This is a perfect home for entertaining, relaxing and vacationing with family and friends. The house has a large open floor plan and is newly renovated and furnished from top to bottom. This house is conveniently located close to wineries, great restaurants, farm stands, beaches, shopping and spas.
The first floor has a huge well stocked kitchen, with an island that seats 4 and a farmhouse dining room table that seats 10. The living room has a Flat Panel HDTV, cozy couches and plenty of books to read. There are two spacious bedrooms on this floor one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The first floor has one extra large full bathroom with a bathtub, plus a half bath. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Second floor has an entertainment room with a pull out sectional couch, Flat Panel HDTV, a wet bar with seating area and an air hockey table. The wet bar has a refrigerator, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There is a closet full of board games. There are 3 spacious carpeted bedrooms on this floor; one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

- "We visited Long Island for a family event in Mattituck and chose this lovely home near the beach. It was as described a "tranquil Beach home" and very comfortable. Plenty of room and more than if we'd stayed in a nearby hotel. We hope to visit Laurel again someday and will stay here if it's available! Loved the nearby local vineyards too!" - "It wasn't easy finding a one level house that had at least two bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 full baths, but this house was perfect for 2 couples! I wanted to find a rental for my parents and me and my husband to spend a birthday weekend away. My parents needed easy access, a bedroom on ground level and a master bath. This one level house was just what we needed. Enough open space inside and out to share meals and spend time together, but also the privacy of separate bathrooms. There is a third bedroom which we didn't use, but had a twin bed for another adult or child. The North Fork is simply beautiful and we loved visiting Orient Point State Park, walking around Greenport, Southold and Love Lane and visiting a winery. We saw a beautiful sunset at the Iron Pier Beach. It was easy to communicate with the homeowners, Joe and Jamie. Highly recommend this property."

Family friendly beachfront cottage directly on the water overlooking our private, peaceful beach on the Long Island Sound. The cottage is in a family oriented location that is not far from local farm stands, wineries, breweries, shopping and local restaurants. Tanger mall is just ten minutes away.
If you have a boat or jet skis, there is a public beach less than a mile away where there is a ramp. If you like to Kayak, we have two available for use.
The house sleeps 5 comfortably and there is also an outdoor shower as well as indoor.
The views of the Sound are amazing and nothing beats going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves.
