***Linens for the beds are provided as part of the cleaning fee. To keep cleaning fees reasonable, towels are available but tenants must wash towns and return to the linen closet. Trash and recycling pick up is on Wednesdays.

Harwich MA is located near the halfway mark of Cape Cod. This is the perfect location to reach many attractions on the Cape. The home is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Harwich, Dennis and Brewster beaches, Kayaking at Bass River, Monomoy fishing charters and much much more.....

The drive to the beaches is all back roads and not main roads, so it’s quick with a no stress drive. Almost all beaches offer daily parking for on-site or weekly passes can be purchased at the town halls. Because of the variety, we like to explore multiple beaches and our favorite beaches are Mayflower, Corporation, West Dennis, Skaket, Paines Creek, Cold Storage, and the best-kept secret Crowe's Pasture.

The home is on the Dennis line and close to Brewster making Dennis, Harwich, Brewster and Orleans beaches within 5-10 minutes.

The best part of a long day at the beach - 1.3 miles to Sand Pond in Harwich which is usually our stop on the way back where the kids love to visit and rinse off from a long day at the beach.

It is close to all amenities that the Cape has to offer including short walk to Hinckley and Long ponds from the CCRT. The Harwich beaches are a mere 3 mile drive! Red River beach with its warm waters of Nantucket Sound, Bank Street and Pleasant Street beaches are some of our favorites! The location is perfect for those early mornings or evening walks any time of the year! This tastefully decorated property with nautical/ beach theme has 3 bedrooms all with king beds, 3 full baths, outdoor shower and a master suite with a Jacuzzi tub. Lower level has bunk beds and comfortable seating area with games, books and more! Crib and rail guards, folding cot available by request. Our lovely owner managed home was renovated to include well equipped maple kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and oak hardwood floors on entire first and second floors. There is a private 20x13 deck with table and chairs overlooking a manicured flat grassy yard large enough for ball playing, croquet, bean bag toss etc. Stone wall with mature plantings provide privacy.

Relax in the bright and sunny living room located on the first floor with palladium ceiling which leads to the dining room and deck area.. The spacious outdoor shower encased with red cedar is classic for the cape! There are beach chairs, boggie boards, beach umbrella, coolers, and assorted games for your use. Amenities include central air plus ductless units in the basement and MBR, wireless high speed internet (WIFI), smart TV, blu-ray, cable and all the modern conveniences of home. The Weber gas grill is ready for barbecuing. Check in on Fridays to avoid heavy Cape Cod traffic typically seen more with Saturday changeovers. Check in: 3pm Check out: 11am. - "This was a great stay for our family of four, plus our little doggy! The apartment was as advertised and more. The living room and bedrooms are more spacious than the pictures show. For a rental, we found the beds to be quite comfortable too! The kitchenette (microwave, stovetop, fridge) was enough for us to cook what we wanted. We also enjoyed our nights on the porch, grilling and watching the sunset. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, with beach access on the lake only a few steps away. And the location on the Cape was perfect for us, close to so many great activities. Mike and Jo were friendly, attentive hosts and were there to greet us when we arrived!"

It’s shallow for the little kids to splash and play for hours on end. We love spending the day there, doing a little fishing early morning, or ending the day with a swim in the pond. Jennifer and Glenn are super gracious hosts and they are close by so very easy to communicate with if you need anything. We are already dreaming about our stay next summer!!"

Just a quick 5 minutes off exit 82 (old exit 10) mid Cape, our home is located in Historic Harwich Center on a large private lot with the Cape Cod bike path bordering the back of the property for easy access.

There is a saltwater pool on the property and it is just a 12 minute bike ride (3 minute car ride) to Harwich Port beaches, so you can choose from a stay at home and cook or get out and play.

Less than a mile to two golf courses.

-This is an antique home that has been lovingly restored bit by bit. If you are looking for a quintessential nostalgic stay on Cape to relax and unplug, this is the house for you.

