The Cottages at Harvey Lake features air-conditioned accommodations in Northwood. This beachfront property offers access to free Wifi and free private parking. When staying at the vacation home, guests can use private entrance. At the vacation home, each unit has a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen, and towels. A microwave, a toaster, and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine. The rooms are equipped with heating facilities. Guests at The Cottages at Harvey Lake will be able to enjoy activities in and around Northwood, like cycling and canoeing. New Hampshire Supreme Court is 17 miles from the accommodation, while New Hampshire State Capitol is 18 miles from the property. Portsmouth International at Pease Airport is 25 miles away.

In the living room, unwind with our electric fireplace, a selection of vinyl records on our turntable or bring your own to enjoy while taking in the stunning water views from the balcony. Our smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows via Netflix or your preferred apps (note: cable is not available). We also have some books and board games available as well.

**Fully Equipped Kitchen:**
Cook up a meal in our small but equipped kitchen, which features everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy a warm cup of tea with our kettle, or start your day right with our Keurig coffee machine, Nespresso original machine and a traditional pot option while you enjoy the beautiful water views.

**Accessibility Note:**
Please be aware that our cottage features multiple sets of stairs leading to the outdoor amenities. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or small children, as safety gates are not provided either.

**Parking Information:**
Parking is limited to two vehicles, so please plan accordingly. Larger vehicles such as RVs cannot be accommodated. In the winter months with the snow, it will be hard to accommodate even 2 cars.

**Guest Access:**
Guests will have access to the main floor of the cottage and the entire outdoor area. The basement is unfinished and not available for guest use. While I won't be on-site during your stay, I'm just a message away via the app or my cell phone for any assistance you may need.

The Cottage at Granite House 1880. Our cottage is a few minutes drive to the newly rejuvenated Concord Downtown Main Street. Easy access to I-93 and I-89 and State Route 101. Centrally located - in about an hour drive you can be in Boston, NH/Maine Sea Coast, NH White Mountains, VT border.

The Cottage is attached to our 1880 New England Farm home.

If you enjoy skiing, we are about an hour from some of NH's best ski areas. We are also within an hour drive of Boston, the Maine/NH Seacoast and Vermont border. This makes the Cottage a great place if you are planning to explore all that NH has to offer.

There are two cozy bedrooms on the 2nd floor along with a full bathroom with tub/shower and full-size washer and dryer half way upstairs.

Our cottage 'The Paddy Shack' is available for weekly summer and off season rental. Our lakeview,beach access home features open concept living ,sleeping six in three bedrooms. The home is located in The Kenoza area on the Deerfield side of Northwood Lake. There is a large sandy,child safe beach,private dock space and boat launch. Kayaks,canoe,Paddleboard and floats for your use and enjoyment. The home has a deck overlooking the lake and a farmers porch . Plenty of parking for your cars and boat trailer. Spacious yard and fire pit. Northwood is a great family lake good for boating, water sports and fishing.

BBQ grill patio and gazebo seating areas. 2 loft bedrooms one oqueen size and 2 children’s single beds. Row boat kayaks and floatation devices available for guest use. Free K-cup coffee and tea. Bathroom includes shower with free shampoo body wash and conditioner. Owners live in attached wing off cottage with three corgi's.

Reminds me of a traditional New Hampshire/Maine lake house or larger cottage. Back yard right on the lake was extremely well kept and peaceful. Only suggestion I’d really have is although the large windows outlooking the water is an amazing view. It would’ve been nice to have some curtains or drapes on the windows. Will absolutely consider renting from them again next year for our yearly trip."

Unwind at this peaceful year round cozy cottage that sits far back from the road in a very private and secluded setting. We live near a lake, there will be bugs, mosquitoes, flies, spiders, squirrels, turkeys, chipmunks, rodents, birds, ticks, beavers, owls, hawks, bald eagles, crows, blue herons, deer, snakes, fish and turtles. This is apart of nature.

We may take a deposit and drivers licenses depending on the size of the group. $150-250.

Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of ladders, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.

Sneak away for a peaceful get away at a cozy seasonal(no heat) cottage in Cobbett's Pond area. Short walk to private Pine Terrace community beach. Great for paddle boarding and swimming. 3 bedroom, 1 bath (cottage rules for flushing) ideal for a family to enjoy some relaxing fun. Located in Pine Terrace private community. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. No functions or parties. There is also ring door bells that were put at both doors for security measures. Seasonal Cottage so there is no heat.

Bright and cheerful waterfront. Cozy and romantic. The water is literally 15' from the front of the house with 120' of frontage. We provide 2 kayaks for your use at no additional cost & DIY breakfast is included! There are restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby if you want to explore but this is primarily a place to relax, unplug, enjoy nature.

There is a cozy living room with electric fireplace. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub for two. There is a fire pit outside with adirondak chairs to sit under the stars. All of these are sure to make a romantic getaway even better!

The fabulous former owner decorated the place with a very sweet shabby chic vibe and it's full of love. It is super comfortable and very romantic. There are beautiful views of the water from almost every window in the house and there is no one across the water from you so it's very private. There are two bedrooms and sleeps 4 comfortably.

You will have the whole house, balcony, yard, fire pit and dock to yourselves.

Important items to note:
Because this home is in a rural setting there are bugs and wildlife around. We do our very best to keep the bugs out of the home but you may see lady bugs in some areas especially near windows. They are harmless but do like to be warm. There may occasionally be a spider or two and as much as we vacuum the webs, they are very quick to make new ones (especially on the deck)! You may see wildlife on the property too. It's best to keep away and please do not feed them.

If there is anything that you need that you don't see, do not hesitate to reach out. I'd love to do whatever I can to make sure stay even better!

Steps away from one of the top clearest lakes in NH. Sandy shore is the dream vacation whether you’re looking to kick back and relax, do water sports, swim, boat, kayak with the loons, ice skate, cross country ski, snowmobile, fish or view the fall foliage.
Bring your own boat and park it at the private dock or use our 2 person kayak equipped with oars and life jackets.

The top floor has a queen bed, loveseat, walk-in closet and great views of the sunrise, overlooking the head of the lake. There is an adjustable standing or sitting desk which provides an excellent spot to overlook the lake while getting work done!

The middle floor consists of the fully equipped custom kitchen and dining area including a table with a couch and four stools, a twin day bed and full bathroom.

The bottom floor has a pull out double bed, flat screen TV and free use of the washer and dryer. A wooden sliding door separates this room from the entrance of the house.

The private dock is a 50' walk from the house. Look both ways when crossing the scenic road which provides access to the houses on the North end of the lake. The house comes equipped with a two person kayak, life jackets and paddles. If you plan to bring your own boat, The public boat ramp is less than a quarter mile before the house. You can BBQ on the porch overlooking the lake or have a bonfire in the pit down below.

- "We stayed for two nights and I immediately said upon arriving that I could stay forever. This home is so clean, newly renovated, with thoughtful fun additions throughout the home. Plenty of sleeping arrangements options for family or friend trips. The deck with grill and dining table, and the patio with fire pit maee enjoying the outside easy. The private dock with seating was my favorite. Highly recommend this home, and we are already planning an autumn visit! Thank you to the host(s) this is a beautiful place."

- "This cabin was perfectly placed on a quiet pond in Northwood. My dogs were in heaven swimming in warm water, chasing ducks, and digging on the sandy beach. There were fire pits outside at night. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the other guests in neighboring cabins. Nancy was accessible and made it a point to come by to introduce herself, made great dinner reservations. Highly recommend. Also, if you stay here, you must go see Bob at the Northwood Diner. Best breakfast in town only 3 minutes up the road."
