- "Property manager was very attentive to our needs and replied to all msgs in a very timely fashion. There were a couple things that needed tending to when we arrived and he took care of it immediately. Despite having parking on the street, it was never an issue and often got the spot that was right next to the house. The beach was directly across the street and was clean with friendly neighbors! Although there is a sign stating no dogs or animals allowed on the beach, there were many dogs on the beach but all owners were very attentive. Super cute neighborhood!"

This shabby chic apartment has a nautical twist that begs one to sit back and settle in.Sea Drift 's kitchen amenities include a new full size stove,microwave, Charbroil gas grill , air fryer,George Foreman Grill, toaster, 2 under counter refrigerators, blender, Keurig coffee maker & stainless steel sink. Utensils & dishes & glassware included.Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy dining nook and TV relaxation area. The hallway leads to the bathroom & bedroom. Our townhouse is a two story condominium offering a spacious living room and updated eat-in kitchen with granite countertops.
Upstairs is a dramatic, large master bedroom with sliders that lead to a large deck. There is a full bath on the second floor with double sinks and tub. The guest bedroom is very comfortable with considerable closet space.
There is a washer/dryer within the unit for your convenience. There are three streaming televisions one in each bedroom and one in the living room. A half bath is also on the first floor.
The townhouse has central heating and air conditioning.

The space
Each bedroom along with the living room area has their own separately controlled mini-split to control the temp of each room. The full kitchen does not have an oven but we do provide a microwave, toaster oven (air fryer) and a two burner hot plate for simple meals. Newly added is a brand new washer/ dryer available for guests exclusive use. The outside area (shared with the owners) includes the pool (in season), gazebo sitting area, and yard (with wooded area and pond). Enjoy the walking trails (next door) and watching the wildlife.

Guest access
When you enter the driveway you will see the doors to the apartment on your left. Drive further up and park in the gravel area on the right. Note the sign for guest parking. There is room for 2 cars. You'll enter the apartment using the keyless code you will receive after booking. The first area you enter is a mudroom. Feel free to hang your coat and remove shoes if you desire. The next door opens to the spacious apartment.

Other things to note
Our dog Cooper is on an invisible fence. He is extremely friendly and loves to meet new people. Please don't try to call him over his "fence line" as he has learned to stay nicely in his allowed areas. With that said, Cooper is allowed in the backyard and goes in and out of the house during the day. He does not enter the apartment at any time

This is a beautifully appointed studio apartment located off the patio level of a water front home. Guests enjoy a large private patio over looking gorgeous sweeping views of Long Island Sound. The space
The Studio is spacious, extremely well appointed, beautifully decorated and very high end. The entrance is private, at ground level, and accessed through french doors (see picture) located under the covered terrace. The host does live in the main part of the house on the two floors above the studio. However, as a super host, I'm extremely conscientious of my guests privacy and comfort. Also, the studio is well insulated for sound between the two spaces. Other features include: a 1200 + square foot patio over looking incredible 180 degree views of Long Sound. Cozy bistro table (seasonal) by the sea wall for drinks, dinners, and breakfast by the water. Remote controlled gas fireplace in the studio for romantic evenings. A beautifully appointed bath featuring a marble glass enclosed shower with three body jets. A 50 inch smart TV and a Blu Ray DVD player (bring your own movies). Streaming TV with Hulu and Disney+ and high speed (1000 mbps) mesh Wi-Fi through out the property. Plus, a three burner Weber gas barbecue for the exclusive use of guests. The entire studio, patio and terrace are completely private for guests. The space is not shared with any other people. The maximum number of guests is 2. Guests are not allowed to have overnight visitors without first consulting the host. Guests can have a few family or friends visit, but absolutely no parties, receptions or events. Parking at the studio is limited to two cars. No exceptions on the parking. Also, no commercial/professional video or still photo shoots are allowed at the property.

Whatever you choose, this location is prime for it all! Lastly, we ask please - if traveling with minors, do not leave them unattended in or out at any time. This is a 2nd floor occupancy & 1st floor guests appreciate the respect for all on both floors at all times, in & out including parking, beach, lounge & all areas of the home! When available, early check in or extended check out time — depending on how much allowed, is a $50. fee. Payable in advance, if approved in writing only.

We use a keypad entry system on the door leading to the apartment unit. When you confirm your reservation and upon your arrival, we will provide you with the 4-digit number to enter into the keypad. To unlock, enter the 4-digit number followed by the [UnLock] icon on the keypad. To lock the apartment, simply press the [Lock] icon on the keypad.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire 1st floor apartment - LR, BRs, BA, Eating area, Kitchen. The beach is available right across the street. We have a front deck to enjoy dinner or a drink and people watch.

Other things to note
Walk right across the street and grab a spot on the beach, stroll up and down the beach, or right over to the boardwalk in Silver Sands State Park. Bring your bikes, your kayaks or paddleboards to explore the area and the water.
