The Property Managers provided a bunch of extras such as K cups, waffles, a few beers and vodka coolers, a bottle of prosecco and a large container of orange juice as well as ingredients for s'mores! Also, prior to our visit we recieved a list of places to shop as well as their favorite restaurants and things to do in the area. The pool and beach were great and our 3 grandchildren came one afternoon for the pool, beach and BBQ lunch and had a great time. We attended a multi day wedding event some 20 miles away from the apartment but this proved the perfect place to relax from the festivities in between. Very nice master bedroom, great bed, very nice kitchen with all the amenities, great view on the coast plus road from the living room. It was also nice to have two separate beds in the second bedroom although these beds were probably better suited for kids/teenagers not so much for adults. Shower needs some adjusting before you get to the right temperature. It is located right next to a train so expect an occasional one passing by which is sometimes a bit longer than you want it to be. Frequency is low though so no reason to complain. All in all we were very pleased with our 4 day stay and would certainly recommend it."

The kitchen has plenty of space to stay in and cook but it's also 2 miles away from town center with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Each Bedroom has one bed in it. 4 rooms have Queen Beds, and 2 rooms have Double Beds, and a crib setup is available if needed. Three of the Bedrooms overlook the Ocean.

We recently added a new private staircase that takes you directly to our private beach!

10 Minutes to New Haven and only 5 minutes to Stony creek where you can cruise the Thimble Islands and have Breakfast or Lunch. Within 40 minutes of travel time, you can visit the Mohegan Sun Casino, and shorter travel time to the Clinton Premium Outlets which include Ralph Lauren, Coach, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many more! 10 minutes to Yale university which is often rented for most functions at the university by parents and alumni.

The building (originally a pub for local quarry workers) was built in the late 1800s, with the upper residence added in the 1930s. We've renovated the suite (2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths) with modern comforts while retaining much of the original charm. So many surprising details and ameniites. I normally stay in hotels so was thrilled to find robes and slippers! Great furnishings and decor in every room. I slept so well. More space than we needed for just the 2 of us but lovely for having another couple over for a bit after dinner. We didn't cook but the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. Great location- a quick walk down to the Stony Creek Market which has the friendliest people and great breakfast and luck. (We were lucky enough that Stony Creek Market also had pizza night during our visit.) We hope to visit again for a longer stay. Thank you!"

We are located half way between New York and Boston. Either using I-95 or the Shoreline train which is only 2 miles away with free parking. The outlet malls are only a 20 minute drive (Clinton & Westbrook) Take a 45 min ride to Mohegan Sun and Foxwood Casino, and for the kids enjoyment Mystic Seaport and Aquarium is only about 45 min. away

This comfy, family-friendly 4 bedroom house is year-round and 130 paces to the water - who can ask for more? Don't let the lack of curb appeal on the exterior scare you (we have big plans for it), but the interior of this original antique cottage was fully renovated in 2017 and ready for R&R with a spacious open floor plan and plenty of beds. Enjoy the great beach with enclosed swimming area, raft and diving board. First floor bedroom has a twin bed and faces the backyard and has easy access to the half bath. This charming early 1900’s carriage house is 250 yards from the beach, marinas, dock & a park! It has hardwood floors throughout and is about 1200 sq ft. It also has it's own backyard. The center of town which has lots of shops & restaurants is just a few minutes away... you could even walk it! The train station is 1 mile away & a Brewery is around the corner! New haven is only 10 minutes! You can't beat the location... or the house! We have a single kayak and a double kayak available for free!

You might want to consider having a professional exterminator treat the property. The air conditioner does a great job of cooling the down stairs. We recommend cleaning it though. There is a lot of visible dirt and may be contaminating the air. I recommend placing a full length mirror on the back of a door so your clients are able to see how they look. Although the property is not an historic home and was built in 2012, the 9 ft. ceiling height adds to the spaciousness and flow. Guests will have use of the entire home downstairs which includes the living and dining room, full kitchen, office, two bedrooms, one private bathroom and one shared if needed. Property has also been beautifully landscaped which is always a work in progress and has seating outside for lounging and a casual meal.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cathedral ceilings help you keep an open mind in this 1 bedroom little house with an additional loft. Right downtown Branford, about a 3 min walk to the fun town green, and dozens of restaurants, and only 1.5 miles to the beach. There is the old town cemetery directly behind the house, but it's very tranquil and quiet, as most of the stones have been there for 100 years. There's also a small private yard which is still a bit rough.

This gem looks small from the outside when walking down the driveway, but is big and open inside. The living room is big with cathedral ceilings, nice little kitchen that was just renovated. And a little bedroom, bathroom and loft area for extra sleeping.

This is a 800 sq foot bungalow, suitable to solo/couple travelers with 0-2 children. The main level has the living room with eating table, bedroom, separate dressing area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and adorable reading nook. The lower level has access to the back yard, office with enough room for a home workout, laundry and another bathroom with tub. The lower level has a pull out couch with linens, suitable for a child or teen. There is a portable crib with linen in the dressing area attached to the bedroom.

