- "My friend and I were able to check in early (thank you Hitesh) and were pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door and saw the lovely unit (note: first there is a climb up a steep staircase, which isn’t mentioned in the details). Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels. The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt safe walking around. The Framingham train station is less than a mile away and a nice walk through the business district. Hitesh was very communicative and responsive. One note: the ad says “Start your mornings right with our selection of teas and coffee” and “Coffee, sugar and an array of delicious teas are also provided.” Unfortunately, only after we made a trip to Trader Joes’s did we discover that there was no coffee, coffee filters or tea. We made another trip and left coffee and filters for the next guests. All in all, a pleasant stay."

The house (really a duplex but the other side was not occupied until its owners stopped by as we were checking out) was incredibly spacious, much bigger than we thought from the listing. We had room to spread out, sleep, eat, work, visit with one another, everything we look for in a family gathering. spot The neighborhood includes some apartments nearby, but we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, and it was very quiet. There isn't any street parking but if you park on the street for awhile (others were doing this) it doesn't seem to be a high priority to enforce. Great for the marathon, which passes through Framingham about a 10 minute walk from the house. The MBTA train line is about a 15 minute walk, maybe a mile away. Downtown Boston is a half hour's drive away at full speed, sometimes longer when there's traffic but only about 20 miles. We didn't need much support because the place was modern and in great shape, but the host responded immediately to the few questions we did ask, and was nice to extend the checkout time when one of our party needed to finish a work call the last day. I highly recommend this place."

- "Location was good. Close to T and easy to get to Boston. Stairs are steep in typical New England style. Shower door would not stay in place, so had to hold it with towel. The big issue was it had mice! The host gave us traps, but it was hard to enjoy with them scurrying around" - "Communication with owner was poor. The house is sited on a pretty "Designated Scenic Road". 3 minutes walking to Framingham State University, convenience stores(e.g. Stop & Shop, CVS..), and main street. 7 minutes drive to Framingham downtown, Shopper World, Natick mall, Cushing Memorial Park, and Framingham commuter rail station.

If you will have a car, you can park in the big driveway right next to the house’s gate.

Your master bedroom is on 2nd floor with bathroom right next to it.

You can use shared kitchen if you need to cook or prepare your meals and use big patio at the backyard to enjoy drinks or meals. Kitchen and patio is subject to availability so pls request in advance.

This 2nd floor suite situates across the Framingham Center Green, walking distance to Framingham State University and shopping mall, easy access to route 9 and mass pike. Guest accessThis is a total private suite that is only accessible by our guests via the back path/back yard area. The suite is at the back of the main house. There is no access to other area of the house and is totally separated.

- Check in after 4:00, check out before 11:00 am.

- You will receive a text before 4pm of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in.

- Mid-stay Cleaning service for $80 upon request.

-Key must be returned to its original place upon checking out. Missing key or fail to return it will cost you $50.

- Please note that there's no kitchen access but a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a mini-fridge are provided inside the guest suite.

- Plenty of parking on private lot.

- Please explicitly indicate total number of guests on reservation.
