, you are just minutes down the road from ski heaven - Killington and Pico Mountains! Great skiing and snowboarding, lots of mountain activities for the whole family. Turn the other way, and you're just down the road from cute & historic Rutland. Plus you'll find an abundance of hiking all around. Either way, you’ll find tons of great outdoor activities, and lots of local shops and restaurants.

My house is a ranch style single family home, sitting conveniently right on the main road for quick travel.

Inside the home, you'll find 2 cozy bedrooms, each with:
*super comfortable queen mattresses
*sturdy frames (one bedroom is wood, one is metal)
*2 types of pillows for different types of sleepers.
*closet with hangers
*luggage rack
*nightstands with built-in USB ports

The bathroom has been recently updated and has:
* tub/shower combo
* Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
* Plenty of towels
* Hand soap
* Starter pack of toilet paper
* also a hair dryer and a straightener for anyone who forgets to pack theirs as often as I forget to pack mine!

The large, well-stocked kitchen allows for many home cooked meals!

* Plenty of kitchen utensils and silverware
*Toaster
* Drip coffee machine that can do a big pot or a single cup (no k-cups), and stocked with coffee beans, coffee grinder, sugar, and also hot green tea packets.

* Please note, there is no dishwasher.

The living room has a roomy 3 seat sofa, plus two additional arm chairs. A large coffee table is perfect for having drinks after a fulfilling day, but also plenty of room for games with the family and friends. The smart TV is loaded with apps for you to log into your own Netflix account & etc, but I also provide free access to Disney Plus and Peacock for tons of great shows and movies to watch.

And for those working from home, you'll be glad to find a private office space as well, with a good sized desk and comfy office chair.

The office area is also a bonus 3rd bedroom! There is a daybed set up with a twin mattress, perfect for your kiddo or anyone who needs a single bed to sleep, or just as a room to relax and chill out privately.

Updated 2 bedroom home in Mendon, VT. Convenient location as it is six minutes from Pico, ten minutes from Rutland, and thirteen minutes to Killington.

I spent years trying to find child & dog-friendly places to stay and be able go to the mountains to ski/snowboard. Now I’m sharing my child and dog-friendly place with others so they can vacation with their beloved dogs and children. (While I like cats, my husband is deathly allergic so we cannot have them in the home.)

The house has everything you'd need for a comfortable mountain holiday, including dog bowls if you forgot yours and toys for your children to play with in case you can't pack any. If your dog is destructive, slobbers, or sheds, we ask that you crate the dog when you leave the home to keep them off the furniture. Please, do not let your pets on the couch.

We also recommend snow tires, or 4-wheel drive as there is a small hill to drive up to get to the house. Finally, be careful as it is on the main highway.

- "Went to Vermont to see family for the week but they have a small home, so we would need a few hotel rooms to accommodate the four of us & two small service dogs. After doing the math for three hotel rooms for four nights, renting a house was a no brainer. Yes, I found places that were less money but they were half the size and many more miles away from our family we came up to visit. This listing was just four miles away from Dad’s place & had so much room both inside & out. Plenty of bedrooms, we each had a bathroom and the spacious layout gave us space needed after a 20 hour road trip from Florida. If we had more time & the weather was not as rainy, we would have had a fire in the pit set up outside and may have tried the hot tub as well. It’s a great location just up the street from shopping and restaurants, even our favorite Sugar & Spice breakfast/lunch place almost a stones throw from the house. The check in was easy & my favorite part was how private the property is as well as all the natural light as you are surrounded by nature. I have no negatives about the place & would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for renting out your home. The Red Clover is an iconic Vermont estate, tucked into a forest glade, with sweeping views of the Green Mountains and surrounding woodlands. A former Inn, remodeled to include modern comforts, minutes from Killington Resort and Pico Mountain. Amazing hiking, biking and snowshoeing out back door, with numerous restaurants, bars and activities a short drive away.

The Ruby room is brimming with antiques. The queen-sized bed is secluded in a sleeping alcove. Take some extra time in the private sitting room for two, and linger with a long soak in the washroom's authentic clawfoot tub.

This room is located upstairs in the main Inn. You have access to a shared living room with fireplace and dining room, with fridge, microwave and Kuerig Coffee maker. The Red Clover Inn is currently not offering food and beverage service and the commercial kitchen/restaurant is closed off to guests.

However, please note that the hot tub operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not guarantee a consistent temperature at all times. What one guest may find perfectly comfortable, another may consider unusable. While we strive to maintain the hot tub for enjoyment, access and optimal conditions cannot be guaranteed. By choosing to stay with us, you acknowledge that the Red Clover Inn is not responsible for temperature fluctuations or availability due to guest usage or weather-related factors. You will not seek an any partial refund for usability of the hot tub.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a refundable security deposit of $300 per individual room. A hold will be placed 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out. We reserve the right to withhold the Security Deposit after expiration or termination of Guest’s tenancy, and to deduct from the Security Deposit costs for extraordinary expenses or damages including, but not limited to, damage to the property, loss and/or misuse of personal property, excessive laundry and/or cleaning, or staining/damage to linens, towels, rugs, or furniture. Lost or unreturned keys constitute damages and will incur a $180 replacement and administrative charge. Lock-outs are $150. If expenses and/or damages exceed the amount of the Security Deposit, Guest shall be required to pay additional fees to restore our property to its pre-rental condition within ten (10) days of your receipt of additional billing.

PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and recognize their importance to our families. That being said, some of our rooms can accommodate a max of two non-aggressive-breed dogs for an extra $75 dollars per day up to $150/dog/stay fee to cover wear and tear only in our Farmhouse and King Carriage House Suites. Pet is NOT allowed in the MAIN INN.
The pet fee does not cover damage done by the dog. Dogs must be well-behaved and are not allowed on furniture (please bring a dog bed for convenience). Dogs must be crated if left home alone and we highly recommend they be leashed when outside. Our proximity to the woods allows for the possibility of wild animals nearby. Please be courteous of other guests and pick up after your dog. No cats allowed. Please have your pet vaccination papers sent to us before arrival.

- "It was convenient to a haunted castle in Proctor, downtown shopping in Rutland, and a gondola ride to the top of the mountain in Killington (it's also a ski resort). Venetia was extremely friendly. The room was clean, comfy, cozy, warm and quiet. But, bring a computer if you want to watch a movie ... no TV's. The main house is open 24/7 to use and they offer snacks/coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The outside is beautiful and there's a hot tub. They also start you a campfire! Very nice!"

The house, built in 1850, has been renovated and retains its rustic roots. It has a bathroom and shared kitchen with many necessities there for you. It is 5 minutes to Pico and 15 minutes to Killington for skiing and nightlife. Sugar & Spice Pancake House is across the street and Mendon Mini Golf is next door. The Killington/Rutland "The Bus" stops in front of the house.

The space
The house, built in 1850 is on the Vermont Historical Registry. The property has very rare Ripley raspberries, and 2 other black berries. The house renovations left opportunities to expose some of the older woodwork. The wide pine board floors are distinctive for the time it was built.

You will park in the driveway and enter through the back wooden gate. The kitchen is for your use. Special arrangements may be made to use the laundry room.

Historic downtown Rutland is 3 miles away with shops, restaurants, the Paramount Theater, yoga classes, and a gym. You are treated with a country setting surrounded by farmland and mountains. Killington is about 20 minutes drive. Chittenden Reservoir and Lake Bomoseen are also close by.

We have 1 comfortable private room furnished with a queen bed, antiques and private bathroom and private entrance. There are mountain views from the room and the front porch. There is plenty of parking in the back parking lot—keyless entry and easy to get to. I love the location. It's easy access to downtown Rutland to enjoy yoga studios, restaurants, and coffee shops. Walk downtown for less than 15 minutes and sidewalks the entire way.

Please make sure you respect the space. This listing is not a party place. We all go to bed pretty early and enjoy relaxing on the porch. This central location is your one-stop shop for enjoying all Vermont offers.

There is a full bath in two parts: shower & toilet behind a door, the sink & mirror in the main space. Kick back and relax on the couch or the indulgent oversize easy chair.

The space
Enjoy a quiet comfy space after your daily adventures. Kick back on the comfy couch and relax for the evening. In the morning, help yourself to Green Mountain Coffee or tea. You might even see our chickens 🐓 roaming around the back yard. The Gourmet Roost includes mini-fridge, microwave and smart television, full private bath with linens and ground level keyless entry.

Other things to note
The back yard area and the pool are not for Airbnb quest to use at this time. The Roost is located at our primary residence, for liability reasons, and to create a bit of a separation for our privacy. Thank you for your understanding.

WORK & SKI this winter!
LOCATED just 15-20 minutes drive from KILLINGTON AND PICO and within easy walking distance (5-10 minutes) to downtown and neighborhood amenities, including bakeries and restaurants, the public library, bars with live music, theatre, etc. Also, a great location for food delivery!

The space
The third bedroom currently has a futon which can be used as a couch or a twin bed. I'm also happy to accommodate with additional sleeping furniture (i.e., crib, bunk beds, air mattresses with advanced notice) but can easily be converted to den or office

Yes, there is a vinyl record player you can use! You can play anything from the large record collection (there is classical, rock n roll, disco, hip-hop, traditional, and EDM), or use the aux cord to play your own tunes.

I love it when people can enjoy music and have fun with their friends, family, or significant other!

I have a mini whiteboard I use for leaving a greeting/info so feel free to draw on it or write your own note to me! The air-bnb community is great - I didn't even mention doing this before and people had lots of fun with it on their own accord!

The Table against the wall in the main room can fold out into a big table for your home cooked group meals. The boards to make it longer should be next to it against the wall.

Once you go upstairs, the whole apartment is yours! You may park in the driveway as well.

The ceiling fan is not currently operational.

The Thermostat is kept at 71 and gets residual heat from below. If you need more heat, there is a space heater in the master closet, or if you need to cool down, feel free to open a window a little bit.

Cozy ranch house in an historic working apple orchard. Located on RT 4 in Mendon, we are just 6 miles from Pico and 11 miles from Killington ski areas. Great restaurants are just 3 miles down the road in Rutland. Shop in our store and bakery, stroll our orchard and visit the chickens, all while enjoying some spectacular views.

The space
Get to know our free-range chickens and ducks, whose coops are next door to your house. The two downstairs bedrooms - one with a full bed and the other with two twin beds - share a full bathroom. The upstairs bedroom - with a full bed, not only has amazing views of the orchard, but also a full bath and AC. The house has a full kitchen with a Keurig, living room, dining room with drop-leaf table, plenty of chairs to move around as needed, and small back porch. We are family friendly with easy access to our pool in the summer. The in-ground pool is semi-private, shared only with my family.

A charming condo close to Killington, in a small association, that has had careful set up for getaways, remote work, or extended stays. In warmer months, there is an outdoor pool, tennis court and basketball hoops for use. It is an open concept kitchen and living room, with additional cozy two bedrooms. There is a full bath as well. We are directly on free bus route to Killington, Pico, and Rutland (bus stop across the street). Everything is ready for you to enjoy Vermont's Green Mountains and all they have to offer!
