-Stop and Shop supermarket is a quick two minute walk from our door and has most anything you might need. Gourmet fish both locally caught and from around the world are available at Mac's Fish House, just a minute away on foot.

-For a bit of exercise, walk just down the road about 500 feet to PTown Gym, or a few minutes further walk to Mussel Beach Gym. Rent a bike two minutes away at the Bike Shack. Your bikes are safe within our completely fenced property, and we have plenty of room for kayaks too if you want to bring them.

-When it's time to have some fun, an easy 10 minute stroll leads you directly to the Boatslip Resort and their world famous afternoon tea dances. Crown and Anchor, A House, Porchside Bar and Club Purgatory are all 10 minutes or less on foot, even faster on bike.

- If you want to eat out but are feeling lazy, Chach's amazing breakfast and Mexican themed lunch and Mac's delicious dinner are both just 750 feet from our door. Of course, we are happy to recommend a restaurant that suits your taste and budget; PTown has something delicious for everyone!

-No vacation to Provincetown is complete without a trip to the beach, and Herring Cove Beach is a quick 5 minute drive or bike ride, only 10 minute walk, much closer than most places in town. Race Point beach is a gorgeous bike ride through the trails or a 10 minute drive.

Sanitary Information - We take your health and safety (and our own!) very seriously. We have always maintained our rental apartment in the same spotless condition as our home (note the many reviews that mention how clean the apartment is). We use Citrus II Hospital Germicidal Deodorizing Cleaner on all hard surfaces in the apartment and we do it ourselves, so we know it's done properly. Citrus II is virucidal, bactericidal, tuberculocidal, mildewstat, fungicidal, meets OSHA bloodborne pathogen standard for HIV, HBV, and HCV, and kills H1N1 Influenza A virus. All linens are carefully washed and the apartment is thoroughly aired out between guests.

Welcome to our beach cottage. It is a 2 bedroom single family home with a short walk to the beach which is dog friendly. The private beach has views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod.

We are in an area called Beach Point and located just 2.5 miles from the center of town. We are located next to a timeshare resort called the Sandcastle resort. A bus runs continuously to town in the summer season and is located just across the way. We are minutes from multiple National Seashore Beaches as well as many restaurants and shopping in Provincetown.

The property is fully equipped for your convenience. We have a washer and dryer, wi-fi and much more. Bedroom one has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, the bottom is a full size and top a twin size. Our location is such that we are very family and dog friendly. Low tide at the beach offers a very wide expanse of beach so that dogs and children can explore the tidal pools.

We book Saturday to Saturday ONLY for the months of July and August.

- "Check-in was easy at this charming, quiet cottage. The furniture and appliances were newer and in very good condition. August was especially humid, so the air conditioning was much appreciated! The location is close to other cottages and a hotel, so it’s not desolate, but it’s not the center of the action, either. This is what we we’re looking for, so it was perfect. If you want to explore other towns on the Cape, you’ll probably want to bring your car and take advantage of the on-site parking. We had planned to drive and park at the house, then changed our mind and flew instead. I was worried we’d have trouble getting cars to restaurants and shops in Provincetown, but Uber and a local taxi company (MacGregor) made transportation easy. For groceries, we used Instacart, and that worked out great! The dog-friendly beach was a short walk away, and the host very kindly provided beach towels and chairs! Communication with the host was quick and easy."

We have rented other people's homes over the course of many years and make it our mission to ensure that no small detail is overlooked in our own. We want this vacation to be relaxing, not a constant dash to the store to get something that's missing or you left at home. For that reason, we have included just about every item in the kitchen we could imagine from an array of cookware, small appliances, spices, along with fundamental items we offer up as community property to minimize expense and packing headaches. We've included amenities like Kiehl shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms and things like basic condiments, Tupperware, foil/wrap, etc. in the kitchen.

Sunday to Sunday rental during the summer season in an effort to minimize traffic challenges, so you can ease into vacation.

- "Oh wow, we absolutely loved this place. A perfect location on the water and in a quiet part of town, but still just a 15 minute walk to the center. Relish is a cute little store just a couple minutes away that has a lot of great options for breakfast and lunch. The private and shared decks made for plenty of lazy days, along with some beach time during low tide. The unit is contemporary and clean but still has plenty of charm. With windows on both sides we always had a nice cross breeze and didn’t even need the AC. And the bed is super comfortable. Katrina has outfitted the space with pretty much everything you’ll need, including plenty of equipment in the kitchen and nice beach chairs and an umbrella. She was great about communication but left us alone during our stay. We’re already talking about returning next summer. Thank you!"

The space
This bright and sunny studio with casual Cape Cod beach décor and a glass sliding door along one wall that leads to the furnished balcony or patio overlooking the outdoor pool.

It has a comfortable double sized Murphy bed, which is one that folds up into the wall using a hydraulic system (the bed uses a regular mattress), and a double sofa sleeper.

The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare breakfast or light meals as all necessary dishes and cookware are supplied. It has granite countertops, a full size fridge/freezer, a stove top (no oven), microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a bistro dining set. Wi-Fi is not guaranteed, we have Ethernet connections for your use.

