We are located 8 minutes from I-93, close to Tupelo Music Hall, Manchester Airport, about an hour from Boston, the Seacoast, Lakes Region and the White Mountains. There is also a public boat ramp that gives you lake access within a couple of minutes from the property.

Cabin 14 is a two-bedroom, one bath. It has great views of the lake, looking out between cabins 5 & 6. This cabin enjoys more privacy and a quieter location as it sits slightly back. This house is on the property of Lake Shore Village Resort. Guests staying here will have access to our clubhouse which contains a game room, pool/hot tub and changing rooms. They also have access to a private beach. We have kayaks and paddle boards available to use. More information to come once stay is booked.

It is a short 100 yard walk from the lake and a quick drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Boston or the NH Seacoast, close to the Lakes Region, White mountains, and great skiing spots as well as the famous NH Outlets.

The space
This bright and airy, open concept, duplex home, located in the middle of a small lake-side community, has everything you need for your stay. There are 2 master bedrooms, both with new king size beds and picture windows with a view of the back yard and the lake beyond, a 3rd bedroom with a large bunk bed (full size on the bottom and twin on the top), full bathroom, large kitchen with a full granite breakfast bar that seats 3, a spacious living room with 65" mounted smart tv and large sectional couch to watch it from, and a cute little dining area with a view.
The bedrooms all have their own heater/air conditioner for personalized temperature control, and both master bedrooms have personal access to the back yard deck, and one of the master bedrooms also has its own 55" wall mounted smart tv as well.
The bathroom has a full stand up shower with a large sitting area for those who need that and a full size washer/dryer.
The kitchen is spacious, modern, and has all of the appliances you could need for your stay, with new oven/stove, granite countertops, sink and faucets, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and fully stocked cabinets with everything you'll need.
The living room is furnished with a large and comfy couch with oversized cushions, as well as a surprisingly comfortable accent chair to relax in. There is also a 4k, smart tv fully loaded with all your favorite viewing apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube, Youtube TV, Disney+, ESPN app, and others) for you to log in to with your account, or if you don't have any of those services, there are free tv apps available as well, and of course, free WiFi throughout the place.
The Sanctum by the Lake is the larger "east side" part of a duplex style house. It is in a quiet and private area of the lake community with the only close neighbor being the smaller "west side" part of the house. Neither place has access to the other.
You will be given an access code for the electronic touch pad lock on the front door, which will be good for the duration of your stay.
There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars in the front driveway as well as 2 more parking spots available in the half circle driveway behind the house to the right.
The Backyard is a good size although half of it is taken up by the 7 person hot tub and the large pool in the middle of the back yard. Even so, there is a good amount of space for yard games and having fun!
The back yard, the hot tub, and the pool are all private and you will have exclusive, private access to each for your entire stay. (Quick note on the pool: It is only open during the summer season and is closed down for the season on the first Tuesday after Labor day each year.)
There is no beach access but there is shared private lake access for boating and swimming at the end of the private road leading to the lake. There are kayaks, paddles, and life jackets available to use in the large shed to the left side of the property.
The Sanctum by the Lake sleeps 7 guests comfortably which makes it ideal for a family trip, shared trip with other couples or friends looking for a relaxing time with lake views and access, or even a private time for people who like their space

Guest access
You will have full access to the east side home, parking, back yard, and anything else available. There is a separate AirBnB west side home, which is physically connected to the east side home, but there is no access from one side to the other. You will simply be neighbors.

Other things to note
This is a quiet lake side community and is not conducive to loud parties or party-size groups. Because of that, hosting parties are not allowed at this property. "Party" is defined as "having more people than the amount you booked for (maximum 7 people) on the property". It is also strictly smoke-free. Pets are not allowed without express and specific permission given by the hosts.

Although we do provide the essential needs (hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, towels, sheets, blankets) we do not provide personal toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc due to the massive variety of options and people’s very personal preferences as well as sensitivities to different scents and ingredients.
The refrigerator water/ice maker is not working. It does NOT provide water or ice.
There are a good amount of shopping options very close by to get anything you may need if you happen to not be traveling with these items.

Lastly, the shower handle works differently than most. The further you turn the shower handle the colder the water will get. To turn the shower water to hot, just turn the handle slightly, just enough to turn the shower on.

The pool is only open during the summer season and is closed down for the season on the first Tuesday after Labor day each year.

This surreal 4-bdrm house (with a long driveway and no neighbors) is the perfect setting for your reunion, retreat, or party. It was owned by someone in the architectural salvage business--and boy, does it show! Every room is a Wow! moment. Next to the house is a spectacular post & beam barn--perfect for parties and get togethers. This rental also include a pool, hot tub, game room, ATVs with miles of private trails, and other activities.

