The Brasswood Cottage is a two-story house located at 1 Winthrop, immediately next door to the Brasswood Inn. This modern cottage is fully furnished with a king bed, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and onsite parking. - "We stayed at the Brasswood Cottage, which is part of the Brasswood Inn complex yet it self-contained, so more private and lots of space. It is a two floor cottage with the bedroom / full bath upstairs and the living / dining / kitchen / half bath downstairs. Our pup also was very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have some steps for the bed as it is quite high and can be a challenge for shorter folks like myself. The bed itself was very comfortable. "

You can dine outside on the new patio, relax on the front porch or head to the private back with a outdoor couch to lay out on. This cottage has parking for one vehicle. You have just a short three minute stroll to all shops and restaurants on Bradford Street and Commercial Street. Herring Cove or Race Point beaches are a short drive away by car or by bike. You can rent bikes from four different bike shops around town. You can also walk to the bay to lay out on the beach or take a boat ride over to the lighthouse. There is so much to do in Provincetown, or you can just relax and dine in at your Private Cottage!

This adorable freestanding cottage is nestled in the heart of Provincetown's West End on Commercial Street and is perfect for one person or a couple. The layout consists of one main room, a galley kitchen and a bathroom. In the main room you'll find a full size bed, a small dining table and two dining chairs. The galley kitchen consists of a two-burner cooktop, microwave, small refrigerator and sink. The kitchen also has a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is cable TV and an audio system to which you can attach your iPod or phone as well as wifi. There is also an AC. The location of the cottage is at the point where Commercial Street turns residential.

There is no smoking in the unit or on the grounds. Parking does not come with this apartment but if you have a car there is a town lot close by and it's easy to find a spot if you're coming in the off season. Ptown is a walking village so you won't need to be driving. Pets are not allowed.

Note that we do not charge a cleaning fee with this rental. It is included in the cost. :)

Beautiful freestanding cottage, which allows for “Social Distancing”, in the heart of Provincetown; a quick .5 mile to town center (Commercial St.)

This cottage was completely renovated in 2019 with the utmost care and craftsmanship. In 2019, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, housing and fencing were newly painted.

Inside, you will find a meticulously maintained 400 sq ft home. The half cathedral ceiling with two skylights floods the interior with natural light. The kitchen has brand new 2019 stainless steel appliances, refrigerator and dishwasher. The 5-burner gas stove is from 2005 and brand new (2018) washer/dryer.

Two sets of beautiful french doors and many windows allow for circulation of fresh ocean air and an open air feel during those inspiring Ptown evenings (or privacy when it’s time to settle in). One set of french doors lead out to a 400 sq ft deck that acts as an additional living room, complete with new patio furniture, grilling station and an outdoor shower(2019). All of which is surrounded by a private fenced-in yard.

It is a lovely space to enjoy the sound of the waves at night and to get up in the morning to run the dog on the beach. Come Back Cottage is a private freestanding cottage, set 150 feet from Bradford St. in the East End. It's an easy walk to bay beach public access and two boutique groceries, the East End Market and Angel Foods where you can get coffee, your morning paper and sandwiches for lunch. - "As if Billy wasn’t enough, the cottage is absolutely perfect. Well and I mean well stocked so leave any kitchen gadget, linens and cleaning products at home. There are 4 different ways to make coffee. There is an electric kettle and all the pots, pans and utensils you could want. It was nice to not have to eat out every meal and especially nice to wake up to the smell of coffee. Something to note: The cottage is about a mile outside of town in the east end. We had bikes so it was not a problem. There is nowhere reasonable to park on Commecial Street or Bradford street without paying a substantial amount so bring your bikes or you can rent them in town. I’m saving the best for last….. Billy met us when we arrived and could not have been nicer. We had a freshly baked blueberry pie when we arrived and vanilla ice cream in the freezer. Billy was kind enough to have items in the fridge that we would need for our first night/morning without having to go to the grocery store right away. Throughout the cottage were fresh flowers, candies, nuts and so much delicious fruit. Billy goes above and beyond to make sure you are not only comfortable but truly feel like a guest. You feel special and Billy is around to answer any questions you might have. He is truly the icing on this incredible cottage cake. Do not pass on this cottage."

It was absolutely perfect for a couple, with w and a half baths, a utility room, laundry, and very well equipped kitchen. The location in the West End was peaceful, but only a few minutes walk from the boat slip. In the evening you can enjoy one of the towns many nightclubs, discos, or shows or take a sunset cruise on a schooner. After your day’s adventures head back to the cottage and take advantage of the outdoor shower; there’s nothing as refreshing as showering in the fresh air.

Welcome to Saltine Cottage where you'll spend the day watching the tide rise and fall and boats come and go in Ptown harbor. This one bedroom, one bath cottage will transport you back in time. Wide plank floors and porthole windows will make you believe you're on a boat. From the large wrap-around deck you'll have front row views of Ptown's spectacular sunrise and sunset. At the end of the day, you can stroll through town and enjoy Ptown's many restaurants, bars, and galleries.

This cottage is special and quirky and everyone who sees it falls in love right away. The stairs to the second floor are steep and the bedroom has a pitched roof so you'll need to mind the headspace. From the living room you have magnificent views of the sea grass blowing in the wind and the everchanging light on the water. The couch in the living room is a Queen sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table. Parking for one car included. If you're looking for a truly unique Ptown experience this is your place.

Our PROVINCETOWN home is a FREE STANDING COTTAGE with PARKING, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a large private, fenced-in brick patio/garden with a water feature, gas grill, and ample room for outdoor dining and lounging. Just around the corner is a picturesque path to the beach!

One block from Commercial Street, the cottage is close to everything Provincetown has to offer. You can walk into town or just around corner to swim and relax at the quiet bay beach.

The sprawling, single floor cottage has been renovated with nearly 1000 well laid out square feet that wonderfully capture the natural light of Cape Cod. The two bedrooms, with hardwood floors, are nicely separated from the living area and there is a large full bathroom between them to optimize privacy. There’s also a convenient half bathroom off the living area. The living room with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a fireplace has double doors leading onto a second private, fenced patio. The dining area is encased with five tall windows that overlook the garden and access to a large, totally private patio with additional outdoor dining and lots of room to relax. Other amenities include PARKING, a Weber gas grill, a full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, internet, smart TV, and a stereo system with speakers throughout.
With everything on one floor, it’s abundant outdoor space and access to the beach, the cottage invites relaxation and easy indoor-outdoor living.