PROPERTY: This adorable and newly renovated house, is in a VERY quiet and private location tucked away in a neighborhood, off of the main roads. You can hear the birds chirping, the resident wild turkeys gobbling, but not traffic noise, which is a major asset to this property's location.

BEACH & RAIL TRAIL: Easy access to Red River Beach, just 1.5 miles down Depot or Uncle Venies Roads. The Rail Trail path is at the property's cul-de-sac, about 5 houses down. The path runs 25 miles from S. Dennis to Wellfleet and is a great adventure for the whole family to experience more parts of the cape on foot or bicycle.

YARDS: The front and back yards are large and grassy wrapped around one side of the house. The neighborhood is super safe for the kids to play in the yards and safe for everyone to get to the protected entrance of the bike path.

INSIDE: The living room is bright and airy with comfy sofas, a chair, and a TV. The renovated and well stocked kitchen is off of the living room and has plenty of cabinets and storage. Amenities include a coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine fridge, and new dishwasher.

KITCHEN & PORCH: The kitchen door opens to the dining space of the house, a screened in sun porch. Having coffee on the porch and listening to the birds tweeting in the morning is divine! The porch has a rug, sun shades, and a ceiling fan.

BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and one room with two twin beds. One queen room has a full bath with shower. There is a 2nd full bath with tub and shower next to the two other bedrooms. Sheets, towels, and beach towels are provided by us. All rooms have closets with hangers, luggage racks, and extra blankets.

OUTSIDE: The yard and patio area are so peaceful and full of beautiful greenery! There is patio table that seats 6 and also some extra patio chairs. Outdoors also features a BBQ and a shed. Grassy and tree lined, the backyard is completely private from neighbors.

BASEMENT: In the downstairs basement you'll find the washer and dryer. There is also a storage rack with household cleaners.

LOCATION: This house is in a GREAT location because you can sleep and relax in peace and still get to conveniences like Stop N Shop grocery (2.2 miles), restaurants like Brax, Embers, and Hot Stove (within 5 miles), the Nantucket ferry (Freedom Cruise Line) from Harwich Port (2 miles), or the Martha's Vineyard ferry (Hy-Line) from Hyannis (17 miles).

This is a great vacation home in East Harwich on Pleasant Bay. With an inground pool (not heated), 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it is perfect for any vacation. - "This home is lovely, light filled, with lots of views of the bay. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it or pool side(it has been a very hot summer). We closed off the back room during the heat wave which boosted the AC for the front bedrooms. The location is great, just a quick drive to the beach, the bike path, Chatham, or Orleans. Wequassett Resort is just up the road, with boating opportunities. We enjoyed the jazz festival there one evening. The property is high on a hill, making the busy road out front less noticeable, and it is surrounded on three sides by woods, we saw a mother deer and 2 fawns one morning. Great vacation spot!!"

You will enter through a side entry into an open eat-in kitchen that is sunny and bright. The dining table offers seating for 6.

Off the kitchen is a sun-porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sun. There's also a small porch that lets the breeze and the bird songs come through. Just off the porch around back, you will find the outdoor shower, a Cape Cod tradition. Great for rinsing off the sand and saltwater after a day well spent at the beach!

Beyond the kitchen is the living room with a queen sleep sofa, a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy board games or even a puzzle on the large coffee table. Lots of comfy seating for all to relax and gather together. The gas fireplace is perfect for a chilly night as the summer season winds down.

Attention to every detail has been considered. Equipped with everything including state of the art appliances, furnishings, and amenities. The first floor has an open layout with hardwood floors and cathedral ceiling with sky lights. The living room has a fireplace and 55 inch 4k smart tv with a separate sound bar and opens to an outside mahogany deck with a gas grill and new patio furniture. The kitchen is built for the gourmet with custom cabinets, 5 burner convection gas double oven, wine fridge, and bar seating for 4. Recessed lighting throughout.

The first floor bedroom (Bedroom #1) has a Queen bed, across the hallway from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a double sink, and a shower. Upstairs is another bedroom (Bedroom #2) with a Queen bed that connects with a full bathroom with double head shower and bath; there is also access to this bathroom from the hallway (Jack & Jill-style).

