Check-in process wasn't clear in the app but once I called the general number the check-in person was incredibly pleasant and helpful. My husband & I love to rent houses. We found it hard to always check the house rules and see our dogs would be able to come due to weight restrictions, only allowing one, can’t go on the furniture, you name it. We wanted to provide a fun and safe space for dogs and owners to rent!

Some things to note about the rental:
For the creative bunch we can welcome 6! -- 2 in bedroom one, 2 in bedroom two, 2 on an air mattress in the living room. *Air mattresses are not provided*
Our driveway has the capacity for 4 cars comfortably.
No garage access. NO EVENTS. NO PARTIES. You will be asked to leave the property immediately, no refund, and an additional broken house rule fee will be charged.
Home has a sunny one acre plot. The backyard is 3/4 of the acre and is fully fenced in.
The backyard is considered "private" in the sense that no one other than you can be in it. The backyard does abut a public soccer field. Only the front of the house has white vinyl fencing. The sides and back fencing are made up of wood and chain link.
All animals are welcome to the home. There is a $30 per pet fee. 2 pets = $60
The pool is closed from mid September to early May.
The pool is an above ground 12 foot round pool. Please bring your own pool towels.
Outdoor furniture is put away from mid October to early May.
No animals are allowed in the pool. There is a $500 fee for disrespecting this rule.

Outdoor perimeters do have security cameras. Locations are doorbell, front porch, front yard, back deck/backyard.
While enjoying time on the back deck, be sure to listen for the rushing stream! To hear the water and the birds over coffee or dinner is simply...magick.

Private entrance offers access to studio with room to rest, dine, work or just chill. Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the studio. The backyard is a shared space as the owners live on the property but guests have access to pool, hot tub, fire pit, dining space and private garden.
Other things to note
The gas grill is available to guests however the smoker is not.

Had a little issue with the Roku, which Lara took care of immediately. While a studio, there was plenty of space for me and my teenage daughter. The studio is on the ground floor so NO STAIRS! The property managers checked in via VRBO frequently to ensure we had all we neeeded. The location is a quick easy drive to UMass Lowell. The commute into the city (Boston) was also very easy and only about 50 minutes. We drove in late night from the airport and late night from a conference each night and felt completely safe. The property is beautiful. We managed to capture some photos of a family of wild turkeys while on our stay. There is no full kitchen so plan ahead for.food options. We used the microwave for some quick meal options and kept snacks in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again."

Peaceful and very affordable space in our home. Private entrance/room. Smoke free home. We have a small dog named Henry that stays in his own space. There is a koi pond and plenty of wild life to watch and listen to as you sip your coffee!

- "The room is new and thought was given to the finishing touches. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and we were quite comfortable. The property is tucked behind a wooded drive, which makes it quiet and peaceful. We spotted a lot of wildlife, including what we thought was a wolf, but realized it had to be an indigenous coyote... Uber services the area, but I recommend personal transportation. Joseph is GREAT with communication and is willing to accommodate any need. If we return to the area, we WILL book again!!!"

Additional Details
The Sweet Suite is a basement suite of our family home. We invested extra in sound proofing between levels, but know there are people and pets above you. We will do our best to be respectful of quiet times so not to disturb you. We also include complimentary earplugs. :)

Kitchen Area
Katie cooks meals for the French family every night, and knows what a kitchen needs to be a home away from home. You have everything you need to make the meals you love while on the road - traveling can be so taxing on the body, but nourishing yourself with a well cooked meal is surely a way to improve things.

Missing an ingredient? Katie probably has it upstairs. Text her!

The kitchen area has two spots for eating - the island (an IKEA find that Katie cannot pronounce to save her life) with two stools, and a round table with bench seating area.

Cleaning up after a delicious meal is a breeze with a full size dishwasher. Dishes in the unit are dishwasher safe - but please refrain from putting pots, pans, and wooden utensils in the dish washer.

Living room area
The sleeper sofa is angled towards a flat screen smart TV and an entertainment end table with a few goodies stacked inside + board games. Feel free to host friends for a game night - we just ask that you refrain from loud parties.

The Library (Bedroom)
A sleep number bed is completely customizable to the user. We have put the softest sheets we could find so that it really is an oasis away from home. Unwind in the corner on our leather chair with a good book and a cup of tea. Of course - help yourself to read the books on the library shelves - please leave them in the residence after you use them, as these are our personal collection. The bedroom looks through a garden box of rose bushes. It is equipped with a light blocking curtain for those who prefer to sleep in darkness.

The Oasis (Bathroom)
The Oasis includes a full tub/shower combo and features the work of a local artist commissioned to add to the space's ambience. Help yourself to one of the complimentary travel kits and the standard amenities like shampoo, conditioner. The Oasis is also where you can do any laundry while traveling. Katie personally DETESTs packing dirty clothes into a suitcase and made sure you wouldn't have to! Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are included.

Utilities
The main rooms are cooled and heated using Mini Splits, though we find the basement level to stay invitingly cool and serene. Remotes are available to turn on climate control as much as needed. A separate heater is available in the bathroom - please do not run the heater when not in the bathroom.

Parking
One parking spot is available in the driveway, otherwise street parking is acceptable and encouraged. Please refrain from parking within 5 feet of a mailbox as the postman gets upset.

Outdoor amenities
Kids are welcome to use our playset! It's a great time and opportunity to wear out energetic children. The porch above your unit is accessible through a picket fence and little stone path. It is shared with the French family. Please feel encouraged to enjoy the deck furniture.

Access
The Sweet Suite is a basement suite with a walk out door from the kitchen. You can access the door from either side of the yard. It includes a gradual slope. The home is built into a hill so the front of the home near the driveway is at ground level. You walk down a path to get to your private entrance which is also at ground level. This section may update as we continue to work on the property.