Accessability: there are two steps to enter the home. To utilize the lower level and backyard you must be able to climb one flight of stairs.

Please note: there is one parking spot. If you have a vehicle larger than a standard SUV (like a Suburban or pick up truck, you may have trouble fitting and need to use street parking on a side street). This home is located close to the street and while it doesn't get noisy traffic you may hear passing cars.

Stony Creek Depot is a great location: walk to the public beach, marina, playground and nature trail. The 1,000 sf Tree Fort Suite is a fun vacation retreat for a couple (with 1 or 2 kids), business travelers, academics. Only a 2-night minimum and dogs are welcome - which works out well with the large deck and access to the upper part of the yard.

The building (originally a pub for local quarry workers) was built in the late 1800s, with the upper residence added in the 1930s. We've renovated the space with modern comforts while retaining much of the original charm. The interior design aesthetic is a blend of new and funky vintage finds, carefully chosen to be age and gender neutral. With an open floor plan, this suite offers many more amenities than a comparably priced B&B or hotel room in Branford.

Shared driveway (first-come, first-served) leads to private, separate entry up one flight of exterior steps onto enormous deck, Tree Fort Suite gives guests exclusive use of the entire 1,000 square-foot living space. Step into the entry hall which leads to a high-ceiling main room with open to the kitchen. Six skylights bring the daylight in, but it's still cozy.

Other things to note
The corner property is adjacent to railroad tracks (200' from the house), so you may sense the periodic passage of Amtrak and commuter trains.

No telephone landline service. Cell signals can drop in "the Creek" - so we've installed a signal booster, which works well for phones using the 4G network since it uses our guest WiFi network to supplement the signal strength.

Thimble Islands Road is busy in the summer, as it is the main artery through the village: there are lots of sidewalk strollers and dog walkers headed to enjoy the neighborhood's nature trail and Sound views.

There is a skylight over the bed in the master bedroom - which is so wonderful to stargaze, but if you want to sleep in, then you might want to use one of our complimentary sleep masks in the bedside drawer.

SECURITY: To promote safe conditions and support our property ownership rights and responsibilities, exterior entryway areas of the property are monitored by motion-activated lighting and cameras. Rest assured, we respect guest privacy during any stay on premises and will readily share information about the camera capabilities with booked guests.

We have installed a noise monitor in the unit (as recommended by Airbnb). It does not record audio, but does monitor ambient decibel level and the number of Bluetooth devices in order to detect crowd level. We receive an alert via text if activity exceeds normal levels.

Comfy, family-friendly, and pet-free 4 BR house and only 130 paces to the water. Dine in with a fully equipped kitchen or have dinner by the shore or at one of the nearby restaurants - great food & live music within 2 miles. The interior of this original antique cottage was fully renovated in 2017 and ready for R&R with a spacious open floor plan and plenty of beds. The exterior had a facelift in 2023 with all new windows, doors, and siding! You'll love it!

The Bungalow on the Branford town green. You will have this two story Bungalow all to your self in the center of town on the green. You can walk to many great restaurants, bakery, coffee shops, shopping, a grocery store and Connecticut's best ice cream shop. Part of the Main Street apartments group.

This is a beach cottage . It is sweet, and rustic; but does not have heat. Keep this in mind when booking in autumn. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub; the shower is outside. If you are over 6' tall, you'll have to watch your head in some of the doorways. It is 4 houses from the beach (Long Island Sound - sandy beach, no waves). I'm right next door and we have a washer and dryer in our basement, which is accessible from outside, for long term guests.

This tiny beach cottage was a mail-order kit build in the late 1800s. We have just completely restored it. Although the ceilings are normal height, you will hit your head on some of the doorways if you are over 5'10". The bathroom is upstairs and tiny! Clawfoot tub and outside shower. Like all cottages of this period, the bedroom walls do not go up to the ceiling. We're a few houses in from a sandy beach on Long Island Sound.

The space
Creekside is comfortable, relaxing, and eclectically decorated. The large back deck is shady till about 11:00. The newly installed pergola with retractable cover allows you to adjust sunlight/shade.
From the back deck, you'll have views of Sybil Creek, the marsh, and various birds and ducks that live here. The small, upper deck is a pleasant spot for reading/relaxing. Of course, the beach is the best place to cool off!

Look for 2 small gray cottages and 3 black mailboxes 2 doors away from Creekside. (refer to picture in my photos) Between these cottages is a driveway into the back parking lot. You may park up to 2 cars under the tree on the left. Walk between #9 cottage (gray w burgundy shutters) and the high fence. Enter through the gate and onto the back deck. Keys will be hidden door under the bronze frog.

This charming early 1900’s carriage house is 250 yards from the beach, marinas, dock & a park! It has hardwood floors throughout and is about 1200 sq ft. It also has it's own backyard. The center of town which has lots of shops & restaurants is just a few minutes away... you could even walk it! The train station is 1 mile away & a Brewery is around the corner! New haven is only 10 minutes! You can't beat the location... or the house! We have a single & dbl kayak. ALSO ONLY 30 min from skiing!
