Newly renovated (2017) One Bedroom - One Bathroom, fully furnished and all appliances included. There is even a washer and dryer (coin-operated) in an attached laundry room. This cottage is part of "Salty Breeze Cottages" located at 1535 Ocean Blvd in Rye, NH. There are two sister cottages roughly the same size and a 3 Bedroom Cape House located on site. This is a family owned and operated vacation rental. All bed linens and bathroom towels are included in your rental fee (unless noted) and there is off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Cottage #3 is a NON-SMOKING / PET FREE rental, no exceptions. Free WI-FI and Cable are included. Location is on Ocean Blvd in Rye, across the street from Foss Beach in Rye, which is nearest Rye Harbor and a stone's throw from Jenness Beach. So much to see and do!

This is the perfect summer get-away for a single person, a couple or a small family. In this case location is almost everything! Located a five minute walk from Pirate's Cove Beach and in a quiet year-round neighborhood, the house offers all the conveniences of home with none of the responsibilities.
We are a short drive from charming Portsmouth, another short drive to bustling Hampton Beach, or no drive at all to a lovely beach. The property provides a large back yard complete with patio and furniture, gas grill and outside shower. The interior offers two bedrooms, both with room air conditioners, one with a queen bed and the other with a trundle bed, one full bath, a fully supplied kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV, and WiFi.
We are hoping to enjoy a full summer 2023 and plan for an early September, 2023 winter rental availability. Keep us in mind for the September, 2023 through mid-May, 2024 time period. The beach off-season is a wonderful place to be!

New to the rental market in summer 2025: Blue Cottage has been fully updated and is ready for your NH beach vacation. Easy walk to Jenness Beach, the Carriage House, and Summer Sessions. Let the ocean sounds and breeze accompany drinks on the screened-in porch or lull you to sleep. Master bedroom and bath on the first floor along with a spacious living room (large TV and pull out couch) and kitchen with modern appliances. Second floor has three bedrooms (queen, full, two twins with trundle) and a second full bathroom. Brand new mini-split HVAC system. Sleeps 8-10. Laundry on site. Outdoor shower, fire pit, ample parking.

Very cute , well equipped cottage across the street from Pirates Cove beach.
Has a pool too! 2 beds, screen porch, kitchen, use of a grill and air conditioning.
There is a market, pizza shop and Kooks restaurant right here. No need to go anywhere. Parking for 2 cars off street.

FlipFlop is a cozy 730 sq ft cottage, nestled among a quiet community. It is directly across the street from one of New Hampshire's most beautiful beaches, Wallis Sands State park. Also a mere 10-minute drive from the historic, artistic, and thriving downtown of Portsmouth. You can enjoy parks, fine dining, outdoor music, and so much more within minutes of the cottage. Or stay "home" and enjoy easy access to the beach or soak in the sounds of the waves from the Adirondak chairs on the front lawn
The space
The first floor of Flip Flop encompasses the living/dining/kitchen area, the main bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3/4 bath. Up a spiral staircase is a spacious loft area with two twin beds. Skylights allow the sun to pour in, while blackout curtains pull across for when you want to sleep in on your vacation. Each bedroom is equipped with a window air-conditioning unit. The back deck has a small outdoor dining area and a grill. And our yard comes with a hammock to relax under the trees, as well as 2 LL Bean adirondack chairs.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire cottage, as well as our half of a shed containing beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more! It's also great for storing bikes during your stay.

Stay at our 4br cottage a short walk to the beach, yoga & cafe. Relax on the screened-in porch with a book & let the ocean air lull you to sleep in the cozy bedrooms. There’s a spot for everyone in one of the three living rooms in this art filled home.
The space
Downstairs, you’ll find three of the bedrooms, as well as a spacious kitchen, and open living & dining space. Spend time on the screened in porch, our favorite place in the house to cosy up under a blanket and read a book or just listen to the birds.
Upstairs is a private suite with sitting room/ office. A perfect spot to work from home or with the shades drawn a great spot to
put a baby down for a nap.
The two primary bedrooms have AC, the rest of the house stays cool by taking advantage of the sea breeze coming in through open screen doors & windows.

Guests will have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
Please make note. There is currently no washer dryer in this unit, but there is ample towels for your stay. Also neither fireplaces work.
This is a small neighborhood, with homes quite close together so please be considerate of loud noises late at night & trespassing.
We do have a landscaper come and mow & do a bit of garden maintenance once a week.
Dogs: we do allow dogs, however a maximum of 1 dog. Please crate your dog if you’re out of the house & of course pick up after your dog.
Parking: The driveway is small. 4 sedans can fit, bumper to bumper, but it is VERY tight. If you have a large car: truck, SUV, van. You will likely only fit two vehicles in the driveway. Please don’t park on the front lawn.