Location
Exit 5 of 93, close to Poor Boys and the Red Arrow Diner.

The studio is on the "smaller" side (similar in size to a Nice roomie tiny house), It has everything you need. Everything is new and updated. The most beautiful thing about the apartment is how efficient and simple it is! Derry, NH is just 45 mins north of Boston without traffic. 15 mins from Manchester, NH. 40 mins form Portsmouth NH. Derry is amazing for getaways. Plenty of lakes and trails!

Welcome to this specious house located near Manchester Airport, this is a fully private in law with private entrance. Large specious bedrooms and clean bathrooms

The space
Guests are welcome to use the entire unit. It's a separate in law unit with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a family room, a living room and kitchen and laundry. Guests are permitted to use the driveway to park their car and the entrance is from the side door, which has an attached deck.

Guest access
Guests have their private entrance through a private door at the back of the residence. It adjoins a private deck space. Guests will be provided with a combination to the electronic door lock. Information will be sent with welcome instructions upon reservation.

About this space
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this pet-friendly, centrally-located, single-family home. Right in the heart of Derry NH 1 minute away from 93 north/south 15 min from Manchester and 45 min from Boston, Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, 45 min to the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region, and the White mountains.

This home is a one-bedroom, one-bath house that has a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, fire pit, smoker, gas grill, fenced-in back yard for pets & WiFi.

The space
This space is a pet-friendly home! It can sleep up to 4-5 people. We have a King bed in the main bedroom that sleeps two people and a queen-sized tall blowup mattress that sleeps two people.

Guest access
The entire downstairs and outdoor space are open for use! There is a fireplace and grills outside in the back yard to cook out and eat. We have a total of 5 parking spots outside our house. There are also walking and bike trails nearby. Just search "The Rail Trail" on your phone. If you have kids there is Hood park down the street with ponds and playgrounds open to the public. There is also the Derry Dog Park down the street from us to take your pet to in case he needs a place to run and meet other cool dogs :)

Other things to note
We are open to all pets! We have three dogs and a cat. We understand that you may have pets too, and we know how hard it is to find a place with animals. We want you and your furry friends to be as comfortable as possible. You will notice that under the cabinets in the kitchen to the left-hand side where the cookware is, you will also see dog bowls and mats for the floor. In addition to that, our backyard is fenced in for the dogs to run around. Please just keep the dogs leashed outside the fenced areas as our neighbors have dogs as well :)

We also have a fireplace outside next to the grill. Please, do not leave the fireplace unattended, and smother the fire with water from the sink or snow to put the fire out and close the top. There is free wood that I stacked before taking off. If there is no more wood outside you can always find some at MarketBasket or other local gas stations like the Shell in Londonderry.

The space
This environmentally conscious custom A-Frame house was built in 1984 by a WW2 Hero Phil Peters and his Architect Wife Dolly. Phil received a Purple Heart and was at the Iwo Jima Flag Ceremony. The Peters’ built the house with the environment and nature in mind. The passive solar cylinders provide extra heat during the winter, two tunnels connected to the pond that bring in cool air, and the iconic triangular exhaust throughout the house that increases air flow!

Since the house is on water near other neighbors, the noise carries easily. In respect of the neighbors, there is a strict quiet hour policy starting at 10pm outside. Guests must be inside after 10pm

Beautiful home with a rustic touch! Enjoy your time in the 6,500 sf home with build in full sized Gym and a fun movie center. This home has everything you need for a great family getaway this winter! Sit back and enjoy the warmth of a crackling wood stove fire! Close to Apple and peach farms and also to charming ski areas and lakes in the region.

- "We had an amazing time at this home. The hot tub did work (took a couple of days to heat up to a good temperature), and the great room was AMAZING. We spent most of our time here. We played pool, ping pong, darts, utilized the bar area and the second fridge. The house layout was fine and there was plenty of room for the 5 families we had staying here. The side yard was great and fully fenced in for our dog to run around. The desk area was great for working from home as well. There are cameras in the great room and outside which was not disclosed until the morning of check-in. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We would love to stay here again!"

The guest in-law suite is attached to our home but has a separate entrance with no shared living space.

We are located 2 miles from I-93, 8 miles from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, 45 minutes to Boston-Logan Airport, and 10 miles to downtown Manchester with restaurants/bars, shopping, and venues. Several restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and shopping within 2 miles.

Cozy in-law apartment equipped with full kitchen, dining table, sofa with pull out bed, bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer.

Bedroom: Full bed that can accommodate 2 people. There is a 43 inch Roku Tv that allows you to log into your streaming devices and will automatically sign you out on your departure date. Bedroom also has a dresser and closet with available hangers. Sheets and blankets provided to guests.

Living room/Dining area: The sofa pulls out to full bed and can also accommodate 2 people. Extra sheets and blankets are located in the storage under the chaise lounge. 50 inch Roku Tv that guests can log into their streaming apps and will automatically sign you out on your departure date. Dining table with 4 chairs can also be used as a workspace or place for games.

Kitchen has a stove/oven, full size fridge, and sink. All essentials for cooking a meal provided, along with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place settings for 4 guests provided. Dish towels, drying rack, dish soap, and sponge provided for guests. Garbage bags and one roll of paper towels provided to start. For longer rentals, renters will be responsible for getting further replacements.

Bathroom: shower stall, sink, mirror/cabinet, toilet, washer and dryer. Towels and hand soap provided to guests. Toilet paper and laundry pods will be provided to start. For longer rentals, renters will be responsible for getting further toiletries.
