Also your 6 Minutes away from the Highway. 27 minutes to Boston (during non traffic hours), 31 Minutes to Logan Airport (during non traffic hours).

Also 34 minutes from Gillette Stadium.

I live and work from home (in another unit) and I’m just a call/text away. I strive to provide you an exceptional stay and customer service.


The actually inside of the apartment is beautifully updated with new furniture and appliance. The apartment will feel like your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities (spices, condiments, pots/pans, plates/glassware, and etc.) I also provide complimentary coffee (Keurig), bottled water, juices, soda and welcome snacks/snack cabinet for your stay. The king bedroom and the living room have a TV (Xfinity Cable/smart apps). The unit has its own in-unit laundry machines for your convenience. The bath layout is very small due to the older layout of this home (so please put this into consideration when booking).

Currently the overall exterior is going through some major renovations/upgrades. Brand new stone patio out front but the hallways/stairs outside the apartment is not currently up to date and its not aesthetically pleasing (Its an older home that I bought and fixing up). The stairs, hallways, walls, and front door will be going through a rehab/upgrade within the next few months. So my apologizes for the appearance of the exterior during your stay.

Very generous , very clean and a fabulous host!" - "We arrived quite late after a day of travel, so thankfully checkin was super easy with a smart lock. Somehow my tailgate was left open all night the first night and nothing was taken from the car so I figured that said something pretty good about the area. Free private parking off street is very convenient. The outside of the house is not as beautiful as the inside but it’s no issue! There are two flights of stairs which are not terrible unless you have someone older or handicapped traveling with you. Inside is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need and more upon arrival. I have stayed at many different rentals and I was the MOST impressed with the amenities offered with this rental. We did not use the washer/dryer but it is very convenient if you have a longer stay. There were snacks and a pretty well stocked fridge. The beds are very comfortable. The host was easy to contact. The place was immaculate. My only “complaint” would be that the bathroom was kind of small, not ideal if you are a bigger person and it was hard to regulate the temperature in the shower. Other than that this stay was pretty much a 10/10. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

This is for a wonderful spare bedroom in a super cozy and spacious townhouse. The private room is available to sleep two with a queen size bed, 55 inches flat screen TV, small dresser, and a private clean bathroom. The whole house is central air and very comfortable. The space
Welcome to our quiet & furnished lower level which includes a family room with tv (Netflix only), a full bath (not shared), a gym (weights, boxing bag, a thread mill and skipping ropes), and a 1 bedroom with 2 beds (1 queen size and 1 full size). There’s also a queen size air bed that can go in the room or family room (extra sheets and pillows provided).

Washer and dryer use is ONLY upon request and for a small fee, for stays longer than 5 days!

No access to kitchen. Mini fridge and microwave in room plus dedicated workspace provided in the room.

There’s free parking for one car inside and also free parking on the street.

House rules:
Please put away all your trash before leaving, try not to wear shoes Inside the house, especially on the rug or drag your boxes on the floor, it will cause scratches. All used towels should be put on the floor. No partying, smoking or loud noise. Quiet hours are from 11PM. And please turn off lights when not in use. Washer and dryer use is ONLY upon request and for a small fee, for stays longer than 5 days! Lastly, please sanitize work out equipment after use.

My place is quiet and spacious. Other than the bedroom, It also includes 232.27 square feet joining private space with a desk and work out equipment. It had a back deck and outdoor fire place.

THIS LOCATION IS DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH ( we are across from the John Carver Hotel, right in town on the town brook) The house is the Historic Harlow Bishop House built in 1766.

PRICING IS FOR 1 BEDROOM ONLY AND 2 GUESTS. You will be the only guests on property and you can add additional bedrooms/guests for a fee. The standard pricing is for 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dinning room and space outside. I ask that you keep to the space rented to avoid additional cleaning fees and loss of security deposit.

Hot tub is operating year round.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
