The 2nd. fl. apartment has access to a shared, heated, 50-foot gunite pool/spa. It features a queen size bed in main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second room, ideal for a couple w/ 1 or 2 kids. It's perfect for a serene getaway, to rest and recharge, in a peaceful oasis.
The space
The 2 bedroom, second floor apartment is attached to a larger structure, on top of a 3 car garage. It is located on the South corner of a classic suburban estate, and has 3 exposures. It is surrounded by lush and manicured, 3 acres of land.
There are 2 additional apartments in the estate, if you wish to rent for friends and family.
The resort size at 50' long, and 22' wide pool maybe shared with my family of 3, and our other guests, yet it’s rarely occupied. There are 3 pairs of lounge chairs, with around 50’ space in between, which provides plenty of privacy, incase the pool is used by us or our other guests. The serenity of the pool, the nature and the landscaping make this place special. There’s never any partying, music, and any noise around. The only noise you hear is the birds and the nature.

Altho the apartment has 2 bedrooms, there are only 2 adults allowed. Neither the apartment, nor the property is child proof, but children are welcome, at your risk.
