- "We loved the house - owners were wonderful and highly responsive. Great location with beach walks, biking and restaurants close by. Perfect stop on way to NYC!" - "This home was perfect for us - four adult siblings (some with partners) and adult children in their 20s for a reunion following a family event. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms (2 private and 2 shared full baths plus a powder room) and the main floor has a nice big kitchen for food preparation. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for a large group. We were able to add extra chairs from the kitchen so all 10 of us could eat together in the dining room. The living room was a great place for hanging out, playing games, completing jigsaw puzzles and visiting. The back deck/porch makes this property a beautiful and relaxing place - - it is large with enough seating for several groups to sit out and chat while enjoying the view of the salt marsh (with lots and lots of birds) and the ocean beyond. The neighborhood was quiet and the location at the end of the road, felt somewhat secluded and private. While we did not use the backyard it would be a good place for corn hole or other backyard games. We found two cut-throughs to walk to the rocky beach which was nice for walks. Walking on the shore away from Pt. Judith led to a sandier beach. We were here in early June mid-week and it was virtually empty. We enjoyed dinner out at George's restaurant and and a ferry trip over to Block Island to stroll about there and see the small museum. We had a very good experience and would definitely return."

It has a coffee maker, microwave, hotplate, toaster oven, sink and compact refrigerator. The private backyard has a BBQ grill and is available for guest use.