You will also find a loft with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and a PlayStation.

In total there are two 32" flat screen TVs (upstairs) and one 42" flat screen TV (in living room), all with HD cable.

- "Nice place." - "This house is exceptionally well equipped and just lovely for a couple or small family. Our granddaughter loved the "singing" lobster when she visited. Outdoor shower and backyard privacy was appreciated. Of note: the driveway to the house is off Samoset Road. That should be made clearer in the directions. It was the first time we have rented a Cape house where we had to make extra stops to pick up and leave keys. Nonetheless, we were greatly satisfied. The ease of being conveniently located on the Cape with grocery stores, pharmacy, etc., Chatham, Ptown, the rail trail, and fresh water and ocean beaches nearby were all bonuses. And, here's a tip: If future visitors are looking for a great breakfast spot, try Hangar 8 at the Chatham Airport. Not only is the food and service excellent, watching the small planes come and go was a treat for all and especially the kids who were part of our extended group that day. Thank you for you part in our fantastic vacation."

- "This property was fantastic. Very cute inside and plenty of room for us. The back deck is amazing - you are surrounded by trees and it's so quiet. We would go out late and relax and look at the stars or have a cup of coffee in the morning. Great way to start and end our days. Centrally located - we went to Long and Sheep Ponds to paddle board and both are really close to the house. Everywhere we went in Brewster, Harwich and Dennis was less than a 10 minute drive and the beautiful Beachcomber Beach was only 30 minutes away. The house was fully stocked - there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't supplied. Checkin was a breeze. I did find an empty box left by a prior renter under the bed and the bathroom floors could have been a little cleaner but all in all the house was clean and comfortable. The one recommendation we'd make is having a trash can in the master bath and a few hooks in the bathroom and bedroom to hang clothes on since there is no access to the closets. I would definitely rent this house again! Thank you Tajana and Sasha for a wonderful stay. "

- "My husband and I are expecting our second baby, so we decided to treat ourselves to a bit of an upscale family vacation here with our toddler (or as upscale as one can get with a toddler :)). This home was absolutely wonderful. It really was like a home away from home. From the cleanliness of the house, the impeccable yard and landscaping, and the small details like all the towels, napkins, etc wrapped in bows upon arrival (so lovely), to the coziest amenities-the upstairs loft complete with games and children’s books, the large television downstairs, fully stocked kitchen if you want to make a big meal, gas fire for quiet evenings on the deck, and ambient living room for lounging during our little one’s nap time. There was even a crib for our little which was so convenient. The mattresses were super comfy (I’m so picky now I’m pregnant again), and even the extras like the soapbox sea mineral soap, body wash etc. was heavenly. We also loved that the home has central air, and is located in a quiet neighborhood abutting conservation land, complete with a beautiful yard and ample hydrangeas. The perfect stay for couples or families alike. We hope to be back again for our next Cape Cod vacation! Oh and the centralized location was close to shopping, going to the beach, mini golf, dining, etc. "

Once Spring arrived, we searched for the perfect place to spend a week on Cape Cod and came across this home. It’s location was perfect for where our family stays all summer long in Eastham & Brewster. We had never used VRBO, but got encouragement from our family that they all had great experiences- so we booked it! 1. No smoking/vaping/or drug use (including marijuana); Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the house. There is a $500 fine assessed on top of additional cleaning fees for any evidence of smoking or drug use.
2. No parties/events: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful enjoyment. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
3. No pets on furniture: If you're bringing your furry friend along, kindly ensure they stay off the furniture to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort. Please pick up after your dog and your dog must be on leash or in voice control while on the property.
4. Respect quiet hours: Please be considerate of the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Avoid excessive noise or loud activities during this time. No fireworks allowed per state law.
5. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 adults. Please do not exceed this limit. Additional children are allowed but you must provide your own cribs/toddler beds.

The first floor consists of a living room with gas fireplace and television, kitchen and dining area, and full bathroom with tub/shower, as well as two bedrooms: one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed and television.

