This is the only campsite on 42 acres and it isn't in a backyard or pasture. Campsite is very well equipped with cast iron cookware, Dishware, silverware, camp towels, dish soap, tea pot, all the things you need and some you didn't even know you needed. Main Safari tent has queen bed with a real mattress. (Bring your own bedding) There is now another platform with second Safari canvas tent also with queen bed with a real mattress and its own propane heater. This second tent is included in the daily rate. An extra tent is available to set up if needed. Two Coleman cots available as an add on. Two burner gas cooktop with a Coleman Coffee Maker and weber grill available as extras. Don't fret about what the weatherman predicts, we all know they are mostly wrong!

The location is scenic, picturesque and perfect for a quick getaway. We took a quick 25 min drive there for dinner and sightseeing. All in all it was a crazy fun weekend for us and our dog, and we are already trying to figure out when we can get back. If you’re still thinking about it, DO IT! You will be so happy you stayed here!!"

One of the great things is disconnecting from the world and the fact that we can only use our flashlights or lanterns made it very peaceful. But if you feel the need for speed, the site is a short drive from some of the best white water rafting around and motor boat rentals on Sacandaga Lake. Other nearby activities include a visit to Nettle Meadow Farm, a working farm where you can pet cute goats and buy delicious artisanal cheeses, or enjoy a classic western rodeo at the Painted Pony in Lake Luzerne.

Other things included at the site are plates, bowls, utensils, cups, can opener, frying pan, salt and pepper, cooking tongs, dish wash basin, dish soap, paper towels, aluminum foil, fire starter, lots of wood, lanterns, flash light, binoculars, playing cards, smore sticks, and ten gallons of water in refillable jugs. A short walk from the site is a cell phone charging station, fridge (keep those beers cold!), and wifi hotspot.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Group Camping: We welcome campers with larger parties, but the standard Tentrr setup only includes the canvas tent plus the additional pop-up dome tent. You may need and are encouraged to bring additional camping gear of your own if you plan on camping with a large party.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. You may have as many campers in your party up to the maximum limit that is set for the listing, but please note that the only bed provided as a standard amenity is the one set up inside the canvas tent.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Other Things to Note:
The campsite is located on 13 acres of secluded and wild property in the Adirondacks. Bears are our neighbors, so safe food storage is important. No cell service, though we do provide a wifi hot spot. Take our canoe for a spin, but make sure to wear one of our lifejackets. If you are booking between Mother's Day and Father's day, please be advised that this is Adirondack black fly season.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Incredible PRIVATE spot on Putnam creek with waterfalls and swimming hole on our property. Minutes to lakes, ADK trials, 45 min to high peaks. Campground is located in historic Ironville and revolutionary forts of Ticonderoga, Crown Point are just a short drive away. Penfield pond is pike and bass galore & trout fishing just a few miles down the creek.

The river was too raging for any swimming. The only downside was there was a bit of a steep walk down to the site from the parking area, but you do have to go downhill to be near a river."

no need to worry about rainy weather as there are Ritzy Rain Repellers over the camp kitchen, the dining room table and the front porch.

Floating raft to fish from or just sit and enjoy the view. New addition is a 6 x 20 floating mat that several people can enjoy at the same time. You can practice walking on water.

For your convenience and enjoyment there is a Coleman Bluetooth speaker, Coleman flashlights, Coleman lanterns, Two Coleman fans all with rechargeable batteries plus 4 Coleman camp chairs. You can also recharge your cell phones, laptops, anything with a usb charge cord with the Coleman rechargeable batteries.

Village shopping just 2 miles away, Outlet mall, Painted Pony Championship Rodeo, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Lake George and Saratoga all within about 15-20 miles. Horseback riding, golf, hiking, rafting, sandy public beach, all just minutes away. There is cell service, and you are welcome to use my Wi fi.
You won't have to bring your trash home as Camp Keeper takes care of bagged garbage and recyclables.

Two Kayaks, Paddle Board, 2 person kneeling canoe, pedal boat, tubes available for use as extra add ons. For those that have visited the Riverfront Ritz, there have been some great improvements. The REALLY ROCKY ROAD is now BARELY BUMPY!!! The ground around the tent has been rearranged so that there are actually some nearly level spots to put chairs and such. New stainless steel kitchen sink and countertop, new kitchen floor and new wallpaper on bathroom walls. Shower stall is now near the main tent near the #1 loo which is in a real porta potty building. Now two canvas safari tents both with queen beds for extra privacy and comfort. You will be flabbergasted

Bring fishing gear, don't forget river shoes and bug/tick repellent, tiki torch fuel. 4x4 or AWD with good ground clearance will get you to the doorstep, decent ground clearance SUV type with good traction tires to within 100 yards, Low clearance (less than 6 inches) a half mile walk, but I can help transport supplies to campsite with my pickup/UTV to help you get settled in and return at checkout to transport your stuff to car.

