-Common Questions-
• Is there wifi on board?
Yes!
• Does the boat have A/C & Heat?
The boat has both A/C and Heat! It is a boat, so there is minimal insulation, but it stays comfy. Most guests prefer to keep the windows open for a nice sea breeze during the summer and cozy up in a sweatshirt during the cooler months.
• Can we get picked up or dropped off at different wharves around the harbor?
Yes! There are water taxis that can take you directly from the airport to the marina, and from the boat to anywhere else you may need to go.
• Is there parking nearby?
Yes – parking at the marina is available for $28/day along with other parking garages in the area.
• Will there be enough room
The yacht is wonderfully comfortable! There's ample headroom in the cabin, and the beds just as large as queen-size beds you'd have at home. Please bear in mind that the boat is on water and it will move. While it's a gentle rock, If you're the kind of person who feels queasy just looking at boats, then this might not be the best option for you.
- "This property were so charming and the hosts are very available if needed and do helpful on all of the local tips and tricks from parking to traffic and water taxis. This was the perfect location for our Boston trip. It was an easy walk to everything and it was so delightful to come back to the boat and sit on the deck in the evenings and play games. It was so comfortable and so much fun!" - "My only complaint is I wish my family had more time! The boat is within walking distance of so much and it is also easy to call a ride share. We are a family of 5 and utilized the dining nook as a third bed…my son loved his little sleeping nook! Chad and Holly were incredibly helpful and friendly hosts. The boat itself and living space were roomier than I expected them to be!"

- "great, as listed property. Location was key for us, and if you want waterfront/n.end, this is for you. The breeze off the harbor was nice (as it was in 90s). Fun and different type of stay!" - "Overall we were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. The boat is a good size for 4 people and way nicer than a small hotel room. It was a real treat seeing my granddaughter’s surprise when she saw we were living on a boat. One thing to keep in mind - it’s a boat! That means there will be some rocking back and forth, space is limited and the marine toilet takes getting used to but the rest it easy. Coffee is provided and there’s a toaster, over and large fridge. The location is excellent and you can walk to the aquarium, Quincy market and many other attractions. Plus seeing the tide go in and out and raising and lowering the dock 10-15 feet was fascinating. If you’re nervous about a boat, we were there in driving rain and 65 mph winds with coastal flooding and it was manageable. No-one got nervous or panicked - when it returned to normal it was awesome. I would definitely recommend this if you’re into something a little different. I’ll definitely book with them again. Thanks"

Boston is Massachusetts’ capital and largest city. Founded in 1630, it’s one of the oldest cities in the U.S. The key role it played in the American Revolution is highlighted on the Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile walking route of historic sites that tells the story of the nation’s founding. One stop, former meeting house Faneuil Hall, is a popular marketplace.

- "Thank you." - "We had a great experience as first time overnight boaters. The management team was very responsive to our request for help with the fridge and an additional heater. The area was clean and felt safe. We got all of our steps in walking around the wharf areas, Little Italy, and Boston in general. We would highly recommend!" - "Booked Do Little for a quick overnight adventure in the North End and had a great time. Awesome location. The boat was bigger than any hotel room for less money, has a small kitchen with a cozy seating area, and two outdoor decks with great views. Highly recommend!"

- "Great location. The views especially the roof top. Large well stocked kitchen. Comfortable living area surrounded by windows. Safe convenient area" - "Enjoyed the unique stay with my son. He loved every second of it." - "My husband and son ( recent HS grad) took a trip to Boston for the history and experience. The houseboat was amazing and close to historical areas, markets, shops and restaurants. The harbor was beautiful and entertaining. We enjoyed sitting on top to watch the boat traffic. Only 1 complaint, shower would not drain for two days although communication was sent and fixed after sleepfloat mgt read the 2 day old message. We would stay again!"
