It is fully furnished and comes with everything you need for day-to-day living and year-round entertainment. In addition to the 1st floor living room for lounging and TV watching, there is also a cozy 2nd floor entertainment room with another TV for the kids.

With central heating & brand new, high capacity mini-split systems on each floor for air conditioning, the home is quite comfortable year round. There are also several fans around the house if guests prefer that option, but often with the cooling breeze off the water, just opening the screened windows and doors is perfect!

The new backyard decks (one on the back of the house and the other by the seawall) offer exceptional sunset views and are ideal for outdoor living.

The large grassy backyard is shaded by two beautiful Silver Maple trees and provides a wonderful playground for cornhole, badminton, ladder ball, frisbee ring toss, lawn bowling, lawn pong, croquet, or just lounging in a hammock. This equipment, along with beach chairs, a new Weber BBQ and several adult bicycles (with helmets & locks), are all available for your use. Our guests are also welcome to use our sporting equipment (i.e tennis rackets & balls, volleyball, and basketball ) at the Bristol Town Beach & Sports Complex which is just steps away.

This is a 1 bedroom apartment, completely renovated keeping the historic features of the house with modern amenities. Decorated with an eclectic mix of antique furniture and light fixtures. The house is located on the parade route of the oldest 4th of July celebration in America, 2 blocks from the downtown area of Bristol and close to many other area attractions like Newport(30 mins south) and Providence(30 mins west) and Boston(60 mins. north). Our updated, historic multi-family is centrally located in downtown Bristol, Rhode Island. It is a side-by-side, 2 bed 1 bath townhouse that accommodates 4 people on two queen beds. A short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and the harbor and a short drive to nearby beaches and parks makes this the perfect summer getaway. We are steps away from the longest standing 4th of July Parade route. Come enjoy the Fall foliage once the summer heat has left. We are less than a mile from the Roger Williams University campus.

Our historic and charming, multi-family was built in the early 1800s and still has a historic feel to it with crooked doors and uneven floors, but that is what gives it charm. Within its historic bones, we have added modern amenities to make sure your stay feels comfortable, cozy, and up to today's standards.

This is a two-story townhome located in the heart of Bristol. The first floor of the home features a full dining room; a living room with a convertible couch and flatscreen tv with smart capabilities; a bathroom with standup shower including towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, iron, washer and dryer; a full kitchen including cookware, utensils, sink, stove/oven, toaster, full fridge, coffee maker, French press, and microwave. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with queen beds, A/C in windows (for summer), remote heating units (for winter), and nightstands. Due to the age of the house, closets were not a necessity in the old days, so our bedrooms include dressers and a large communal hanging closet at the top of the stairs. All amenities you could need for your stay are available for use.

The backyard is a communal space with the attached townhouse complete with separate BBQ, sitting area, and firepit. Access to the backyard is through a side door in the living area.

It is the third house down from the parade route for the 4th of July, where Bristol proudly celebrates and is famously known for. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is centrally located to all of Bristol's' downtown best attractions and just far enough away to enjoy peace at night on the water.