- "My disabled husband, our daughter, and I spent the best two nights in Moose Lodge this week. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the owners were. It's always scary going to a new place with a wheelchair but the yurt itself was extremely accessible and the bathroom is definitely ADA. My husband was able to get around in his electric wheelchair and probably could have gone down one of the nearby nature trails if he had wanted to. As a wildlife rehabilitator, I was extremely impressed with the lengths the owners have gone to to make their 109 acres of paradise truly wildlife-friendly habitat. We saw beavers, signs of raccoons and foxes, and spotted many species of songbirds and waterbirds. Bring your binoculars! We will be back for sure!!"

The park was designed after the Wild West with steam train, railway bandits, bucking broncos, trick riders, and much more. The property has the largest A frame in North America which was recently renovated into a restaurant, cafe, event venue, and outpost/general store. It also features a sandy beach and island all to yourselves in close proximity to several hikes, white water rafting, restaurants and breweries such as Paradox which is in walking/biking distance, midway between Lake George and Lake Placid, short drive to Ausable Chasm (Grand Canyon of the Adirondacks), Adirondack Extreme (Zip Lines / Aerial Park) and much more.

- "Access to the Schroon River was nice to cool off in, but overall the rental was not worth the money we paid. When we first arrived, there was garbage left over from previous guest. There were missing pans, so we had to borrow a pan from the general store. This property listing was very inaccurate. It says there is heat, wi-fi, a dryer, air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms on the property, but in reality they are talking about the public restrooms at the general store 0.4 miles down the road which closes at 9pm. Only 1 out of the 3 lanterns were charged, so we had to get around the property by our cellphone flash lights for the majority of the time. The tent is right by the I-87 Thruway, which made it difficult to sleep at night with the traffic noise. If this property was listed as bear bones tent camping without any amenities and we were charged 1/2 the rental price, I wouldn’t have cared but I feel taken advantage of after my stay."

Get away to this secluded tent retreat, housed on several acres of private property. A private setting allows you to unwind and disconnect from the day to day.

This private property boasts free parking, a campfire ring, wood to burn, a grill for your cooking needs, and an outdoor toilet space.

There is no running water or electricity as you're truly in nature when you stay here. A cooler is recommended for your food and drinks. Cooking utensils are provided.

There are purchasable showers, a short 10-minute drive from camp, as well as a large grocery store with anything you would need. We have provided a battery-powered fan and lights for your comfort.

The property sits a 2 minute drive from Lake Champlain and the historic Crown Point Fort. Seated in the Adirondack park, hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, and everything outdoors is literally just outside.

The field provides plenty of extra space to stretch and unwind. Pets and children are welcome.

Hygge (hue-gah) is a Danish concept which translates to a calm and comfortable space and time with friends and family (or by yourself), in an atmosphere of warmth, well-being and coziness. Hygge Headquarters is located in the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. We are 30 minutes or less from Lake George and many other recreational activities such as railbiking, skiing, hiking, fishing, kayaking, public hunting land and white water rafting. Breakfast included. Outhouse located near tent.
The space
This glamping tent includes one queen bed and a cot. Infant crib and additional cot available upon request.
Guest access
The tent is tucked away in the woods about a two minute walk from parking and the cabin. A wagon is available to haul your gear. There is a slight decline on the trail but would be considered easy hiking. There is an outhouse located near the tent or your private bathroom is located in the cabin and accessible 24/7. Breakfast is served either inside the cabin or on the outside deck, depending on your preference.

If you love being under canvas and having all the comforts of a hotel room, then our Yurt tents are for you. Luxuriously equipped they are the ultimate under canvas experience. We provide everything for a cosy stay, just bring the food and wine and let your adventure begin. Enjoy fully equipped great outdoors glamping accommodation at Andelyn Farm.

Butterfly Haven yurt is the smallest of our Yurts and comfortably accommodates up to 6 Adults and/or Children. Perfect for a couple or small family group who want to camp in style with all the comforts of a hotel room. 2 night minimum stay.

All of our Yurts are equipped with a Charcoal BBQ grill and Fire Pit. Items, such as a propane BBQ grill and additional bedding are available for hire when you arrive.

Come in the summer months for lush green countryside and wild flower fields. Come in the fall for spectacular displays of autumn leaves.

2013, 27’ camper trailer, fully loaded. You book a campsite and we will deliver it and set it up for you, (Free of charge within a 30 mile radius) if you need it farther than 30 miles there will be an additional fee based on mileage.
Front bedroom, 3 bunk beds in the back, 1 slide out, indoor kitchen with sink, large refrigerator, stove, microwave, TV, propane fireplace, plus more.
Can sleep 6-8.
I can supply bedding and towels by request and a small additional fee.

Other things to note
Comes with pots, pans, silverware, plastic plates and cups and a coffee pot.
If you rent a site that doesn’t offer sewer please let me know as there will be an additional dump fee of $25.
If you rent a site that doesn’t have electric, you will need a generator.
