Drift off to sleep to the gentle rhythm of waves beneath your bedroom window. Wake to spectacular sunrises and gaze across sparkling Pleasant Bay as you brew your morning coffee and plan another perfect Cape Cod day.

Nearly every window in this charming cottage affords a water view, and every room is comfortably furnished in classic New England style and features mini-split Heating/Air Conditioning. A true hidden gem, the house offers two cozy bedrooms—each with stunning water view—and a spacious living area overlooking Pleasant Bay. The master bedroom features a Queen-size bed and the other bedroom has two twin-sized beds.

Designed and built by a boater, each room is filled with nautical touches that may make you feel as if you’re aboard a vintage yacht—especially when the water’s reflection dances across your bedroom ceiling in the morning.

Water recreation is just down the stairs from the deck that runs the length of the house. Swim, kayak or fish on a moment’s notice, and a quiet public beach is just a short (500 yards) walk away.

A private patio is the perfect place to relax with a good book, or to grill up some of the fish you just caught. The kitchen offers all of the amenities with plenty of storage, and a bathroom with shower inside is complemented by an outdoor sink and shower for outdoor living at its best.

Inside, the living room/dining room seats 8 for cocktails or 6 at the dinner table - all with a fabulous view of the Bay.

Naturally there's cable TV, high speed internet, and Wi-Fi, and if you bring your boat a mooring is available. There is also off-street parking for two cars. The dock and driveway are shared with Topside Main House to the south.

Our neighbor 300 feet to the south is the sailing school, Pleasant Bay Community Boating - a great opportunity for the kids and fun viewing for all.
