- "Property manager was very attentive to our needs and replied to all msgs in a very timely fashion. There were a couple things that needed tending to when we arrived and he took care of it immediately. Despite having parking on the street, it was never an issue and often got the spot that was right next to the house. The beach was directly across the street and was clean with friendly neighbors! Although there is a sign stating no dogs or animals allowed on the beach, there were many dogs on the beach but all owners were very attentive. Super cute neighborhood!"

This shabby chic apartment has a nautical twist that begs one to sit back and settle in.Sea Drift 's kitchen amenities include a new full size stove,microwave, Charbroil gas grill , air fryer,George Foreman Grill, toaster, 2 under counter refrigerators, blender, Keurig coffee maker & stainless steel sink. Utensils & dishes & glassware included.Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy dining nook and TV relaxation area. The hallway leads to the bathroom & bedroom. The space
Our townhouse is a two story condominium offering a spacious living room and updated eat-in kitchen with granite countertops.
Upstairs is a dramatic, large master bedroom with sliders that lead to a large deck. There is a full bath on the second floor with double sinks and tub. The guest bedroom is very comfortable with considerable closet space.
There is a washer/dryer within the unit for your convenience. There are three streaming televisions one in each bedroom and one in the living room. A half bath is also on the first floor.
The townhouse has central heating and air conditioning.

Guest access
The entire townhouse will be yours to enjoy with off street parking.

This lovely townhouse is only a short walk to a beautiful beach. It is centrally located in Milford close to shopping, restaurants and the fabulous Milford Green!

The space
Each bedroom along with the living room area has their own separately controlled mini-split to control the temp of each room. The full kitchen does not have an oven but we do provide a microwave, toaster oven (air fryer) and a two burner hot plate for simple meals. Newly added is a brand new washer/ dryer available for guests exclusive use. The outside area (shared with the owners) includes the pool (in season), gazebo sitting area, and yard (with wooded area and pond). Enjoy the walking trails (next door) and watching the wildlife.

Guest access
When you enter the driveway you will see the doors to the apartment on your left. Drive further up and park in the gravel area on the right. Note the sign for guest parking. There is room for 2 cars. You'll enter the apartment using the keyless code you will receive after booking. The first area you enter is a mudroom. Feel free to hang your coat and remove shoes if you desire. The next door opens to the spacious apartment.

Other things to note
Our dog Cooper is on an invisible fence. He is extremely friendly and loves to meet new people. Please don't try to call him over his "fence line" as he has learned to stay nicely in his allowed areas. With that said, Cooper is allowed in the backyard and goes in and out of the house during the day. He does not enter the apartment at any time
