This amazing private bedroom is located in Marlboro, just minutes away from 495 Route. Only 15 minutes away the Natick Mall and Solomon Pond Mall, conveniently located close to supermarkets, restaurants, schools and colleges. This place is created to bring balance, commodity and the essentials to offer a feeling of comfort.

The guest bedroom doesn’t have a separate entrance, you’ll have access to your bedroom through the main entrance of the apartment. The bedroom has a mini fridge and coffee maker. We don't have kids and pets, it's a very peaceful place to stay. Our apartment is in a beautiful condo, in a quiet and cozy city. The bathroom is shared with us. If you want to use the microwave in the kitchen, feel free. We have a gym in the condo, which you can also access. There is a security camera facing the front door.

House on Church Street is a newly renovated apartment in a two family home which sits on a large corner lot. This second floor unit is addictively cheerful and bright, featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one tub, one standing shower).

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas range and microwave. It features quartz countertops and both a Keurig pod and regular drip coffee maker. If you like to cook, you will find it fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you will need. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Two bedrooms feature king beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and down comforters. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet while the other two bedrooms have large closets with drawers and hanging space. All rooms have blackout curtains.

Each bedroom has mini-split A/C and heat for individual temperature control. The common areas are all controlled by the thermostat near the main entrance door.

The unit has a gigabit fiber internet connection with two Wifi 6 access points. All bedrooms & the living room have Google smart TV's.

A lovely yard and garden is available to relax in and a gas grill is available.

Two entrances to the two family home are shared between the two units. (front and back doors) A stairway leads up to this second floor unit. Most doors have smart locks which can be unlocked by code or iOS devices.

3 off street parking spaces are available for occupants of the unit, one in the garage and two in the driveway. Additional guests/vehicles can park on street - weather permitting.

This home was recently completed construction- while the interior is fully finished there is still work being done on the landscaping (new grass) as well as the garden and pathways.

Rustic 1800s home with the entire lower level available for use. Includes kitchen, 1 full bath, and living space. A great place to relax with a small traveling family as well as being centrally located in MA. Just a 40min commute to Boston.

It is a very comfortable and quiet stay, set on a 2.3 acre private lot surrounded by oak, maple, & pine trees. The living room leads to a dining area, kitchen, and bathroom with large standing shower. Two bedrooms are nestled into their own enclave separate from the living space. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, hardwood floor, closets, dedicated heating/AC units to set the preferred temperature for the room, and blackout shades.

The private 2-bed unit is attached to a home. Walk up the FRONT steps to the front porch. The entrance to the Airbnb is the door to the left. The host lives with her husband, Al, in the attached home. Their home has a separate entrance.

Other things to note
Guest washer and dryer are available upon 24 hour request. Both are in the basement of the house, which you can access through the garage. A laundromat is also conveniently 3 minutes away from this property.