The space
This beautiful and adventure-filled retreat is located in Candia, a rural oasis just outside Manchester and close to the highway. Set way back off of historic High Street, the house is sits on a rise with no nearby neighbors. It is part of a 170 acre property with hundreds more acres of conservation land behind it.

THE HOUSE

Built in the 1980’s, this large Colonial house was later transformed into one of the most unique properties you might ever see. In addition to the house with its four bedrooms and three full baths, there are numerous out-buildings including a "Harry Potter"-style chicken coop, an enchanting flower stand by the road, and a recently built Victorian barn.

The house itself features a towering living room with a 14 foot-high ceiling, and a fireplace with stone chimney that goes up the full 14 feet. This open space then leads to a large round table seating 10 that is recessed into a big bay window. The view of the gardens from the table is just lovely.

Passing through the kitchen you will come to the game room. We call this the "Mediterranium" as the walls are made to look like stucco and brick with exposed beam. This room contains an air hockey game. In the garage, off the living room, there is a ping pong table, alongside other game-room games.

The house has four well-appointed bedrooms and sleeps 13 (one King bed and a pull-out double in the Master Bedroom, three other bedrooms with Queen beds, one of which has a pull-out twin; and a pull-out Queen in the Living Room). One bedroom is on the first floor, close to the first floor full-bath and separated from activity in the common area by an extra door in the hallway.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms that share a full bath with tub. Across the hall is the Master Bedroom, with its own 12 foot ceiling. Off of this large bedroom is the most eccentric and beautifully unique bathroom. It is festooned with stained glass windows and other architectural flourishes and has a large, open shower covered in natural stone with shower heads coming from wooden barrels 10 ft up.

THE PARTY BARN

This 1,000 sf building is perfect to host your reception, gathering, or (well-mannered) party. The building has its own set of unique architectural accoutrements including a window with 99 panes and another 8ft wide half-moon window. The post & beam construction adds a rural flair and the 20 ft high cathedral ceiling gives the building a spacious feel. A loft upstairs offers its own gathering place and a view of the action below. 

There is an extra charge to host an event on the property that includes people not staying at the house. Please message us to inquire.

THE CAMPS

In the middle of the woods are two camps that go back a ways. They are three-sided log structures made from wood milled on the property (which used to be a tree farm). There is a grill by the large one and chairs. It’s a great place to hang out, make a small campfire, and enjoy the woods. And in case it’s needed, there is an honest-to-goodness, working, Outhouse 100ft away!

The pictures really don’t do this home justice! Nestled right next to Piscataquog River, this huge 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is perfect for a family gathering or friends looking for a reunion. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and we can sleep up to 10 guests in beds. However, there is plenty of room for guests to bring air mattresses and sleeping materials, so we can sleep an additional 6 guests. Please note, guests would need to bring any extra sleeping materials for the additional 6 guests. The house boasts ornate details such as two large spiral staircases, a sitting room with useable piano, and a beautiful, massive wood burning fireplace. In case that’s not enough, enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the sauna, spend time playing in the heated indoor pool with seating, or take a soak in the outdoor hot tub. Not to be outdone, we also have a large outdoor pool (available from May-September). Please note, the indoor pool area currently has an empty hot tub area that is not useable. We ask guests to please use caution around it.

This home is only minutes from downtown Manchester, often called the Boston of New Hampshire. Check out the newest exhibit at the Currier Art Museum or go see a play at the Palace Theater. The SEE Science Center has something for the whole family and the SNHU Arena brings in top of the line bands and comedians. More interested in doing something outside? We’re minutes away from the Piscataquag/Goffstown Rail Trail and Rock Rimmon Park, with tennis courts, a playground, and some walking trails. Mt. Unconoonuc is not too far and offers some easy hiking with stellar views! Or, stay home and enjoy the large property complete with lawn space for games, large trees, and a bench that oversees the Piscataquog River.

This is an owner occupied home. As such, you will likely come across some of the owner's belongings. Please be sure to avoid getting into any of those belongings. We lock off a closet and an office for most of his belongings. Please note, the office is not listed as part of the home and may be a bit cluttered.

You will have access to the entire home, EXCEPT the office, wine cellar, master closet, and fridge in the laundry room. We also ask that guests stay out of any utility spaces, including the utility room in the indoor pool room and the pool shed by the outdoor pool area. The owner lives at the property while we are not hosting guests and he stores his belongings in the office and closet. Please do not go into this space. Otherwise, the rest of the home is accessible including the seasonal outdoor pool, year round indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, bedrooms, bathrooms, fireplace, etc. Please note, the fireplace pictured in one of the rooms is currently not operational. We also have a large property with plenty of outdoor area for games and walking. We have a bench that overlooks the Piscataquog River. Please be EXTREMELY careful by the bench as it is up against a cliff. Kids should always be supervised in this area.

Under no circumstances do we allow smoking or vaping in the condo or around the property.
