Trailside guests stay in a 2022 tastefully decorated 20-foot camper, nestled in a nook on our residential property. Outside under the awning peepers chorus in the nearby stream and birds chirp overhead in the Maple trees.

The space
Your stay at Trailside will be in a 2022 tastefully decorated camper with a queen bed, sofa, dinette, 2 burner range top, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner, flush toilet and shower. All the basics for comfort!
Directly outside the door of Trailside is an overhead awning, comfy camp chairs, and a small propane fire pit, for chilly evenings. Trailside is a perfect space for hikers, bikers, boaters and outdoor enthusiasts!
Guest access
There is on-site parking right next to Trailside, so you won't need to lug your hiking gear or bicycles or other outdoor equipment anywhere!
We provide fresh bed linens, bath towels and basic cooking supplies, as well as refreshing snacks and primary condiments. We also provide beach towels and a beach pass to Sunapee residents and guests-only Dewey Beach, 1 mile away.
Please note there is no Wi-Fi or TV. There is very good cell service. Trailside is stocked with books, games and puzzles. And with the great outdoors two steps away, there are always places to explore in nature!
