Cozy 3 bedroom rental unit on the third floor of a multi unit house (you would have to walk up two flights of stairs). The neighborhood is urban/very diverse.

Westgate mall is 6 minutes away (Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks/Dunkin', IHOP, Buffalo Wild wing, Texas Road House, Five Guys, and more)

Also your 6 Minutes away from the Highway. 27 minutes to Boston (during non traffic hours), 31 Minutes to Logan Airport (during non traffic hours).

Also 34 minutes from Gillette Stadium.

The actually inside of the apartment is beautifully updated with new furniture and appliance. The apartment will feel like your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities (spices, condiments, pots/pans, plates/glassware, and etc.) I also provide complimentary coffee (Keurig), bottled water, juices, soda and welcome snacks/snack cabinet for your stay. The king bedroom and the living room have a TV (Xfinity Cable/smart apps). The unit has its own in-unit laundry machines for your convenience. The bath layout is very small due to the older layout of this home (so please put this into consideration when booking).

Currently the overall exterior is going through some major renovations/upgrades. Brand new stone patio out front but the hallways/stairs outside the apartment is not currently up to date and its not aesthetically pleasing (Its an older home that I bought and fixing up). The stairs, hallways, walls, and front door will be going through a rehab/upgrade within the next few months. So my apologizes for the appearance of the exterior during your stay.

- "Perfect" - "Lisa made sure the apartment had everything we needed plus more! Very generous , very clean and a fabulous host!" - "We arrived quite late after a day of travel, so thankfully checkin was super easy with a smart lock. Somehow my tailgate was left open all night the first night and nothing was taken from the car so I figured that said something pretty good about the area. Free private parking off street is very convenient. The outside of the house is not as beautiful as the inside but it’s no issue! There are two flights of stairs which are not terrible unless you have someone older or handicapped traveling with you. Inside is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need and more upon arrival. I have stayed at many different rentals and I was the MOST impressed with the amenities offered with this rental. We did not use the washer/dryer but it is very convenient if you have a longer stay. There were snacks and a pretty well stocked fridge. The beds are very comfortable. The host was easy to contact. The place was immaculate. My only “complaint” would be that the bathroom was kind of small, not ideal if you are a bigger person and it was hard to regulate the temperature in the shower. Other than that this stay was pretty much a 10/10. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

Located on a Main st, 2nd Floor apartment, in a 2 family home. walk or drive to all near by stores. Avon line, located in the quieter side of the city. Out skirts of Boston 30 minutes away on a good day. Drive into Boston or take a trip to Cape cod.
