Beachside location (minutes walk to Lecount Hollow Beach) and comfort are everything for a great vacation. Stay at this cool (central A/C) and comfortable, updated home *within* the National Seashore in Wellfleet. Located on a private road off Ocean View Drive which runs along the Atlantic Ocean. Our road leads to a private path (for residents and guests) directly to LeCount Hollow Beach (minutes away).

The space
The house itself is one of only ~300 within the National Seashore Park. We have 2 queens and a full bed. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (queen and full) and the second queen is on the lower level. There are 2 full bathrooms as well as an enclosed outside shower.

There is spacious living room and eat in kitchen. Note that we have upgraded in 2015 with new cabinets, lighting, bedroom furniture and other updates to make even more comfortable and attractive.

The shady, natural patio/yard is a unique feature of the house. Patio was redone in 2022. It offers a quiet place to relax and have a cocktail or eat outside with family and friends. In the afternoon it is a shady oasis after a hot day at the beach.

Please note that Massachusetts has recently passed a lodging tax for short term vacation rentals.

My queen bedroom is on the basement level. It was added as part of a major renovation in 2015. It has a private bathroom and Air Conditioning. A beautiful and comfortable room but I just want to make sure that is clear it is on the basment level (photos a little out of date - it is a queen).

Great October and November off-season weeks (or nights) at excellent rates are also available.
