Langworthy Cottage is a quaint, quiet, modern, open concept one bedroom home. Cottage featuring one bedroom with king size bed. Prime location! Two bedroom, 1 bath cottage situated in quiet Weekapaug Rhode Island with fabulous large screened porch. Five minute walk to The Innlet for morning coffee and newspaper and delicious sandwiches for lunch on Fenway Beach, a great beach for young children because of it’s gentle descent to the water. Great waves for bodysurfing and boogie boarding. Beach buttons and car pass provided. There is a beach box containing chairs and umbrella for family use at Fenway Beach. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. A second private beach, the Inn Beach, a short drive (or 10’walk) from the cottage, is perfect for a beautiful 2 mile walk. Both beaches have lifeguards during the season (July and August).

Our cottage is located close to the Westerly airport and train stations, Providence airport (TF Green), and I-95 is easily accessible. Flights to Block Island are available at the Westerly airport. Ferry service to Block Island is available at Point Judith. Mystic Seaport and Aquarium and Foxwoods casino, with its American Indian Museum, are a 20’ drive and Newport and its beautiful mansions and Cliff Walk is 40’.

Available for the month long renters is membership to the Weekapaug Yacht Club. Your children can learn to sail beginning with Beetle Cat boats and advancing to Optimist sailing dinghies. The WYC is the social center for the community with weekly activities such as Monday night Bingo for the kids, movie nights, teen softball etc. On Friday mornings walk to the local Weekapaug Farmers’ Market at the Weekapaug Fire District Office, to purchase vegetables and fruit, honey and cheese products- all locally grown and produced. The house is still exactly as portrayed in the photos and description. We found the property to be very clean with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. There is a large screen, smart TV in the larger bedroom on a rolling stand which can be easily moved into the living room. The TV is equipped with Roku. Internet speed is good. The showers had a nice strong stream and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen had modern appliances and was exceptionally well equipped. As an added bonus, there is tasteful art displayed throughout the house. We used the house as a base for travelling to wildlife refuges. There are three refuges within 15 minutes of the house and one that is about 25 minutes. The beaches are 5 minutes away as is the Watch Hill Historic District. The house is in a residential neighborhood which was very quiet except for some traffic sounds from Winnapaug Rd and the occasional private airplanes from the nearby airport, neither of which bothered us. Best to use the driveway on the Knollwood Drive side of the house as the driveway from Winnapaug is REALLY steep. Andrea and Tom were very gracious hosts and responsive to our texts. Andrea was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for us. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to our friends."

Adorable 2 bedroom cottage. Although small in size, it is bright and airy with all the necessary comforts, including central air, ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms, wood floors, dining table, gas stove and a sleep sofa that can sleep a couple of extra guests. Outside there is a patio with table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill in quiet wooded area just off route 1. Outdoor shower available April to October.
The cottage is less than 2 miles to Misquamicut and Westerly beaches as well as downtown Westerly. Watch Hill and Charlestown and numerous restaurants are minutes away. Connecticut casinos are less than half an hour away as is Narraganset and the Block Island Ferry.

The home and neighborhood are cute and quiet and also conveniently close to the beach and downtown Westerly. There are grocery stores and restaurants just a couple minute drive away. - "We needed to book a beach getaway with one weeks notice....we got very lucky finding this perfect 2 BR apt 100 yards from the Beach on VRBO. Our host Tom was outstanding! He fixed up this little apt complex 1/2 block from the beach, but it also has a very cute backyard with family games, a firepit for the evening, on a pond with free use of kayaks, paddleboards, beach gear. He even provided a very nice folding cot as needed for one of my sons just for better sleeping space. When you just want to be able to park your car, and be able to walk everywhere from there on to hit the beach, restaurants, shops, etc this place was terrific. My two sons 20 & 14 had a blast using the paddleboards and hitting the beach. Tom the host owns a business next door and lives across the street so he is pretty much always available to help with any problem or inform you about the area attractions. The apt is an older complex but the place was very clean and had all the needed necessities. The view from the large deck overlooking the pond was gorgeous and a great place to eat breakfast and have your coffee. It is an older beach apt without a/c but we did not need it as we had cool seabreezes. There is some street noise but to be expected due to the great location, it did not bother us at all. We had more fun at this place then hotels costing 3 times as much. If not for the excellent host, I was almost hesitant to write this review for fear of more people discovering this place."