The second floor consists of a full bathroom with small standup shower and two bedrooms: one with two twin beds and one with a king bed, gas fireplace, and television.

In the basement, you'll find the game room, featuring ping pong, air hockey, and a basketball arcade game. Also downstairs is our library (a former wine cellar!) filled with games and books that we are happy to share. The washer and dryer are downstairs, as well.

The kitchen features granite countertops,
dishwasher, and a full fridge and freezer - plus everything you'd need to cook a meal at home. Included are microwave, Keurig, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, blender, Nutribullet, hand mixer, air fryer, and griddle, all available for use. Pantry is stocked with basic dry goods and spices for meal preparation; a selection of coffee and tea k-cups is also provided.

I love our Cape Cod Cottage (aka Whip O Will Woods), down the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the pitch pine woods of historic Harwich. After a busy day taking in all that Cape Cod has to offer, you can retreat to our pet-friendly sanctuary and sip a glass of your favorite beverage on the large screened porch and listen to the sounds of the whip-o-wills and the chickadees as the sun sets on another marvelous day.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
You will enter through a side entry into an open eat-in kitchen that is sunny and bright. The dining table offers seating for 6.

Off the kitchen is a sun-porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sun. There's also a small porch that lets the breeze and the bird songs come through. Just off the porch around back, you will find the outdoor shower, a Cape Cod tradition. Great for rinsing off the sand and saltwater after a day well spent at the beach!

Beyond the kitchen is the living room with a queen sleep sofa, a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy board games or even a puzzle on the large coffee table. Lots of comfy seating for all to relax and gather together. The gas fireplace is perfect for a chilly night as the summer season winds down.

Down the hallway are the 2 Bedrooms (both with newer beds), AC units, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Perfect for small families or two couples!

Cozy and quiet one bedroom house that is off the beaten path in Harwich. This recently renovated home offers comfort and relaxation inside and outside. It is 2 miles down the road from one of Harwich's most popular beaches, Bank St. Beach! This house is on a dirt road next to the bike path. The space
The home offers a window unit air conditioner capable of keeping the entire house cool during those hot summer nights. You will also find the bedroom comes equipped with a temperpedic mattress and a closet with plenty of shelving for your belongings. The full sized bathroom comes with a washer and dryer that you have access to. The kitchen comes with a coffee maker, full sized refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, small blender and toaster. In the backyard there is a rustic picnic table and you will have access to a grill and a fire pit should the mood strike to spend the night outdoors.

Guests have access to the entire home/property other than the second bedroom behind the barn door that is used for the owner's storage. For extra beach chairs please inquire with the owner. Up to 4 available.

Other things to note
I provide bedding and towels for guests. For parking you are allowed to park in the gravel driveway and the grass to the right of it. This house is located down a private dirt road with some pot holes. Drive slowly.

Whether you're looking to work out on the Peloton, play yard games in the backyard, relax in the sun-room with a book, or lounge in the living room and stream Netflix... we've got you covered. Pets are encouraged to enjoy the fenced backyard and borrow the dog toys and beds.

The space
Our house has an open floor plan with the large kitchen, dining room, sun room and living room all connected on the first floor. This was our full time home during the pandemic, so the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and a few extra gadgets (InstantPot, KitchenAid, etc). On the first floor you'll also find the workout room and a half bath.

On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms (queen, full, twin over full bunk) a full bath as well as the master suite (king), walk-in closet and attached full bath with jacuzzi tub and heated floors. There is queen air mattress and sheets in the walk-in closet and plenty of space for it in any bedroom or the basement.

The finished basement has a lounging area and TV, cozy twin bed tucked under the stairs, and a full bath.

There is also a 2 car garage, filled with yard games and beach supplies at your disposal.

Finally, there's a large, fully fenced backyard for you to enjoy. The yard features: a fire pit (wood provided), Weber grill, outdoor seating, kid toys, dog toys, and a garden with fresh veggies + flowers (in the summer + fall).
