- "Location was good. Close to T and easy to get to Boston. Stairs are steep in typical New England style. Shower door would not stay in place, so had to hold it with towel. The apartment is conveniently located to Babson College and Wellesley College, both within 10 miles. Framingham State University , the Framingham Metro West Hospital, companies like TJX,Mediteck, Math works are just a few minutes away . Natick Mall and many other shops are just down the street. We're also close to the Mass Pike exit making trips to Boston or Worcester easier.

The 200sq ft. apartment has a locked door separating it from the main house for added privacy as well as a private bathroom. It consists of three rooms, bathroom, bedroom and a breakfast room.

The bathroom has a shower as well as a washer and dryer.

The bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet, bureau, TV, alarm clock and night stands on both sides of the bed.

This a quaint apartment . Not your typical hotel room. In a country setting but 5-10 minutes from great shopping, restaurants, parks, colleges and major highways. Boston is 22.5 miles away. Fenway Park is 20 miles. Worcester is 17 miles.
Private location overlooking conservation land. Walk to great hiking and biking trails but car needed for other activities. Full kitchen, laundry room and living room in addition to 2 br and bath.
It has the comfort of a home away from home. Please NO PETS.

This is a first floor apartment. There are 2 bedrooms. One is large with a king bed and the other is cozy with a double extra-long platform bed with luxury mattress which is 34 inches high. Both have closets. There is a living room with gas fireplace and a sleeper couch. There is also an airbed. We state 4 people but can accommodate 6. There will be a small added fee for more than 4 people. Outside the main room is a large patio overlooking acres of conservation land. You will have access to a grill for the private yard during the summer season

You have access to a large private space secured from the remainder of the house with its own entrances. The door opens by combination and there is an additional lock for security. There is plenty of parking off street in the driveway.

Other things to note
This is a very peaceful, private neighborhood. Please note that check out time is 10 am. We have strong coverage with high speed wifi. There is a dedicated desk for working on your computer. The tvs are on firestick with Fubo. Smoking is not allowed inside but okay on the large private patio. Pets are Not Allowed.