A spacious beach house (with dock), that sleeps eight and is set on the breach-way, which enters the ocean and/ or salt pond. Bring paddle boards, floats or even a boat or jet ski to enjoy this spectacular get away. We have two kayaks. You will have passes to the Misquamicut beach, which is a five minute walk (remembers to bring your own beach chairs). We can actually sleep 8/9 people if you bring a air mattress. - "This an excellent choice, a great value for the cost and an ideal place to be with family and friends. Please do take good care of it! The location of this property is just ideal. That was the very first characteristic we looked for and it was even better than we expected. It’s so simple to walk to a beach (passes provided at property). It saves you from the need to drive and park! Nearby there are countless things to walk to, Salty’s, Dell’s Lemonade, Weekapaug overlook, Weekapaug Inn, the beaches. Up the main beach drive is a drive inn movie theater! The property itself is just ideal for groups of varied ages and interests. Some can sit on the dock and enjoy the view of the breach water constantly changing directions during the day of tides. Some can play PacMan on the upstairs arcade! Some can cook on the Viking range. Some can watch a movie in the AC. It’s just so large and open and with differentiating environments it’s perfect. The WiFi works well! The upstairs balcony has a great view of the salt ponds. The property was clean, and the owner and family are not only accessible, they go above and beyond to quickly respond to all questions and needs. You can have your privacy but if you have any need at all they are very near by to help. I’ve traveled much of the world and this is one of the top properties I’ve experienced in cleanliness, accessibility, owner care, location and flexibility."

- "It was a great location with private beach. The hostess was wonderful, very helpful and made us feel right at home. Was available and great personality." - "We loved being right on the beach. House is spacious, we had plenty of room with multiple adults and a 2.5-year-old running around, toys, etc. The only downfall was while sitting on the deck the top railing blocks the view of the ocean's horizon. Also, the deck off the master bedroom had seagull poop all over it, so we didn't take advantage of that area. I understand on the beach that would be hard to maintain. Definitely will go back! Joe was very easy to work with and very responsive."

Block Island can be accessed by plane from close by Westerly Airport or by ferry from Galilee via Rt 1.

This is beach front with unobstructed views of State Beach, Watch Hill Lighthouse and Taylor Swift's home! Must like to hear the ocean. Perfect for families with children. Next door to the small Atlantic Bay amusement park with arcade, Windjammer restaurant, and Dusty's Ice Cream Bar. Across.from the weekly movie drive in. Many other restaurants, shops and water rentals close by. Watch Hill is only 10 minutes away, and Foxwoods Casino 30 minutes away. Can't beat this location for fun, sun, views and the beach. Park your car and you won't have to leave for the entire week if you don't want to. Arrival time is 3pm on Saturday and departure time is Saturday at 10:00am. Our house is a comfortable, welcoming home 1/2 mile from ocean beach; 1/4 mile from saltwater pond. Front porch, back deck with outdoor shower. Gas grill. Large back yard.
On the first floor, there is an open living-kitchen space with a breakfast bar dividing the space. A sliding door leads from the kitchen to the back deck and backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, and microwave.
Also on the first floor is a den with large smart TV, sofa bed, and full bathroom. A sliding door leads out to a huge screened-in porch furnished with a large table and chairs.
On the second floor there are wo bedrooms: master BR with Queen-sized bed and a lovely outdoor porch that makes you feel like you are in a tree house; the second BR has a Queen bed + 2-bed high rise. In addition, there is a full bathroom with tub, shower, sink and toilet.
The finished basement has 2 sleeping areas each with queen size bed plus a high-rise day bed and half-bath with toilet and sink.
There is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.
Tennis courts are a 5-minute walk away.

The space
A meandering boardwalk guides you through the yard to the private entrance of this unit. Before entering, you will see a ground level outdoor sitting area, as well as an outdoor shower that provides hot and cold water. The entrance leads into the living room, which has a small kitchenette containing a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, TV and a small desk area. An antique shelving unit and full sized closet provides plenty of storage space for clothing and personal items. A private bathroom provides ample countertop space as well as a fully tiled bathtub and shower combo. The unit comfortably accommodates two guests.

