Absolutely no noise is allowed outside after 9:00 p.m. This is a family oriented neighborhood. We do not allow any disruption of our neighbors peace and quiet. We want to make sure you know that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbing the neighbors, or exceeding the maximum number of guests. Rental agreements will immediately be terminated and guests will be made to leave if there are any violations of these terms.

- Must be 25 years old to book. If this is a problem message the host.
- No parties of any kind.
- Do not use the fireplace.
- No smoking anywhere on the property. If you smoke on the property, you will be charged a $2,500 fee. This includes vaping.

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas range and microwave. It features quartz countertops and both a Keurig pod and regular drip coffee maker. If you like to cook, you will find it fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you will need. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Two bedrooms feature king beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and down comforters. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet while the other two bedrooms have large closets with drawers and hanging space. All rooms have blackout curtains.

Each bedroom has mini-split A/C and heat for individual temperature control. The common areas are all controlled by the thermostat near the main entrance door.

The unit has a gigabit fiber internet connection with two Wifi 6 access points. All bedrooms & the living room have Google smart TV's.

A lovely yard and garden is available to relax in and a gas grill is available.

Two entrances to the two family home are shared between the two units. (front and back doors) A stairway leads up to this second floor unit. Most doors have smart locks which can be unlocked by code or iOS devices.

3 off street parking spaces are available for occupants of the unit, one in the garage and two in the driveway. Additional guests/vehicles can park on street - weather permitting.

This home was recently completed construction- while the interior is fully finished there is still work being done on the landscaping (new grass) as well as the garden and pathways.

This charming home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first floor offers an inviting open floor plan with a newly renovated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, a spacious farmhouse sink, and a stunning quartz peninsula with bar stools—perfect for cooking and entertaining.

The living room is designed for relaxation, complete with a reclining sofa for cozy TV nights. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a bright sunroom dedicated as an office space, ideal for those working from home. The dining room is conveniently located next to the living area, creating a seamless flow for meals and gatherings. The first floor also includes a full bath with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs, you'll discover 3 equal-sized bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The second full bath, located on this floor, includes a stand-up shower. This is the only room in the house with electric heating, while the rest of the home is comfortably heated by radiators.

We would like to note that our carpet show signs of "wear and tear" but we assure you that it's always professionally cleaned after every guest.

Our glass sliding door to the deck is currently not accessible and will remain locked during your stay due to a damaged lock caused by a previous guest. We are in the process of replacing it. Rest assured, our property remains safe and secure for your visit.

This home is in the heart of it all! You'll find restaurants, specialty shops, a butcher, barber shops, optical services, and even dental and insurance offices just steps away. Major conveniences like Starbucks, Walmart, and popular banks are also nearby. For added peace of mind, the police and fire stations are just a few blocks away. While being on the main street means a bit of noise, the unbeatable convenience more than makes up for it—you'll love living here!

- "The home was centrally located for local eats and sights, and easy to access the highway to get to Boston, Salem, etc. The property is older, but is typical for the area. The upstairs toilet flushes poorly, and the shower is sloooooow to drain - so we all ended up sharing the single downstairs bathroom. Overall though, the space was roomy and comfortable, and we were grateful to find somewhere that could accommodate five adults comfortably. I also did not receive any check in or check out instructions for our stay, so I was a bit nervous for that process…"

All bathrooms are full with both showers and toilets plus Washer and Dryer.

We are in walking distance to main street and downtown and also just minutes for the main highways to take you anywhere you need to go.

Grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars etc are all very close and also are all able to delivery to this address in case you don't feel like going out.

The INTERNET:

We offer the fastest fios wifi possible. With wifi 6 throughout the house and booster systems also installed throughout the house.

If you need to WORK FROM HOME or simply just browse the internet or stream a movie, or all the above, you will be able to do successfully do it from here.
