This cozy cottage like house is located down the street from 2 commuter rails and is just a short drive to Boston. Allowing for easy access. This home is from the 1800s and therefor has some unique qualities, the main being that the second and third bedrooms are set up like a Captain's House. Meaning guests will walk through the second bedroom in order to get to the third bedroom.

- "It was a sad trip as we were dropping our daughter off for college. So it was a blessing to have this central location to be easy to check into to, keep clean, and feel safe. We were spooked out at the basement it that’s cause we do not have basements where we live. We let the horror stories about basements get the better of us. But that lasted like 60 minutes. Haha. The bedroom, at the opposite end of the second floor, presents an equally cozy queen bed and laundry accessibility.

Please note, both bedrooms lack privacy doors. They are positioned apart yet sharing a common hallway.

Both cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and comfortable sitting and dining areas both inside and out. - "Cute, little, quaint Cape Cod Cottage on the North Shore in a very nice walking neighborhood! The parking space puddles from recent rains were a bit difficult to navigate! Little area rugs were slippery, need to have grippers under them. Also they need to be cleaned. TV for 75+ old renters was a bit hard to navigate, all appliances are new and nice, counter stools need to be reinforced. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. TY!"

The Little Cottage was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked and super charming. However, the most amazing part of the property is the beachfront location. We just soaked in every minute of the sand just outside the back door and the stunning sunsets every evening over the downtown Boston area. The surrounding areas of Cohasset, Hingham and Nantasket were great to visit (ride your bikes to Sandy Beach for the day!) and had nice restaurant options. We loved it and we'll definitely be back !!"

The Shore House is 4 bedroom, 1 bath beach cottage with an outdoor shower. All bedrooms are separate from each other with 15' foot loft style open ceilings. We feel this adds to the charm of the shore house feel!

Feel like going into the city? The ferry boat is just across the street so no need to drive, take an Uber or worry about a ride. Just hop on the ferry boat for a carefree journey into Boston Harbor in only 20 minutes!

We are conveniently located across the street from the local's favorite snack shack and the best fried clams in town!

Feel like taking a ride to the "Big Beach"? A 5 minute ride gets you to where all the action is! Nantasket is one of the greatest beaches on the South Shore, many amazing restaurants, arcades, parks and outside games for the kids, and don't forget the historic carousel!

There is plenty to do without leaving Hull in this happening beachside retreat with laidback little town feel!

Guests will have full access to the house and private off street parking. Please note!!! parking is to the right of the house and guests should park IN the driveway only. Please do not park on the street and be careful not to block the driveway of our neighbors.

- "The house was quite lovely. We were expecting 2 rooms with twin beds but there was just 1 room with twin beds. Downstairs space was great. We were surprised that there wasn’t an outdoor space to barbecue and have dinner for a group. Deck was small so great for coffee but not a meal at the end of the day. There were some beach towels and bath towels but we expected more towels. AC worked well. The 1 bathroom was small. It would have helped to at least have an outdoor shower. For the price of our stay, we expected more outdoor space for meals, more towels, an outdoor shower."