Guest access
The unit is located in my house, but is entirely private with a separate keyed entrance, living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, outdoor shower and outdoor sitting area. My living space and the Airbnb are separated by a locked door as well as two shared walls.

Other things to note
Plenty of safe off street parking is available and I would suggest parking directly in front of the boardwalk for easy access to the unit.

I live in the house with my two small and quiet dogs, Betty and Quinn. Although the unit is completely private, I will be on the property. Betty and Quinn are not allowed in the indoor/outdoor guest spaces and are separated by an Invisible Fence.

The Ruedemann Suite is a comfy in-law suite located off of the main house - it has a private entrance and off-street parking. The unit is bright and airy featuring a queen-sized bed, a sitting area, and a dining table that can double as a workspace - with advance notice we will provide a desk chair! There is a Fire TV that features local cable channels with the ability for you to use your own streaming services. The kitchenette area is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, microwave, refrigerator, and paper goods to use while you visit. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, amenities, and towels. Heat is provided from the main house as well as a separate heating unit that you have control of to make it as warm as you like! During the warmer months, there is a ceiling fan and wall unit AC to cool you down. Off the entrance is a small deck with a table for two to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the birds. A larger shared patio is complete with a dining table and Weber gas grill. For your beach-going adventures, we provide beach chairs and towels!

This year-round getaway is great for a family vacation, girls or couples trip . This impeccable home sleeps 6 and is in an ideal location. A short 10 minute drive to beaches, 2 min walk to BarreCoast, High Tide Juice Bar, Pizza, Junk Java Coffee Shop, 5 min drive to downtown restaurants, nightlife and Wilcox Park. 20 minutes from casinos.

The space
The interior has been freshly painted in costal hues of blue and grey with newly refinished dark wood stained floors throughout the home. All bedrooms have new bedding, bamboo sheets, towels and hyper allergenic pillows. The main floor has recently been furnished with brand new living room and dining room furniture. Relax and watch TV on a 49 inch flat screen smart TV or surf the web with Fios high speed WiFI. There is also plenty of onsite parking, an outdoor shower and fire pit. The home has three beautiful bedrooms with a sleeping loft upstairs from the third bedroom making for a fourth sleeping area.. Perfect for kids or additional adult sleeping quarters. The space
Our cozy home is under 800 square feet and has all of the essentials for a great Rhode Island coastal escape.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms feature queen beds with memory foam mattresses.

KITCHEN: There is a full kitchen including gas stove and dishwasher, along with a Weber gas grill on the back porch. The kitchen is outfitted for people who like to cook and comes complete with a Le Creuset lobster pot.

WASHER / DRYER: The bungalow also has a washer and dryer available for your use, and a desk to work at.

LIVING AREA: Our home has a large sectional couch and a Roku-enabled TV.

DINING AREA: We have a dining table that can accommodate 6.

PARKING: The driveway can fit two cars

BACKYARD: The yard features a porch, hammock (during the warmer months), and solo stove fire pit.

Welcome to Good Vibrations! It is located 3 miles from the beach as well as 3 miles from downtown Westerly. The house is in the middle of everything you could need to make your stay more enjoyable; it's within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and ice cream. Mystic village/aquarium, casinos, and museums are all within 25 minutes. We are on a nice half acre yard perfect for some running around and yard games.

Guest have the entire property to themselves during their stay. There is a large backyard, outdoor shower, central air conditioning, and off-street parking.

We are conveniently located in Westerly RI on Misquamicut Beach! Located close to many local attractions, restaurants, shops and more! Our one bedroom apartment includes one bedroom with 2 double beds, one bedroom with a king bed, a full kitchen, dining area, living room area with a sleeper sofa and a bathroom. This apartment is located within the motel.

The space
Sandy Shore Motel is located right along Misquamicut Beach! On property we have the Misquamicut Ocean Beach located right on the beach and conveniently located the street we have our restaurant Gino's By the Beach.
