Welcome to our quiet private guest apartment! Our property, is surrounded by fields, woods, gardens, and a pond. You will enter through a shared entrance & stairway in our home, but have an entire 725 sq. ft. guest apartment all to yourself that includes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with a desk. It has ample light with views of fields, stone walls, Christmas trees and our barn. Out back we have a pool, BBQ, table & chairs you may use.

The space
The large bedroom has a queen bed, desk, dresser, & closet. The living room has a table & chairs for eating and/or work space, sofa recliner, and 54" TV above cupboard/shelves with books, games, & puzzles. Living room is open to the kitchen - complete with full size refrigerator, range, & dishwasher.

Guest access
Guest apartment is on the north end of the 2nd floor, accessed through the main house entry door and up the stairs to the right. Guests also have access to the pool and outdoors.

If you would like to place an Instacart order I'm happy to put your groceries away for you. Please let me know 48 hours prior to your arrival that you plan to place an order so that we can arrange a delivery window that works with my schedule.