This is part of an oceanfront timeshare resort and as our guest you'll enjoy full access to all the resort amenities: heated indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool (not heated), private beach, tennis, basketball, gym, shuffleboard, horseshoes, beach volleyball, badminton and indoor ping pong. Pool/beach towels and sports equipment are provided - pick them up and return them at the front desk.

There are two BBQ areas that you're welcome to use. One is located near the tennis court and the other is by the outdoor pool where you have great views of the water, Provincetown harbor and the Monument. BBQ tools are supplied, but the charcoal is not.

We have private off-road parking and you can have up to two parking permits. Please don't bring additional vehicles without checking first. Additional cars/permit are sometimes available in the off-season but in season, when it's busy, permits are strictly limited to two and vehicles without permits may be towed.

There's a coin operated laundry room and you can purchase detergent and coins at the front desk.

Both pools are closed Sunday mornings for maintenance and during thunderstorms for your safety. The indoor pool is open from 9am to 9pm daily (except Sunday from noon - 9pm) and the outdoor pool is open from the end of May until the beginning of October.

Other things to note
As our guest at this resort you'll enjoy full access to all the amenities, including the free use of sports equipment and pool/beach towels, which you can pick up at the front desk.

The amenities include: large year round heated indoor pool and hot tub, large seasonal outdoor pool (unheated), private beach, tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, indoor ping pong table, beach volleyball, badminton, and board games.

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 12 is a the SMALLEST room in Ptown! FOR ONE SMALL PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a TWIN-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms, 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, No in-room sink

We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask.

We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

We’re a work in progress and enjoy restoring and updating our home as we have time and can afford to do so.

We have a variety of room types from twin to queen, single to double, shared to private bathrooms. Most of our rooms are small and quirky in true Provincetown tradition, so make sure you book the one that’s right for you.

We enjoy hosting and cultivating a friendly, diverse, safe and respectful household.

In order to stay affordable we don’t have much of a staff. We’re a small place and we like to dedicate it to our guests currently staying with us, so we only allow registered guests on our property.

The room is 90 sqft, and is a low budget room for solo travelers.
It is located on the 2nd floor, and the shared bathroom is on the 3rd floor.
We do not provide parking for renting this room.

We are always available if the guests need help or advice. But we also respect their privacy.

Other things to note
Most of the guest houses in Provincetown were built over 100 years ago, and have thin walls. Most of our guests do not have any issues with it, but if you are a light sleeper, please ask us for earplugs.

The room is covered with wall to wall carpet.

We do have two security cameras installed in our common areas (actually recommended by AirBnB staffs). One is outdoors at the entrance of our dining room through the patio, and the other one is outside of our main entrance. This is for the safety of our property and our guests. And we guarantee that no audio is recorded.

Parking options:
You can go parking at the Pilgrim Monument parking lot (about 600 feet away from us) on your own. They always (99% of the time, unlike others in PTown) have vacancies.

Also this parking lot is usually free before May 1st and after Spooky Bear weekend (they may change their schedule).

Cancellation policies:
For reservations of 4 nights or less, we take a $35 cancellation fee if you cancel more than 21 days (30 days for bookings of 5 nights or longer) prior of your check-in date. Otherwise, we follow AirBnB's strict cancellation policy. Note that AirBnB will probably not refund the service fee, but we have no power on what AirBnB will do.

We highly recommend you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns about cancellations.

BTW, we do have a nice and friendly cat in the house. If you are allergic to cats, please book room 1-1 or 2-3 where you will have private entrance.

This suite has it all! You will love all the nooks and crannies along with a great view of the P-Town Monument. Relax on the shared deck or dress and enjoy all that Commercial St has to offer. Explore the shops, restaurants, clubs, & shows. Grab the provided beach chairs because that’s right across the street! Come back to comfortable beds, close the room darkening blinds and refresh to begin another day.

The space
Located in the heart of the Provincetown, steps away from parking or the ferry landing, this suite is perfect for those that love to explore all that Provincetown has to offer.
It's open layout is much roomier than most hotel rooms so you will have plenty of room to spread out. You will also have access to our fully furnished roof deck (shared by us and our Airbnb guest only). The deck is a great place to hangout, sip cocktails or (if you have to) open your laptop and get a little work done. (WIFI is strong even on the deck)
This room has its own second floor private entrance opening up to a cute suite offering a new queen size bed and a day bed for relaxing with a 42” TV (streaming channels only.) There are plenty of windows for ventilation or use the AC.
It offers a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker offering gourmet Guatemalan coffee from Fazenda, a small craft roaster in Dedham MA.
A perfect place to crash after a long day playing on Commercial St.
So pack your bags and leave all your worries behind.

In season parking can be had in many lots just minutes from our building. Once you park Provincetown is easy to walk. There are public bike racks just across the street and Arnold's bike rental is some 40 steps away next to the Lobster Pot.
Please note that NO PETS are allowed in deference to guests and ourselves with allergies.

Our building is "Downtown" and in the middle of the action! This also means that you should anticipate the kind of noise associated with where we are located especially in season.

Free On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us.
